Prioridade de administrador público é garantir boa qualidade de vida nas cidades

Um administrador público hoje deve ter como prioridades projetar cidades que garantam boa qualidade de vida a seus habitantes e reparar os desmandos do passado que permitiram que muitas cidades se transformassem em grandes favelas, afirmou o presidente Lula durante discurso na abertura da 5ª Sessão do Fórum Urbano Mundial -- O Direito à Cidade: Unindo o Urbano Dividido, realizada no Rio de Janeiro nesta segunda-feira (22/3).
Nós estamos neste momento da história brasileira provando que é possível construir um novo País e é possível construir uma nova política urbana para os países em desenvolvimento.
Lula pediu que os convidados à cerimônia visitassem o Rio de Janeiro para ver o que está sendo feito nas favelas da cidade em termos de urbanização, “investimentos em saneamento básico e habitação como nunca foi feito antes”, disse. Se antes os governos preferiam gastar recursos em obras mais visíveis, como viadutos, hoje a prioridade é outra: garantir que crianças possam brincar descalça nas ruas sem ter que pisar em esgoto a céu aberto.

As boas práticas políticas podem garantir também a contenção do inchaço das grandes cidades, fazendo com que muitas pessoas retornem ao campo, graças a políticas de financiamento da agricultura familiar e de assentamento no campo, afirmou Lula.
O presidente brasileiro convidou os presentes a compartilharem as boas experiências em suas respectivas cidades e países -- “nós todos queremos aprender com vocês como fazer mais”.
A coisa mais barata e mais simples que um governo tem que fazer é cuidar da parte mais pobre da população. Essa é uma experiência rica que temos acúmulo e que gostaríamos de discutir com vocês.

Obrigado por ter se lembrado de mim. Primeiro deixa-me reafirmar: INFELIZMENTE NÃO TEMOS PODER JUDICIÁRIO NO BRASIL. Segundo, não sou fã de advogados e não nutro muita consideração por eles, porque NÃO COMPACTUO COM GENTE QUE TEM PREÇO, prefiro os integros. Sei que todos tem direito à defesa, mas a maioria dos advogados trabalham exclusivamente por dinheiro e não tem princípios, pois mentem descaradamente e ainda instruem seus clientes a mentirem. Sou lógico e pragmático e defendo que se o cliente do advogado for condenado, ele (o advogado) deveria ser condenado pelo menos à metade da pena do seu cliente e nas mesmas condições, pois como ele sabe da verdade, também é cúmplice e não deveria gozar dessa imunidade toda que todos os advogados, simplesmente por serem advogados e fazerem parte de um cartel chamado OAB.
Outra coisa, pergunto: Os justos precisam de leis?
Acredito que não, pois como cristão tenho a bíblia como uma manual de sobrevivência e como um ótimo livro de princípios e administração e lá em I Timóteo 1:9-10, está escrito”: “Sabendo isto, que a lei não é feita para o justo, mas para os injustos e obstinados, para os ímpios e pecadores, para os profanos e irreligiosos, para os parricidas e matricidas, para os homicidas, para os devassos, para os sodomitas, para os roubadores de homens, para os mentirosos, para os perjuros, e para o que for contrário à sã doutrina…”
Obs.: Desculpem-me os incautos, mas não é necessário pagar para usar o cérebro, é grátis, a lei não é feita para o justo. (está na bíblia e se acreditamos nela como a palavra de Deus não podemos e nem devemos duvidar)
Desculpa-me irmãnzinha, não sou dono da verdade, mas sou um cético e todo cético é um chato, pois como sou lógico não me baseio em inferências e sim em evidências. Tenho orgulho em ser cético e pragmático e não me incomodo com isto, pois Jesus e os profetas também o eram, tanto é que questionavam e perturbavam os chamados “doutores da lei” com suas perguntas e com suas más noticias que eles não queriam ouvir – A VERDADE DÓI. Gosto de refletir sobre o que ouço e incitar as pessoas a fazerem o mesmo, principalmente quando a mensagem vem das lideranças que na sua maioria estão defendendo seus próprios interesses. Concordo com a frase: “É DIFÍCIL O HOMEM ENTENDER UMA COISA SE OS INTERESSES E O SALÁRIO DO HOMEM ENTENDEREM OUTRA COISA”.
Falando em heresia, heresia não é uma questão sobre a verdade das coisas, mas sobre quem acha que manda de verdade. Do ponto de vista dos governos, dos sacerdotes, os profetas sempre foram hereges. Do ponto de vista dos mandatários do poder e dos seus aliados políticos, podemos dizer que até Jesus Cristo também foi um herege. Quem levanta a suspeita de heresia não é quem está ingenuamente interessado na verdade, mas quem precisa se livrar de alguém que ameaça sua condição de dono da razão. O herege assalta o que se sente no direito de ter a última palavra. Declarar que alguém é um herege é bem mais que dizer que ele discorda de suas idéias, mas sim é fazer convergir sobre ele toda a violência acumulada em uma sociedade por seus medos, culpas, inadequações, acidentes, injustiças, frustrações. Declará-lo herege é eliminá-lo de sua influência no destino de uma comunidade, como quem se livra do próprio mal da humanidade.

Qualquer Grande metrópole no mundo tem entre 300 e 400 km de metro porque SP não acompanhou o mesmo rítimo de construção de uma obra tão importante e prioritária para população?
Como nem tudo é ruim, construíram muitas praças de pedágio, 23 só em 2009 e vem muito mais por ai com o rodoanel em 2010.
