   Nesta segunda, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva cede o palco para o presidente do Irã, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, falar em nome de uma nova ordem mundial. Na entrevista concedida a William Waack, no Jornal da Globo, entre outras preciosidades, o iraniano afirmou que o capitalismo já provou a sua falência moral… É mesmo? E disse que o sistema se opõe a valores fundamentais do homem — ou algo assim. Eis alguém habilitado para falar em valores humanos…

   Nós já sabemos, mas é preciso reafirmar:
   — Ahmandinejad é financiador e fomentador do terrorismo no Líbano, nos territórios palestinos e no Iraque;
   — Ahmadinejad é um negador do Holocausto;
   — Ahmadinejad é um dos artífices de um programa nuclear secreto;
   — Ahmadinejad é o homem que promete varrer Israel do mapa;
   — Ahmadinejad é o homem que responde a bala a protestos por democracia;
   — Ahmadinejad é o líder de um governo que manda para a cadeia e pode mandar para a morte homossexuais só por serem homossexuais e que reprime de modo brutal minorias religiosas;
   — Ahmadinejad é o homem que foi reeleito num processo flagrantemente fraudado, o que os próprios aiatolás – menos aiatolula – reconheceram;
   — Ahmadinejad é um dos líderes do Irã que satanizam os EUA e os acusam de responsáveis por todos os males que há no mundo.

   Pois é este senhor que o Brasil está recebendo, com as honras devidas a um chefe de estado, transformando esse encontro em mais uma evidência do que pretendem vender como a “autonomia” do Brasil e exercício de uma política externa soberana. Trata-se de um acinte e de uma afronta às noções mais comezinhas de direitos humanos.

   Ora, é evidente que o Brasil ou qualquer outro país não tem de ser amigo dos amigos dos EUA e inimigos de seus inimigos. A nossa soberania para receber quem quer que seja nunca esteve em causa. NÃO É POR ELES QUE DEVEMOS DIZER “NÃO” A AHMADINEJAD, É POR NÓS MESMOS!!! Um país, de fato, não precisa concordar com todos os pontos de vista de outro para receber seu mandatário. Mas é preciso, então, qualificar a discordância.

   Estou entre aqueles que consideram, por exemplo, que não se deve punir ninguém por negar o Holocausto — por mais desprezível, cretina e desinformada que considere tal posição. As tolices de um indivíduo são diferentes dos crimes do governo e do estado. Que Ahmadinejad tivesse tal posição e a expressasse em tertúlias politicamente irrelevantes, bem, já seria desprezível, mas vá lá. Não!!! Tal opinião é expressão de uma política de estado: ele financia o Hezbollah no Líbano; ele financia o Hamas nos territórios palestinos e a Jihad Islâmica. Esses grupos anunciam seu igual propósito de “varrer Israel do mapa” e atuam com esse objetivo, com foguetes, seqüestros e atentados terroristas. O propósito de ter a bomba nuclear, está claríssimo, é impor-se como líder da região. E que líder é esse? O que ele quer?

   Ora, podemos divergir sobre muitos assuntos, não é? As divergências podem ser as mais azedas e as mais inconciliáveis. Mas temos de estar de acordo sobre alguns princípios básicos que são essenciais à nossa civilização.

   Ahmadinejad representa o atraso mais odioso; a truculência mais desprezível; a ignorância mais bastarda. Lula certamente aproveitará a passagem do presidente do Irã por aqui para falar em defesa da paz, do entendimento, da concórdia. Como se o outro fosse um bom interlocutor para isso. É uma espécie de Chamberlain da periferia pregando prudência a um fascistóide islâmico de chanchada — o que não quer dizer que não seja perigoso.

   Na entrevista concedida a William Waack, vimos um Ahmadinejad um pouco mais cuidadoso, mas a dizer, essencialmente, os mesmos absurdos. E, espertamente, afirmou que os países não precisam concordar entre si para que possam dialogar. Depende! Por que um país democrático deve dialogar com outro que financia o terrorismo, por exemplo? Ou com um líder que não hesita em tripudiar de seis milhões de cadáveres? Ou que prega abertamente a extinção de um país? Não! Ninguém precisa desse diálogo.

   Diálogo que é ainda mais estúpido e detestável se nos lembramos que, para o Itamaraty, ele é parte da construção de um novo concerto internacional. Novo concerto? Qual? Aquele em que ditadores e facínoras são admitidos como vozes válidas na mesa de negociação? É essa a utopia de um governo como nunca houve nestepaiz?

   Antes que me esqueça: que Ahmadinejad vá para o inferno! Ou se é democrata ou se dialoga com o terror e com o anti-semitismo mais asqueroso. Não há conciliação possível.

   Fiquemos atentos ao discurso de Lula enquanto este senhor estiver no Brasil e depois. Na última vez em que esteve com Ahmadinejad, em setembro, indagado se tinha conversado com o outro sobre a negação do Holocausto, o presidente brasileiro deu uma de suas luladas: “Não sou obrigado a não gostar de alguém porque outros não gostam. Isso não prejudica a relação do Estado brasileiro com o Irã porque isso não é um clube de amigos. Isso é uma relação do Estado brasileiro com o Estado iraniano”.

   Escrevi então:
   O Brasil não é o único país a fazer negócios com o Irã. Ninguém exige do governo Lula que rompa relações com os iranianos porque seu presidente bandido diz sandices. Há centenas de respostas possíveis que não ofendem a memória dos mortos e a dignidade dos vivos. Formulo uma: “O Irã sabe que o Brasil lastima essa opinião, mas entendemos que o isolamento daquele país é pior para o mundo”. Pronto! E Lula poderia fazer negócios com Irã – se é que haverá algum relevante.
   A sua resposta, como veio, é indecorosa e me força a perguntar: a relação entre os dois estados é assunto sério demais para levar em consideração seis milhões de mortos? Um governo delirantemente anti-semita, como é o do Irã, não constrange de modo nenhum o Brasil?
   Confrontado com a questão do Holocausto, Lula evoca uma questão de gosto. Ora, deve pensar este humanista, “os judeus não gostam de Ahmadinjad. O que é que eu tenho com isso? Não sou judeu!”

   Vamos ver como se comporta Lula. Ahmadinejad não mudou e continua a afirmar as mesmas asneiras e a financiar a mesma indústria da morte. Haverá o decoro mínimo, desta vez, de deixar claro que o Brasil considera suas idéias, para ser muito manso, essencialmente erradas? Minha aposta: “Não!”

   É desconfortável recebermos no Brasil o chefe de um regime ditatorial e repressivo. Afinal, temos um passado recente de luta contra a ditadura e firmamos na Constituição de 1988 os ideais de democracia e direitos humanos. Uma coisa são relações diplomáticas com ditaduras, outra é hospedar em casa os seus chefes.

   O presidente Ahmadinejad, do Irã, acaba de ser reconduzido ao poder por eleições notoriamente fraudulentas. A fraude foi tão ostensiva que dura até hoje no país a onda de revolta desencadeada.

   Passados vários meses, os participantes de protestos pacíficos são brutalizados por bandos fascistas que não hesitam em assassinar manifestantes indefesos, como a jovem estudante que se tornou símbolo mundial da resistência iraniana. Presos, torturados, sexualmente violentados nas prisões, os opositores são condenados, alguns à morte, em julgamentos monstros que lembram os processos estalinistas de Moscou.

   Como reagiríamos se apenas um décimo disso estivesse ocorrendo no Paraguai ou, digamos, em Honduras, onde nos mostramos tão indignados ao condenar a destituição de um presidente? Enquanto em Tegucigalpa nos negamos a aceitar o mínimo contacto com o governo de fato, tem sentido receber de braços abertos o homem cujo ministro da Defesa é procurado pela Interpol devido ao atentado ao centro comunitário judaico em Buenos Aires, que causou em 1994 a morte de 85 pessoas?

   A acusação nesse caso não provém dos americanos ou israelenses. Foi por iniciativa do governo argentino que o nome foi incluído na lista dos terroristas buscados pela Justiça. Se Brasília tem dúvidas, por que não pergunta à nossa amiga, a presidente Cristina Kirchner?

   Democracia e direitos humanos são indivisíveis e devem ser defendidos em qualquer parte do mundo. É incoerente proceder como se esses valores perdessem importância na razão direta do afastamento geográfico. Tampouco é admissível honrar os que deram a vida para combater a ditadura no Brasil, na Argentina, no Chile e confratenizar-se com os que torturam e condenam à morte os opositores no Irã. Com que autoridade festejaremos em março de 2010 os 25 anos do fim da ditadura e do início da Nova República?

   O extremismo e o gosto de provocação em Ahmadinejad o converteram no mais tristemente célebre negador do Holocausto, o diabólico extermínio de milhões de seres humanos, crianças, mulheres, velhos, apenas por serem judeus. Outros milhares foram massacrados por serem ciganos, homossexuais e pessoas com deficiência.

   O Brasil se orgulha de ter recebido muitos dos sobreviventes desse crime abominável, que não pode ser esquecido nem perdoado, quanto menos negado. O mesmo país que tentou oferecer um pouco de segurança e consolo a vítimas como Stefan Zweig e Anatol Rosenfeld agora estende honras a alguém que usa seu cargo para banalizar o mal absoluto?

   As contradições não param por aí. O Brasil aceitou o Tratado de Não Proliferação Nuclear e, juntamente com a Argentina, firmou com a Agência Internacional de Energia Atômica um acordo de salvaguardas que abre nossas instalações nucleares ao escrutínio da ONU.

   Consolidou com isso suas credenciais de aspirante responsável ao Conselho de Segurança e expoente no mundo de uma cultura de paz ininterrupta há quase 140 anos com todos os vizinhos. Por que depreciar esse patrimônio para abraçar o chefe de um governo contra o qual o Conselho de Segurança cansou de aprovar resoluções não acatadas, exortando-o a deter suas atividades de proliferação?

   Enfim, trata-se da indesejável visita de um símbolo da negação de tudo o que explica a projeção do Brasil no mundo. Essa projeção provém não das ameaças de bombas ou da coação econômica, que não praticamos, mas do exemplo de pacifismo e moderação, dos valores de democracia, direitos humanos e tolerância encarnados em nossa Constituição como a mais autêntica expressão da maneira de ser do povo brasileiro.

   Mahmoud Ahmadinejad disputou as eleições presidenciais iranianas de 2009, apesar das centenas de denúncias de fraude eleitoral, pouca coisa foi apurada, dando assim a vitória para ele no primeiro turno, com 62,63% dos votos. [8] A oposição denunciou as fraudes, mas o governo sufocou os protestos com prisões e mortes, sobretudo em Teerã e em outras grandes cidades, onde grande parte da população manifestou seu apoio à oposição, sendo que muitas das manifestações terminaram em confrontos diretos com a polícia e com as milícias islâmicas Basij.

   O segundo colocado na eleição, o reformista Mir Hossein Mousavi pediu formalmente a anulação do pleito.

   Igual ao marido que prefere não ver o que está acontecendo com seu casamento, do que reconhecer que está sendo traído pela sua mulher com o próprio amigo, está se mostrando a sociedade dos esclarecidos que têm formação e informação suficientes para sair da influência da magia dos canalhas e aceitar a responsabilidade de não mais permitir que sua pátria continue sendo destruída por bandidos que tomaram conta do poder público – as gangues dos quarentas e seu líder maior: o Retirante Pinóquio.

   A maioria dos esclarecidos se faz de desentendida pela influência maligna da herança de uma falência de valores comandada pelo próprio poder público, que fez de corruptos e corruptores nobres senhores das apodrecidas oligarquias políticas que transformaram a fraude da abertura democrática na via preferencial do enriquecimento ilícito e para o sucesso VIP nas relações públicas e privadas imorais e prostituídas.

   Enquanto o poder público apodrecia depois do Regime Militar, uma casta de canalhas se criava e reproduzia no pântano fétido do submundo comuno-sindical. Tudo acontecia com a liderança de uma absurda fraude humana, uma besta da política, a mesma citada pela admirável Adriana.

   Durante a fraude da abertura democrática essas bestas humanas, ovos da serpente – o mais sórdido político de nossa história –, fortaleceram os laços do demônio do comunismo com gente torpe – absolutamente sem princípios e apátridas – que investiu durante mais de duas décadas em um projeto de poder com finalidades hoje inquestionáveis: conquistar o poder pelo poder para a vitória do ilícito sobre a moralidade e sobre as leis, se vingar das Forças Armadas e colocá-las de calças arriadas, e não consertar seus erros, e fazer o país à semelhança de uma Cuba Continental, para transformar a América Latina no solo de resgate dos piores regimes ditatoriais que já freqüentaram as páginas da civilização.

   Diante da agressividade da verdade dos fatos que se repetem com conteúdos explícitos e sistemáticos de desvios de conduta sem pudores e com absoluto desrespeito e desafios aos códigos legais, somente podemos crer que a sociedade dos esclarecidos tem um absurdo medo de vir a público dizer o que está sentido sobre os anos do desgoverno petista.

   A confissão da verdade que apavora os que poderiam fazer a diferença na libertação do nosso país das mãos dos canalhas do petismo e de seus cúmplices, meliantes por vocação doutrinada pelo poder público corrupto e corporativista sórdido – fruto da fraude da abertura democrática – iria, forçosamente, obrigar a sociedade a destituir o desgoverno do Retirante Pinóquio, assumindo as consequências de reerguer o país, tirando-o do fundo do poço da degradação moral em que se encontra.

   A revolta existe e está cada vez maior, mas, também, cada vez mais silenciosa, proporcionalmente à gravidade de tudo o que está acontecendo – especialmente a falência do Poder Judiciário e do descarado servilismo dos Tribunais Superiores ao petismo –, pois a patologia da covardia ainda está vencedora e cada vez mais difícil de ser derrotada.

    De tudo que li acima somente posso dizer uma coisa: ” A história é escrita pelos vencedores”. Logo, não posso tomar partido de lado algum, já que não tenho certeza de nada, pois os princípios da maioria são econômicos e não morais. Temos boas e más razões para crermos, mas precisamos pensar com o cérebro e não com o fígado.     Israel é um exemplo de respeito a paz, ao direito de ir e vir. Não invade territórios, respeita os outros povos, principalmente os palestinos, luta para que eles tenham o mesmo direito que o povo de Israel, ou seja, ter uma pátria, poderem ser uma nação livre e soberana. (agora sem ironia) Os EEUU, um exemplo para o mundo, sempre que o petroleo está ameaçado de cair em mãos “erradas”,prontamente invadem o país para garantir a “soberania” de seu povo. Bin Laden, Somosa, Sadan Hussein,Reza Pahlevi e tantos outros, através dos tempos, foram todos apoiados e fortalecidos pelos EEUU, mas descartados e transformados em “inimigos”, após os Americanos terem fincado pé nos respectivos países. Palestina, Irã (ex Pérsia) Turquia e outros países, a muito haviam abandonado seu expansionismo, a região vinha lentamente acomodando seus conflitos, procurando soluções para uma vivência pacífica. Mesmo com dependência à Inglaterra, França, havia descontentamentos localizados, mas havia diálogo, na procura de compensações de interesses. Após a segunda guerra, com o advento do estado de Israel,estado imposto, goela a baixo dos palestinos, com apoio principalmente dos EEUU, passamos a ter todo esse “inferno”. Se os países e ou seu povo não é ouvido, surgem focos de resistencia e terrorismo. Cada nação se defende como pode, e de acordo com a agressão recebida. Aquele velho ditado, ação e reação. A ação, do lado de cá, procuramos desconsiderar, por acomodação de nossa conciência, a reação, natural, justa e de direito, passamos a satanizar. Assim caminha a “humanidade”. Estamos sendo manobrados, para estarmos sempre em extremos, longe da lucidez, do equilíbrio e da boa “leitura” dos fatos. Talvez, um dia, quando chegar nossa hora, quando passarmos a ser a “bola de vez”, reconheceremos quem é o verdadeiro inimigo, mas poderá ser muito tarde, pois estaremos sob o regime da “nova ordem mundial”

    Falando em covardia, convenhamos, temos que admitir que a moda nacional brasileira é a aparência e cada vez mais vamos nos convencendo de que não é preciso ser, basta parecer ser, pois afinal, gastando muito, a gente aparenta ser rico. Realmente é difícil comparar a nação americana que desde o seu descobrimento teve uma colonização de povoamento, com nosso país que foi colônia de exploração por mais de 300 anos, com nossas riquezas sendo enviadas para Portugal e Inglaterra. E hoje ainda sofremos com essa exploração, só que dos próprios governantes que pilham e enviam nossas riquezas para suas contas bancárias em paraísos fiscais. Pior, não fazemos nada para promover uma mudança radical de atitudes, conceitos e afirmação de nossa dignidade. Precisamos sair deste comodismo que estamos vivendo ou o sonho do País do futuro será apenas um ideal na boca dos demagogos que estão no poder.
    CONCLUSÃO: “Não se trata de sermos um país rico, mas sim de uma República de BANANAS ( Bando de covardes mesmo), que aceita tudo que o governo dita, sem contestar, afinal:

    E já que o assunto dominante na mídia hoje vai ser mesmo a visita de Mahmoud Ahmadjad ao Brasil, deixa eu comentar logo a notícia que sai na edição de hoje d0 jornal americano “The New York Times”. Ela diz que o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva “está dando cotoveladas” no seu colega americano, Barack Obama, ao receber o presidente iraniano :”as ambições brasileiras de se tornar um ator importante no palco diplomático global batem de cabeça nos esforços dos Estados Unidos e outras potências mundiais de controlar o programa de armas nucleares do Irã”, afirma o “NYT”.

    Desculpem-me a pergunta: o que o Brasil tem com isso? Nosso país não tem que se alinhar a isso, a não ser que haja uma política de banimento global de armas nucleares, o que seria, isto sim, uma boa posição para “os esforços dos Estados Unidos e outras potências mundiais”. O Irã é um país soberano e o Brasil pode e deve manter boas relações diplomáticas com ele e com todas as nações.

    Depois, a realidade dos fatos não demonstra, ao contrário, que o Brasil esteja fazendo qualquer concessão improcedente para agradar o Irã. Semana passada, a Petrobras aventou a possibilidade de deixar as duas concessões que detém no mar de Tusan, no Golfo Pérsico. Devemos destratar o presidente iraniano de esquecer dos interesses comerciais do Brasil?

    A “pequena” presença militar dos Estados Unidos em torno do Irã
    Esta conversa de “armas de destruição em massa” sem provas já mostrou, no Iraque, o que encobre. Restrições ao nível de liberdades democráticas e ao pluralismo cultural no regime iraniano? Como, se apóiam e protegem a Arábia Saudita, que quase propriedade uma dinastia real e até poucos meses atrás nãos permitar sequer a existência de cinemas?

    Os Estados Unidos ocupam um extenso território, no Iraque e no Afeganistão – nas fronteiras do Irã. Na verdade, basta olhar um mapa e ver, mais da metade das fronteiras secas iranianas estão sob controle americano. Será que alguém acha que , quase dez anos depois, os EUA estão gastando uma fortuna numa guerra sem fim no Afeganistão para procurar o Bin Laden? E se contarmos o Paquistão e a Arábia Saudita, que confronta o Irã em todo o seu litoral no Golfo Pérsico, é fácil ver que aquele país está cercado, pois aqueles dois países tem forte presença militar americana .

    Aliás, o Paquistão, vizinho do Irã, assumidamente possui armas nucleares, mas como é aliado dos Estados Unidos, pode ter várias bombas atômicas. Ainda assim, o Irã garante que está disposto a aceitar inspeções internacionais, numa atitude que foi, inclusive, elogiada pela ONU.

    O regime de governo iraniano é o que os iranianos escolherem. Devemos acreditar que não existem interesses americanos no único grande território no Oriente Médio que ainda não dominam militar ou politicamente? A verdade é que essa história com o Irã nada tem a ver com Israel ou com o alegado antisemitismo iraniano – que, aliás, é mais propaganda que fato.

    O que está em jogo é petróleo.

    Agora, em matéria de cotovelada, acho que a única coisa assemelhada a isso que há neste caso é “dor-de-cotovelo” dos EUA ao perceber que “os caras”, aqui e por toda parte, já não fazem só o que eles mandam fazer.

    Estamos reclamando de que? Afinal somos um país de ricos, por isso que eu morro de pena do povo americano. Comparemos:

    Água:
    Nós brasileiros somos um bando de ricaços, pois pagamos pela água que consumimos o dobro de um americano, embora tenhamos aproximadamente 25% da reserva mundial da mesma.

    Eletricidade e Comunicações:
    Nós brasileiros, pagamos 60% a mais nas tarifas de telefone e eletricidade, embora 95% da produção de energia em nosso país seja oriunda de hidroelétrica ( mais barata e não poluente ), enquanto os pobres americanos, somente podem pagar pela energia altamente poluente, produzidas por usinas termelétricas à base de carvão e petróleo e as geradas por usinas nucleares.

    Petróleo e gasolina:
    Nós brasileiros pagamos o dobro pela gasolina, que ainda por cima é de má qualidade, que acabam com os motores dos carros, e ainda misturamos com álcool para beneficiar os coitados dos usineiros. Não dá para entender, mas somos quase auto-suficientes em produção de petróleo (75% é produzido aqui) e ainda assim temos preços tão elevados. Lá nos Estados unidos como eles são mais pobres do que nós, eles defendem unhas e dentes o preço do combustível que está estabilizado a vários anos em US$ 0,30 ou seja R$ 0,90 ( gasolina pura, sem mistura).

    Carros:
    Nós brasileiros pagamos R$ 50 mil por um carro que nos EUA os pobres americanos pagam R$ 20 mil. Como somos ricos, a diferença domos de presente para o nosso governo gastar não se sabe com que e nem aonde, já que os nossos serviços públicos são um lixo perto dos serviços prestados pelo setor público nos EUA.

    ICMS e IPI e Demais Impostos:
    Como nós somos ricos e os americanos são muito pobres, lá, o governo estadual cobra apenas 2% de imposto sobre o valor agregado (equivalente ao ICMS no Brasil) , e mais 4% de imposto federal , o que dá um total de 6%. Lá, como eles são pobres, o governo não cobra imposto sobre roupas e alimentos, já aqui como somos muito ricos, concordamos em pagar 18% só de ICMS.
    Já que estamos falando de impostos, por sermos muito ricos, não nos importamos em pagar, além desse absurdo ICMS, mais PIS, CONFINS, CPMF, ISS, IPTU, IR, ITR e outras dezenas de impostos, taxas e contribuições, em geral com efeito cascata, de imposto sobre imposto, e ainda assim fazemos festas em estádios de futebol e nas passarelas dos sambódromos de São Paulo, da Marques de Sapucai, nas ruas da Bahia, Pernambuco e etc.. Afinal somos ricos, então porque nos incomodarmos com esses confiscos mlignos que os nossos governantes promovem nos tirando 4 meses por ano de nosso suado trabalho, pois de acordo com estudos realizados, um brasileiro trabalha 4 meses por ano somente para pagar a carga tributária de impostos diretos e indiretos. ( coisinha pouca, afinal somos todos milionários, não precisamos de dinheiro)
    Já como os americanos são extremamente pobres, o governo de lá isenta de pagar imposto de renda todos que ganham menos de US$ 3 mil dólares por mês (equivalente a R$ 9.300,00), enquanto aqui, os ricos assalariados por viverem muito bem, pagam imposto de renda todos que ganham a partir de R$ 1.200,00. Além disso, nós temos o desconto retido na fonte, ou seja, ainda antecipamos o imposto para o governo, sem saber se vamos ter renda até o ano findar, pois aqui a renda é garantida já que vivemos numa realidade de pleno emprego. Lá nos EUA como eles são mais pobres, eles declaram o imposto de renda apenas no final do ano, caso tenham tido renda. A maioria dos estrangeiros não conseguem entender nossa dinâmica, pois sempre temos certeza nos bons resultados futuros o que nos torna um país insuperável ( Não se esqueçam que deus é brasileiro e aqui pelas terras tupiniquins até mudaram o nome dele para Lula. Até o Obama, presidente dos pobres americanos já disse que ele é o cara.

    Ensino:
    Sem ligarmos a mínima para os impostos embutidos nas mensalidades, aqui no Brasil nós pagamos, escolas e livros para nossos filhos, porque afinal, vivemos nadando em dinheiro, enquanto os coitados dos americanos, como não dispõem de toda essa fortuna, mandam os seus filhos para as excelentes escolas públicas com livros gratuitos.

    Juros:
    Nós como somos todos ricaços, nem precisamos tomar dinheiro emprestado nos bancos, e como não fazemos isto e nem usamos cartão de crédito, nem ligamos que os bancos cobrem por um empréstimo pessoal em um mês o que um americano pagaria em um ano. Afinal somos ricos, eles podem cobrar quanto quiserem, pois nós não precisamos de crédito mesmo.

    Seguro do carro, IPVA e Seguro obrigatório:
    Por aqui nem nos incomodamos de pagar R$ 2,000.00 pelo seguro de um carro popular, pois afinal somos podres de rico e por aqui ninguém rouba carro mesmo. Já os nossos companheiros americanos, como são pobres, somente podem pagar no máximo uns U$350,00 por um carrinho grande e luxuoso. Ah!, ia me esquecendo, como somos podres de ricos, não nos incomodamos de pagarmos um percentualzinho de uns 4% do valor do veiculo de IPVA todos os anos, enquanto os pobres americanos pagam apenas US$ 15,00 de licenciamento anual, não importando qual tipo de veiculo seja. Acredito que eles pagam menos porque os carros deles não são equipados com extintores de incêndio obrigatório como os nossos

    Como é bom ser brasileiro, afinal somos o povo mais rico do mundo.

    Já que o ilustre aí é um estudioso do assunto, gostaria que saisse um pouco desse sempre mesmo comparativo, combustível/automóveis/ impostos e passasse a comparar outros ítens. Pode até começar pelo simbolo americano, a Coca Cola, continuando com alimentos, saúde, residencias, tanto para adquerir como para alugar. Enfim, são centenas de itens. Faltou ainda o ilustre pesquisador falar dos índices de imposto de renda, que chega a 49%, do imposto sobre fortunas, etc…Claro, aqui o imposto é injusto, mal distribuido. Teria que mudar. Mas fala isso para a nossa “elite pobre”…no dia seguinte os “jornalões” estarão defenestrando o governo. Mas chegaremos lá um dia, podes crer.

    - Façamos então uma correção! De agora em diante, os brasileiros, povo do meu coração, manterão estas três virtudes, mas nenhum deles poderá utilizar mais de duas simultaneamente, como os outros povos!
    - Assim, o que for petista e honesto, não pode ser inteligente.

    Mensagem ao presidente!

    Estimado presidente, assisti na televisão, anteontem, o trecho de seu discurso criticando o Poder Judiciário e dizendo que V. Exa. e seu amigo Tarso, ministro da Justiça, há muito tempo são favoráveis ao controle externo do Poder Judiciário, não para ‘meter a mão na decisão do juiz’, mas para abrir a ‘caixa-preta’ do Poder… Vi também V. Exa. falar sobre ‘duas Justiças’ e sobre a influência do dinheiro nas decisões da Justiça.

    Fiquei abismado, caro presidente, não com a falta de conhecimento de V.Exa., já que coisa diversa não poderia esperar (só pelo fato de que o nobre presidente é leigo), mas com o fato de que o nobre presidente ainda não se tenha dado conta de que não é mais candidato.
    Não precisa mais falar como se em palanque estivesse; não precisa mais fazer cara de inconformado, alterando o tom da voz para influir no ânimo da platéia. Afinal, não é sempre que se faz discurso na porta da Volks.

    Não precisa mais chorar. O eminente presidente precisa apenas mandar, o que não fez até agora.

    Não existem duas Justiças, como V. Exa. falou. Existe uma só.

    Que é cega, mas não é surda e costuma escutar as besteiras que muitos falam sobre ela.

    Basta ao presidente mandar seu amigo Tarso tomar medidas concretas e efetivas contra o crime organizado..

    Mandar seus demais ministros exercer os cargos para os quais foram nomeados.

    Mandar seus líderes partidários fazer menos conchavos e começar a legislar em favor da sociedade.
    Afinal, V. Exa.. foi eleito para isso.
    Sr. presidente, no mesmo canal de televisão, assisti a uma reportagem dando conta de que,

    em Pernambuco (sua terra natal), crianças que haviam abandonado o lixão, por receberem R$ 25,00 do Bolsa-Escola , tinham voltado para aquela vida (??) insólita simplesmente porque desde janeiro seu governo não repassou o dinheiro destinado ao Bolsa-Escola .

    Como se pode ver, Sr. presidente, vou tentar lembrá-lo de algumas coisas simples. Nós, do Poder Judiciário, não temos caixa-preta. Temos leis inconsistentes e brandas (que seu amigo Tarso sempre utilizou para inocentar pessoas acusadas de crimes do colarinho-branco) .

    Temos de conviver com a Fazenda Pública (e o Sr. presidente é responsável por ela, caso não saiba), sendo nossa maior cliente e litigante, na maioria dos casos, de má-fé.
    Temos os precatórios que não são pagos.
    Temos acidentados que não recebem benefícios em dia (o INSS é de sua responsabilidade, Sr. presidente). Não temos medo algum de qualquer controle externo, Sr. presidente.
    Temos medo, sim, de que pessoas menos avisadas, como V. Exa. mostrou ser, confundam controle externo com atividade jurisdicional (pergunte ao seu amigo Tarso, ele explica o que é).
    De qualquer forma, não é bom falar de corda em casa de enforcado.
    Evidente que V. Exa. usou da expressão ‘caixa-preta’ não no sentido pejorativo do termo.
    Juízes não tomam vinho de R$ 4 mil a garrafa.
    Juízes não são agradados com vinhos portugueses raros quando vão a restaurantes.
    Juízes, quando fazem churrasco, não mandam vir churrasqueiro de outro Estado.
    Mulheres de juízes não possuem condições financeiras para importar cabeleireiros de outras unidades da Federação, apenas para fazer uma ‘escova’. Cachorros de juízes não andam de carro oficial. Caixa-preta por caixa-preta (no sentido meramente figurativo), sr. presidente, a do Poder Executivo é bem maior do que a nossa.
    Meus respeitos a V. Exa. e recomendações ao seu amigo Márcio.

     I know about the whole “race & historical educational disadvantage” thing…but I just don’t agree with it. My parents and their families lived in poverty and grew up in huts in the South Pacific. Had to learn two languages besides their dialect to attend school. Worked hard to come to the US and now they are doctors. Hard work, determination, and want for a better life is all it takes- no excuses. But this is just my opinion.
