   Apesar da retórica, ainda sou muito mais Luiz Fernando Veríssimo, que em suscintas palavras diz, sobre Lula : “Seus problemas com a sintaxe e a gramática o contrapõem às gerações de doutores que construiram a sociedade mais desigual do mundo sem cometer um erro de concordância. Sua origem proletária, contrasta com uma história feita até agora, de cima para baixo, com escassa participação popular, e com a rotina histórica da espoliação do Brasil pela própria elite”…

   O demoarruda avisou a todos: agora estou protegido.
   Sempre piedoso e generoso, o Presidente de Nascença informou que o cleptogovernador do DF, o demoarruda, não ficará desamparado depois de ser cassado injustamente por distribuir renda entre seus amigos e si próprio. @ZeSerra informou que o cleptodemo não ficará desempregado e se recuperará, sob as asas cálidas do Maior dos Benfeitores dos Políticos Esquecidos, das maldades feitas contra ele.

   A informação partiu do próprio governador Zezinho, em post no twitter endereçado a este sobrinho da tia Carmela.

   A honra da resposta deveu-se a um post em que eu perguntava ao Grande Defensor dos Injustiçados se o governador Arruda seria também agraciado com o seguro desemprego para políticos. Trata-se de mais uma genial criação do governador Zezinho, já concedido ao ex-senador Antero Paes de Barros (PSDB-MT) e a seu assessor para serviços inglórios, Roberto Freire.

   Em milhões de lares do DF, a população acende velas em frente a imagens de Pai ACM.
   O demoarruda recebeu a informação em um terreiro em Salvador, para onde fora para receber orientações de seu guia espiritual, Pai ACM.    O Zezinho sempre foi meio supersticioso. Desde criança, na Móoca, tinha suas manias: antes de jogar futebol ele dava uns croques na cabeça no Reinaldinho Cabeção. Quando o Reinaldinho reclamava, o Zezinho falava: é pra dar sorte; você quer que a gente perca? Também gostava de galhinhos de arruda. Quando ia espiar as meninas pela fechadura, ou quando tinha que colar na prova de Educação Moral e Cívica, sempre colocava um galhinho de arruda atrás da orelha…

   Lula repete a foto histórica de Vargas com o petróleo

   Destaco aqui alguns trechos da matéria publicada anteontem pelo The New York Times sobre o petróleo do pré-sal. É interessante como não lemos estas coisas na grande imprensa brasileira.

   Primeiro, o tamanho desta riqueza:

   “Esta chamada região pré-sal, que se estende por centenas de quilômetros, é a maior reserva em desenvolvimento no mundo atualmente, especialmente dada a falta de acesso aos extensos depósitos do Iraque, disse Daniel Yergin, presidente da IHS Cambridge Energy Research Associates, uma consultoria de energia.”

   Depois, a “rapidez” na exploração, que apontam como “vantagem” de abrir o petróleo ao capital estangeiro:

   ” a decisão de dar à Petrobras o controle operacional é míope, arriscada e poderá atrasar a capacidade do Brasil de usar o petróleo para ajudar a transformar o país, disse Christopher Garman, um analista do Eurasia Group, uma consultoria de risco político em Nova York.”E se conseguirmos um grande avanço tecnológico em energia renovável e, daqui cinco a oito anos, o preço do petróleo não for o que é hoje?” disse German.”

   Será que existe alguma alma no mundo capaz de achar que o petróleo, daqui a este tempo, vai ter cedido lugar a novas fontes de energia ao ponto de desvalorizar-se?

   E as ambições políticas na discussão do projeto? Leiam:

   “Os planos de Lula para um maior controle dos novos campos enfrentará uma dura batalha no Congresso do Brasil, onde os líderes da oposição dizem que buscarão adiar o plano, para negar ao presidente uma vitória que poderia impulsionar politicamente Dilma Rousseff, sua ministra da Casa Civil e candidata escolhida para sucedê-lo na eleição do próximo ano. (…)”O governo usará todo argumento ideológico, nacionalista e emocional para tentar aprovar isto antes da eleição do próximo ano, mas será muito difícil a aprovação”, disse Tasso Jereissati, um senador do Partido da Social Democracia Brasileira (PSDB) que é um crítico da proposta do governo.

    Permito-me abrir este post verdadeiramente espantoso com algo que escrevi aqui há menos de uma semana: não me interessa a vida privada de homens públicos, a menos que ela esteja em contradição com a sua pregação e com as escolhas políticas que anunciam. Dito isso, adiante.

    Vocês sabem quem é César Benjamin? Então começo por sua biografia sintetizada hoje na Folha de S. Paulo:
    CÉSAR BENJAMIN, 55, militou no movimento estudantil secundarista em 1968 e passou para a clandestinidade depois da decretação do Ato Institucional nº 5, em 13 de dezembro desse ano, juntando-se à resistência armada ao regime militar. Foi preso em meados de 1971, com 17 anos, e expulso do país no final de 1976. Retornou em 1978. Ajudou a fundar o PT, do qual se desfiliou em 1995. Em 2006 foi candidato a vice-presidente na chapa liderada pela senadora Heloísa Helena, do PSOL, do qual também se desfiliou. Trabalhou na Fundação Getulio Vargas, na Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência, na Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro e na Editora Nova Fronteira. É editor da Editora Contraponto e colunista da Folha.

    - Mentiu ao não assumir a responsabilidade pela confecção do Dossiê sobre as falcatruas na gestão de FHC e ainda saiu pela tangente dizendo que tudo não passava de um simples Banco de Dados;

    - Mentiu, junto com o Ministro Guido Mantega, ao afirmar o descobrimento das jazidas de petróleo na camada pré-sal, quando esta descoberta já havia sido objeto de estudos no Governo Geisel;

    - Mentiu ao fazer prognósticos alarmistas e totalmente fora da realidade, no que tange a produtividade na prospecção de óleo na camada pré-sal, haja vista que o Brasil ainda não detém a tecnologia exigida para a extração em tal profundidade;

    - Mentiu ao declarar que não interferiu junto à Receita Federal para encobrir o “CALOTE FISCAL” que a Petrobrás deu ao erário público;
    - Mentiu ao dizer que não interferiu nas investigações que envolvem a Família Sarney com a Petrobrás, relativamente a Fundação que leva o nome do PresiMENTE do Senado;
    - Mentiu ao declarar falsamente, em documento oficial, que faziam parte de seu “Curriculum Vitae” os Cursos de Pós-Graduação, Mestrado e Doutorado;
    - Mentiu ao afirmar que não houve o encontro, em seu gabinete, com a Sra. Lina ( Secretária da Receita Federal ) para que esfriasse o caso Petrobrás junto a aquele órgão de arrecadação;
    - Mente para o povo ao não informar que recebe de duas fontes federais (o que é proibido por Lei), ou seja: salário de Ministra-Chefe da Casa Civil e a ínfima quantia de R$ 75.000,00 como Membro do Conselho da Petrobrás.
    - Certamente, assim como seu Mestre e Guru Lula, habitualmente faz, Dilma também estará mentindo ao tentar convencer a opinião pública e os famintos dos vários projetos bolsa-esmola e bolsa-voto ao afirmar que reúne todas as condições necessárias para se candidatar a Presidência do Brasil.

    BRASÍLIA – Aliada do governo, a União Nacional dos Estudantes (UNE) fraudou convênios, forjou orçamentos e não prestou contas de recursos públicos recebidos nos últimos dois anos. A entidade chegou a apresentar documentos de uma empresa de segurança fantasma, com sede na Bahia, para conseguir aprovar um patrocínio para o encontro nacional em Brasília. Dados do Ministério da Cultura revelam que pelo menos nove convênios celebrados com a UNE, totalizando R$ 2,9 milhões, estão em situação irregular – a organização estudantil toma dinheiro público, mas não diz nem quanto gastou nem como gastou.

    A Polícia Federal acaba de concluir inquérito que envolve o desembargador aposentado Manoel Carpena Amorim, ex-corregedor-geral do Tribunal de Justiça do Rio, com um esquema internacional de lavagem de dinheiro.

    Documentos apreendidos na casa de um casal de doleiros revelaram que o magistrado criou duas empresas offshore em paraísos fiscais para camuflar depósitos estimados em US$ 500 mil em contas de bancos da Suíça e do Principado de Liechtenstein. É o que informa a reportagem de Chico Otavio e Cássio Bruno, publicada na edição do GLOBO deste domingo.

    Como corregedor-geral, Carpena Amorim foi responsável pela abertura de processo disciplinar contra a juíza Márcia Cunha, da 2ª Vara Empresarial, em 2005. A magistrada teve a conduta questionada após dar decisão liminar que permitiu à Previ e outros fundos de pensão retirar das mãos do grupo Opportunity o controle da Brasil Telecom.

    No mesmo ano, Márcia denunciou o lobista Eduardo Raschkovsky por tentativa de corrupção em nome do Opportunity (Eduardo e o grupo negaram). Há uma ligação entre o lobista e o corregedor. De 2003 a 2004, Raschkovsky foi sócio de Marlene de Souza Carpena Amorim, mulher do então corregedor, e de pelo menos dois doleiros, na empresa imobiliária Ocean Coast.

    Bastaram dois dias úteis e R$ 218,42 em despesas de cartório para a reportagem da Folha criar uma igreja. Com mais três dias e R$ 200, a Igreja Heliocêntrica do Sagrado EvangÉlio já tinha CNPJ, o que permitiu aos seus três fundadores abrir uma conta bancária e realizar aplicações financeiras livres de IR (Imposto de Renda) e de IOF (Imposto sobre Operações Financeiras).

    Seria um crime perfeito, se a prática não estivesse totalmente dentro da lei. Não existem requisitos teológicos ou doutrinários para a constituição de uma igreja. Tampouco se exige um número mínimo de fiéis.

    Basta o registro de sua assembleia de fundação e estatuto social num cartório. Melhor ainda, o Estado está legalmente impedido de negar-lhes fé. Como reza o parágrafo 1º do artigo 44 do Código Civil: “São livres a criação, a organização, a estruturação interna e o funcionamento das organizações religiosas, sendo vedado ao poder público negar-lhes reconhecimento ou registro dos atos constitutivos e necessários ao seu funcionamento”.

    A autonomia de cada instituição religiosa é quase total. Desde que seus estatutos não afrontem nenhuma lei do país e sigam uma estrutura jurídica assemelhada à das associações civis, os templos podem tudo.

    A qualidade dos serviços de eletricidade piorou nos últimos anos, apesar do aumento no custo da conta de luz. Depois de alcançar o menor nível da história, no período após o processo de privatização do setor elétrico iniciado em 1995, o volume de blecautes voltou a subir em todo o País.

    Em algumas localidades, os indicadores estão no pior nível da década, segundo dados da Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel). É o caso das distribuidoras do Pará (Celpa) e de Minas Gerais (Cat-Leo e Cemig), entre outras.

    No ano passado, os brasileiros ficaram, em média, 16,61 horas sem eletricidade – número superior às 16,57 horas de 2001, quando o racionamento deixou a rede de distribuição mais folgada e menos vulnerável aos blecautes. A média nacional, no entanto, esconde casos extremos, como o de São Luiz do Anauá, em Roraima, onde as interrupções somaram 1.007 horas em 2008. Isso significa ficar um mês e 11 dias sem eletricidade no ano. Apesar disso, a tarifa média da região está em R$ 290 o MWh, a maior do País.

    No período de recordes sucessivos de movimento de passageiros, os principais aeroportos do país estão com capacidade esgotada, recusam voos e já não permitem crescimento de aviação comercial. Para as agências de viagens e companhias aéreas, existe o risco de um novo apagão no setor, agora por falta de infraestrutura.

    Os dados da Infraero (estatal federal responsável pelos aeroportos) apontam que o número de passageiros transportados em outubro foi 33% superior ao do mesmo mês de 2007.

    Outro dado: até outubro, haviam passado pelos aeroportos da Infraero 103,744 milhões de passageiros, cerca de 9 milhões a mais do que nos dez primeiros meses de 2008.

    Segundo análise da Anac (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil), o salto foi impulsionado pela liberdade tarifária nos voos internacionais, mas também houve a retomada econômica e o fim da crise gerada pela gripe suína, que inibiu voos no meio do ano.

    Conferência quer intervir na mídia

    A maioria das propostas encaminhadas pelos ministérios, sindicatos e organizações não-governamentais à 1ª Conferência Nacional de Comunicação (Confecom) quer mais regulação do Estado sobre a mídia e, principalmente, mais favores do governo.

    Entre as ideias tiradas nas conferências regionais, preparatórias para a 1ª Confecom, está a de criar um Conselho Nacional de Comunicação, vinculado à Presidência. Outra proposta é a de recriação da Embrafilme, extinta no início de 1990.

    Esse conselho, que lembra a proposta de criação do polêmico Conselho Nacional de Jornalismo – ideia arquivada, que agitou o primeiro mandato do presidente Lula (2003-2006) por se destinar a intervir na produção de reportagens -, servirá para promover “o aperfeiçoamento do setor e viabilização do novo marco regulatório”.

    Das propostas que, na prática, são reivindicações de algum tipo de acesso facilitado aos cofres públicos, a mais comum é a que pede uma reserva de parte das verbas de publicidade oficial para “veículos alternativos comunitários” e jornais de pequena circulação.

    Em vez de regulação objetiva, as propostas têm caráter interventor a pretexto de estabelecer o equilíbrio entre “os interesses da população” e os interesses dos “grandes grupos empresariais”. Por esse caminho trafegam ideias que vão da regulação de programas religiosos nas emissoras de rádio e TV à defesa do “controle público dos meios de comunicação”.

    Algumas conclusões se podem tirar do caso “Menino do MEP”. A primeira e mais óbvia é que o Lula não poderia mesmo processar César Benjamin: a conversa aconteceu. Se o publicitário Paulo de Tarso, aquele que tem contrato de R$ 300 milhões com o governo, disse que não se lembrava do fato e discordava do “conceito” (???) do texto de Benjamin, o cineasta Silvio Tendler, numa entrevista extremamente agressiva, atacando o articulista, confirmou o relato. Só que ele diz que tudo não passava de uma “piada”. Já volto a esse ponto.

    O fato é que só os EUA têm poder para deter o processo deslanchado na América Latina, sob a liderança do PT. A nova fase trouxe também uma novidade: a vaidade. O senso de perigo dos revolucionários desapareceu.

    Parece claro que os revolucionários congregados em torno do Foro de São Paulo mudaram a fase de sua ação, acelerando o processo histórico. Estão muito conscientes de que acumularam forças para ditar as regras para os inimigos políticos. Lula, no Brasil, está ignorando qualquer limite de ação. O depoimento do ex-diretor do Banco Central, Mario Torós, dando conta de como transcorreu o processo de default do Unibanco foi irônico. Afinal, ninguém mais fez pelo PT e Lula do que os banqueiros esquerdistas que o controlavam. Foram impiedosamente sacrificados pela lógica revolucionária.

    Depois de atrito com EUA, Itamaraty experimentou fiascos na Cúpula Amazônica e na reunião da Unasul

    Até o momento, a diplomacia brasileira em Honduras colecionou derrotas. Ao aderir à causa do presidente deposto, Manuel Zelaya, e abrigá-lo na Embaixada do Brasil em Tegucigalpa, o Itamaraty perdeu a oportunidade de liderar um processo que pusesse fim à crise política criada com o golpe que depôs o presidente em junho passado.

    Na semana passada, o Brasil virou espectador de um processo erosão no apoio à ideia de que Honduras não deveria fazer eleições antes de devolver o poder a Zelaya. Como revelou o Estado na terça-feira, o Itamaraty enviou no dia 17 uma emissária a Washington para convencer a Casa Branca a apoiar uma proposta de adiamento das eleições. A proposta não teve resposta.

    No mesmo dia, Marco Aurélio Garcia, assessor especial da Presidência da República, critica a política diplomática do governo Barack Obama. Na quarta-feira, o chanceler Celso Amorim foi obrigado a vir a público para atenuar as críticas que Garcia fizera à diplomacia dos Estados Unidos.
