Palácio do Planalto volta aos trabalhos após 15 meses de reforma

Após 15 meses de obras, o Palácio do Planalto volta hoje a ser ocupado pelo presidente Lula, que no período estava trabalhando em um gabinete provisório instalado no Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (CCBB) e recebendo chefes de Estado e de Governo em audiências no Palácio Itamaraty. A reforma do prédio que integra a Praça dos Três Poderes – junto com o Congresso Nacional e o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) – resultou numa adequação das suas instalações. O Palácio ganhou um estacionamento subterrâneo para 500 carros e uma torre com gabinetes para assessores e saída de emergência, além de equipamentos mais modernos de telecomunicações e segurança – veja mais detalhes no infográfico acima.
“Neste momento de devolução do Palácio do Planalto restaurado, desejamos ressaltar a dimensão simbólica deste ato, de entrega ao país de seu centro de poder renovado, que volta a pertencer, de maneira transparente e plena, a todo o povo brasileiro”, disse o chefe do Gabinete Pessoal do Presidente da República, Gilberto Carvalho, em artigo publicado no Correio Braziliense, assinado em parceria com Paulo Maldos, assessor especial do Gabinete Pessoal do Presidente da República. Todo o processo da reforma foi monitorado num site que cuidou do registro em texto e fotográfico das mais diversas etapas da obra. Segundo Lula, “o Palácio do Planalto é uma das coisas mais fantásticas que nós temos no Brasil. Não só foi arquitetado pelo gênio Oscar Niemeyer, mas teve com primeiro presidente a figura inesquecível de Juscelino Kubitschek”.
A restauração previu, em linhas gerais, da troca das instalações das redes lógica, elétrica, hidráulica e sanitária, dos sistemas de incêndio e de ar condicionado; substituição de alvenarias e divisórias; restauração da fachada (peças de mármore e granito); substituição de toda a parte de alta tensão e geradores de energia; restauração das esquadrias e troca de vidros; construção de escada contra-incêndio; implantação do sistema de aproveitamento de águas; e modernização tecnológica.

Não é a primeira vez que Dilma Rousseff(PT) coloca um “laranja” a assumir os seus erros. Ela conhece a técnica desde os tempos da guerrilha, pois sempre diz que dormia em cima de bomba, montava e desmontava fuzil em trinta segundos, mas nunca apertou o gatilho nas ações violentas do seu grupo, que mataram tanta gente inocente. Quando mentiu sobre o seu mestrado e doutorado, que ela não tinha, também disse que foi um assessor que mexeu no seu currículo na plataforma Lattes, onde só entra com login e senha. Tanto mostrou a sua experiência em usar “laranjas”, que virou a “laranja” do Lula.

Lula critica o diretor da ‘Folha de S.Paulo’ em comício

Lula participou, na noite passada, de seu nono comício na campanha de Dilma Rousseff. Deu-se em Campo Grande (MS).
Na pele de cabo eleitoral, o presidente declarou, pela enésima vez, ter sido vítima de preconceito por não dispor de formação universitária.
Mencionou como exemplo uma passagem da campanha de 2002, ano em que prevaleceu sobre o mesmo José Serra que agora mede forças com sua pupila.
Conforme relato do repórter Claudio Leal, Lula resumiu assim o episódio: “Me lembro como se fosse hoje, quando eu estava almoçando com a Folha de S.Paulo…”
“…O diretor da Folha de S.Paulo perguntou pra mim: ‘O senhor fala em inglês? Como é que o senhor vai governar o Brasil se o senhor não fala inglês?’…”
“…E eu falei pra ele: alguém já perguntou se Bill Clinton fala português? Eles achavam que o Bill Clinton não tinha obrigação de falar português!”
Ouviram-se gritos e aplausos da audiência. E Lula: “Era eu o subalterno, o colonizado, que tinha que falar inglês, e não Bill Clinton o português!”.
Ainda se referindo ao almoço na Folha, o presidente arrematou: “Houve uma hora em que eu fiquei chateado e me levantei da mesa e falei:…”
“Eu não vim aqui pra dar entrevista, eu vim aqui pra almoçar. Levantei, parei o almoçoe e fui embora”.
O relato despejado por Lula sobre o palanque de Campo Grande não condiz com os fatos. O almoço a que fez referência ocorreu em 19 de julho de 2002.
Lula foi à mesa com diretores e editores do jornal, numa sala de refeições que funciona no 9º andar do edifício sede da Folha.
Irritou-se não com uma, mas com duas perguntas formuladas por Otavio Frias Filho, diretor de Redação.
Na primeira, Frias Filho perguntou a Lula se ele tinha se preparado intelectualmente nos últimos 20 anos para credenciar-se ao exercício do cargo de presidente.
Não houve menção à língua inglesa. Lula negou-se a responder. Alegou que a pergunta seria preconceituosa. Nem sinal de Bill Clinton.
Ante a recusa do então candidato, Frias Filho registrou sua estranheza. Embora abespinhado, Lula manteve-se à mesa.
Depois, na segunda pergunta, Frias Filho inquiriu o convidado sobre a aliança que o PT firmara com o PL. Tachou a legenda de linha auxiliar do malufismo.
Lula esboçava uma resposta quando o interlocutor interveio para dizer que suas explicações lhe soavam evasivas.
Foi nesse ponto que Lula se levantou e abandonou a sala de almoço. Antes de sair, acusou Frias Filho de estar a serviço de outra candidato. Uma alusão a Serra.
O “publisher” da Folha, Octavio Frias de Oliveira, vivo à época, acompanhou Lula até a saída.
A cena foi testemunhada por José Alencar, então candidato a vice presidente, e por assessores petistas que acompanhavam Lula.
No comício de Campo Grande, ou Lula foi traído pela memória ou adicionou deliberadamente pimenta ao que já era picante.
Disse que muitos o viam em 2002 como “cidadão de segunda classe”. Pior: enxergavam-no como um “verdadeiro vira-lata”.
Voltando-se para Zeca do PT, seu candidato ao governo do Mato Grosso do Sul, Lula concluiu:
“Quando terminou o meu mandato, Zeca, terminei sem precisar ter almoçado com nenhum jornal!…”
“…Nunca faltei com o respeito com a imprensa. E vocês sabem o que já fizeram comigo”.
O lero-lero do preconceito não foi recitado ao microfone a esmo. Serviu de preâmbulo para o que foi dito a seguir.
Lula insinuou que, a exemplo do que julga ter ocorrido com ele, também as mulheres são vistas no Brasil sob uma ótica preconceituosa.
“É verdade que já perdi três eleições. Mas também é verdade que já ganhei duas e vamos ganhar a terceira, elegendo a Dilma”, ele afirmou.
“As mulheres não são maiores só na sociedade. Elas são maioria no doutorado e no mestrado também…”
“…Isso significa que as mulheres não querem mais ser tratadas como cidadãos de segunda categoria. Eu quero que a Dilma cuide do nosso povo com carinho e amor”.
A presidenciável petista discursara antes de seu patrono. Dedicara-se a elogiar o “nosso governo” e a fustigar Serra, seu principal antagonista.
“Tem aqueles que falam e aqueles que fazem. Nós somos do grupo dos que fazem. Eles são do grupo dos que falam e dizem só nas eleições…”
“…Nós fizemos o Bolsa Família no momento mais difícil. E jamais deixamos faltar dinheiro para o Bolsa Família. Eles [...] chamavam de bolsa esmola”.
Dilma recordou à platéia que ainda faltam 40 dias para o exercício do voto. Repetiu que pesquisa não ganha eleição. E instou os que a ouviam a buscar votos.
Vc que se meteu com o cara errado, foi cutucar o cara errado seu italiano mentiroso, de alemão não tens nada.
Grande estadista Lula…vai demorar para surgir outro…mas teremos agora uma mulher estadista…da melhor qualidade

COMENTÁRIOS À CARTA DOS BLOGUEIROS “PROGRESSISTAS”
É difícil saber, no Brasil, o que significa ser “progressista”. Pode ser isso e/ou isso, pois os dois blogueiros em comento nesses posts são signatários do manifesto resultante do encontro havido em São Paulo. Quanto ao documento produzido, vale comentar o conteúdo:
“I – Apoiamos o Plano Nacional de Banda Larga (PNBL), de iniciativa do governo federal, como forma de inclusão digital de expressiva parcela do povo brasileiro extemporaneamente alijada de um meio de comunicação de massas como a internet no limiar da segunda década do século XXI, o que é inaceitável e incompatível com os direitos fundamentais do homem à comunicação em um momento histórico em que os avanços tecnológicos nessa área já são acessíveis a qualquer cidadão de qualquer classe social nos países em estágio civilizatório mais avançado. Apesar do apoio ao PNBL, os Blogueiros Progressistas declaram que, mesmo entendendo a iniciativa governamental como positiva, julgam que precisa de aprimoramento, pois da forma como está ainda oferece pouco para que a internet possa ser explorada em todas as suas potencialidades. A velocidade de processamento a ser oferecida à sociedade sem cobrança dos custos exorbitantes da iniciativa privada, por exemplo, precisa ser ampliada ou não realizará aquilo a que se propõe.”
Tópico interessante, de fato. Acho que todo mundo apóia. Creio ter faltado uma pequena observação: a metodologia pela qual o Plano será posto em prática, evitando beneficiar empresas ligadas a determinados políticos, como já foi divulgado pela tão odiosa “velha mídia”. Se nenhuma velha raposa partidária for beneficiada pelo PNBL e ele, de fato, apenas beneficiar a população, é sim uma boa.

“2 – Defendemos a regulamentação dos Artigos 220, 221 e 223 da Constituição Federal, que legislam sobre a comunicação no Brasil e, entre outras coisas, proíbem a concentração abusiva dos meios de comunicação de massa e que dispõem sobre os sistemas público, estatal e privado.”
É o parágrafo quinto do artigo 220 da CF/88 que versa sobre “monopólio e oligopólio” nos meios de comunicação, nos seguintes termos: “§ 5º – Os meios de comunicação social não podem, direta ou indiretamente, ser objeto de monopólio ou oligopólio.”
O que é monopólio? Simples e até elementar: uma mesma empresa (ou grupo empresarial) possuir diversas marcas num mesmo mercado. O que temos na TV? Concorrência entre Globo, Record, SBT, BAND e Rede TV. Não há “monopólio”, embora exista, de fato, larga vantagem da TV Globo na grande maioria das faixas de horário. E esse mesmo raciocínio se aplica para jornais e revistas: Folha, Estadão, O Globo, Diários Associados; Veja, Época, IstoÉ etc.
O grupo de blogueiros muito provavelmente confunde “monopólio” e “veículos que não elogiam o governo da forma como gostaríamos”. Os conceitos são extremamente distintos e, quanto a isso, é caso para dar boas risadas quando o tema chegar à observação de um adulto que conheça minimamente esses conceitos não exatamente sofisticados. Mas como a idéia era, além de tudo, fazer protestinho, taí, fica o “protesto”.
Mídia má! Fora Bush! Abaixo o FMI! Etc. Ok.

“Por omissão dos Poderes Executivo e Legislativo na regulamentação da matéria e sob sugestão do eminente professor Fabio Konder Comparato, os Blogueiros Progressistas decidem mover na Justiça brasileira uma Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade (ADIN) com vistas à regulamentação das leis que determinam profundas alterações na realidade da comunicação no Brasil supra descrita e que vêm sendo solenemente ignoradas.”
Sendo ADIN por Omissão ou Mandado de Injunção, a competência pela propositura cabe:
“I – o Presidente da República; II – a Mesa do Senado Federal; III – a Mesa da Câmara dos Deputados; IV – a Mesa de Assembléia Legislativa ou da Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal; V – o Governador de Estado ou do Distrito Federal; VI – o Procurador-Geral da República; VII – o Conselho Federal da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil; VIII – partido político com representação no Congresso Nacional; e IX – confederação sindical ou entidade de classe de âmbito nacional”
Em qual dos grupos os “blogueiros” se enquadram? Confederação sindical? Entidade de classe de âmbito nacional? Talvez peçam uma forcinha para alguém, mas esse não é o maior dos problemas. Vamos aos fatos.
MONOPÓLIO, como dito, é um conceito EMPRESARIAL e não IDEOLÓGICO/PARTIDÁRIO. Qual seria exatamente a alegação? Há “apenas” cinco emissoras de TV? Única e tão-somente 3 ou 4 semanários? 5 jornais impressos DOMINAM o mercado nacional? Isso não prospera.
Como se depreende do próprio nome, “monopólio” refere-se a hegemonia e, até mesmo se fossem DUAS companhias haveria subsídio para debate. Mas são bem mais e a ADIN por Omissão nascerá morta. É incabível quanto à “insatisfação ideológico/partidária” em decorrência da linha editorial dos veículos que têm maior número de leitores – até porque, bem sabemos, há também uma miríade de publicações, e até emissoras, com teor altamente governista e chapa-branca.

“3 – Combatemos iniciativas que tramitam no Poder Legislativo tais como o Projeto de Lei de autoria do senador mineiro Eduardo Azeredo, iniciativa que se notabilizou pela alcunha de “AI-5 digital” e que pretende impor restrições policialescas à liberdade de expressão na rede mundial de computadores, bem como as especulações sobre o que se convencionou chamar de “pedágio na rede”, ou seja, a possibilidade de os grandes grupos de mídia poderem veicular seus conteúdos na internet com vantagens tecnológicas como capacidade e velocidade de processamento em detrimento do que for produzido pelos cidadãos comuns e pelas pequenas empresas de comunicação.”
Vale lembrar que o “PL do Azeredo”, nos seus trâmites finais, recebeu DEZ emendas do Senador Mercadante – mas curiosamente essa observação não foi feita pelos “progressistas”. Normal. O Marco Civil Regulatório, do Ministério da Justiça, também não chega a ser um PRIMOR no que tange à liberdade do internauta (oi, internautas), mas não chegou a ser mencionado. Normal, também.
Mas o que realmente seria isso de “especulações sobre o que se convencionou chamar de…”? Qual é efetivamente o pleito? Querem mais capacidade de processamento? Querem mais velocidade? Isso já não está disponível para quem quiser comprar? Pergunto tudo isso com sinceridade.

“4 – Reivindicamos a elaboração de políticas públicas que incentivem a veiculação de publicidade privada e oficial remuneradas nos blogs, bem como outras formas de financiamento que efetivamente viabilizem essa forma de comunicação representada pela Blogosfera Progressista, de maneira que possa ser produzida por qualquer cidadão que disponha de competência para explorar seu potencial econômico e comercial, exatamente como fazem os meios de comunicação de massas tradicionais com amplo apoio do Estado por meio de fartas verbas públicas que, com freqüência, são repassadas sob critérios meramente políticos e que ignoram a orientação constitucional que determina pluralidade na comunicação do país.”
Resumindo: GRANA. O Governo faria como? Criaria a POSTEBRAS, estatal destinada ao financiamento de blogs, depois de seu conteúdo passar por um crivo ideológico e partidário? REALMENTE falaram sério ou é uma semi-piada como a ADIN para matéria omissa? Faiçavor!
E quem define os “progressistas”, para efeito de receber tal verba? Se precisar de certidão negativa junto ao Poder Público, sabemos, talvez possa complicar para uns e outros – mas sempre há a hipótese de INEXIGIBILIDADE DE LICITAÇÃO…
Quem defende um regime ditatorial que apedreja mulheres, por exemplo, creio que não possa ser chamado de progressista. Mas sei que essa minha opinião provavelmente não conta – por isso a dúvida.

“5 – Cobramos dos Poderes Executivo e Legislativo que examinem com seriedade deliberações da 1ª Conferência Nacional de Comunicação (Confecom) como a da criação do imprescindível Conselho Nacional de Comunicação.”
Agora entendi os “parabéns” que a Dilma deu no tuíter. Mas ela não assinou, talvez apenas rubricou, então dá tempo de voltar atrás.

Um bom começo seria ajudar Gabriel Azevedo, que vem sendo perseguido por Helio Costa em Minas Gerais. Os progressistas, salvo raras exceções, fizeram silêncio sepulcral em função disso. Outro exemplo é Raquel Camargo que já sofreu processo da petista Luiziane de Fortaleza e, agora, de Marta Suplicy (já retirado). Casos assim não são efetivamente acompanhados pelos “progressistas”. Estranho…

O PT está pedindo a suspensão da exibição da mensagem gravada pelo ministro das Relações Institucionais, Alexandre Padilha, em apoio à candidatura de Ciro Nogueira (PP) ao Senado, contra a coligação do PT, no Piauí. A direção estadual pediu punição ao diretório nacional para Padilha por infidelidade partidária. O PT ainda está relacionando os dirigentes dos diretórios municipais do PT que estão fazendo campanha para outros candidatos, fora da coligação estabelecida pela agremiação. Os casos serão entregues à Comissão de Ética para análise. A mensagem gravada pelo ministro dizia: “A Dilma precisa de senadores comprometidos com a construção de um país cada vez mais forte e mais justo, peço seu voto para Ciro 111, parceiro de Dilma e parceiro de Lula”, que foi exibida no programa eleitoral do candidato Ciro Nogueira. A mensagem causou revolta aos petistas piauienses, principalmente ao candidato a senador pelo PT, Antônio José Medeiros, que já tinha desmentido que Padilha tivesse apoiando a candidatura de Ciro. “Eu vi o programa e não entendi, discutimos isso em reunião da Executiva e decidimos reapresentá-lo junto à Executiva Nacional do PT, já que ele é de São Paulo e é ministro”, informou o vice-presidente regional do PT, Edilberto Borges, o Dudu. Borges ressaltou que o PT tem dois candidatos a senador no Estado e o Ciro faz parte de outra coligação.

Valor da Petrobras no mercado despenca
Petrobras e Eletrobras foram as empresas que tiveram a maior perda nominal em valor de mercado em 2010 na América Latina, mostra levantamento da Economatica. Segundo a consultoria, a Petrobras valia US$ 143,1 bilhões na segunda-feira, ou US$ 56,2 bilhões a menos do que no final de 2009 (queda de 28,2%).Considerando também empresas americanas, a queda do valor de mercado da Petrobras só fica atrás das perdas da Microsoft (US$ 60,5 bilhões).Segundo o economista da Legan Asset Management Fausto Gouveia, o risco de aumento da ingerência política na estatal preocupa os investidores.”Há muitas incertezas sobre a capitalização da Petrobras. Se o preço do barril cedido pelo Estado na operação for muito alto, o governo terá participação maior na empresa.” Ontem a Vale do Rio Doce passou a Petrobras e assumiu a dianteira do ranking das maiores exportadoras brasileiras.
Reforma do Planalto estoura o orçamento
O presidente Lula volta hoje a despachar no Palácio do Planalto, após uma reforma mais cara e longa que o estimado originalmente, e que foi entregue com imperfeições.O custo inicial, R$ 76 milhões, passou para R$ 98 milhões no meio da obra. Acabou em R$ 111 milhões, estourando em R$ 1 milhão o limite previsto no orçamento.Com quatro meses de atraso, a obra foi dada por encerrada com problemas de acabamento. Na entrada principal, há deformações no teto de gesso, com irregularidades na pintura, e no mezanino, a parede de espelhos que deveria refletir o STF distorce as imagens da rua.

Leio no insuspeito Noblat que o outrora tonitroante Sérgio Guerra pediu arrego em nome de Serra, pedinodo a Yeda que dê força à candidatura do “coiso”. E Yeda, do alto de seus 16% de aprovação no Datafolha – não tem nem isso – “ficou de pensar”.

O partido quadrilha nunca deu bons exemplos em sua vida.
Fundado por um espertalhão que até hoje vive da fama de trabalhador, apesar de ser um pelegão de carteirinha, poluído pelos filósofos picaretas ao estilo de Chauí e Boff, alimentado por negociatas sujas onde os negócios se misturam com o dinheiro do povo, Celso Daniel que o diga, e sempre pronto a denegrir a imagem alheia.
Ultimamente, vários são os desserviços prestados por esse bando de delinquentes à manutenção de nossa democracia.
Estão aí o tal PNDH3, a tal CONFECON e as assanhadas iniciativas do recalcado sequestrador Franklin Martins que não nos deixa mentir.
A última é a decisão desta meliante candidata da quadrilha de não ir aos debates.
A Lei eleitoral no Brasil é uma das mais imbecis do planeta. Ela é a primeira porta de entrada, de uma censura que vive latente na cabeça deste bando.
Proíbe-se um jornal de publicar matérias sobre uma quadrilha política chefiada por um marginal, somente por que este cidadão, frequenta as hostes do poder divino do Ensaboado.
Proíbe-se um blogueiro de publicar um link, olhem bem, um link, para um vídeo que relembra, ao cidadão brasileiro que um determinado político fez isso e aquilo em passado recente, justamente quando o TSE badala na televisão, a necessidade de analisarmos bem a vida de quem vamos votar.
Incoerência da Lei ou da cabeça dos juízes?
Proíbe-se o humor de fazer o humor que tantos e tantos políticos fizeram durante estas duas últimas legislaturas, sendo que os verdadeiros palhaços desta comédia macabra somos nós os eleitores, principais interessados em, como diz o TSE em sua propaganda, informarções sobre o que eles fizeram.
E aí, numa falta de respeito, não aos candidatos, mas a todos os brasileiros, inclusive os idiotas que parecem ter por ela optado, como uma sequestradora e assaltante de bancos ela foge, se esconde com medo de perder votos pelo risco de ver expostas suas fraquezas, seus crimes do passado, deficiências e a extrema falta de capacidade.
O que dona ex-terrorista e agora cagona candidata está fazendo, é taxar de idiota, principalmente aqueles que, pelas pesquisas, já decidiram dar à essa irresponsável carta branca para representá-los.
A intenção do partido quadrilha que ela representa, diga-se muito bem por sinal, é como um recado, que talvez diga mais ou menos assim:
Melhor faltar mesmo, já conseguimos fazer a cabeça destes babacas que quando classificarem nossa candidata como fujona, de tão otários que são, vão continuar a apoiá-la.
É esse o recado que está sendo dado à uma parcela de um povo que se acha esperto.
E fazem isso sem nenhuma dose de escrúpulo e com a mesma safadeza que usam para tentar instalar neste país uma ditadura comandada, vejam vocês, por gente desta espécie.
Se chegarem ao poder, ainda não estão e já agem desta forma, será pequeno o número de cadeias disponíveis para a parcela da população brasileira que já decidiu não participar desta humilhação e desta farsa montada por um partido de bandidos que está pendurado no STF classificados que foram como quadrilha.
Está na hora do brasileiro deixar de ser e se portar como idiotas, como massa de manobras feito bois de piranha dessa gentalha.
Se, em 64 o militarismo brasileiro, por muito menos, fez o que fez, agora se faz necessário, não um movimento militar de tomada de poder, mas de atitude.
Chamar essa gente num cantinho e MANDAR escolher:

Pois então, hoje, venho frustar as suas esperanças. Quem sabe assim entenderão que o oásis de sombra e água fresca que lhe é apresentado pelo governo com a cumplicidade de grande parte da mídia tradicional não resiste a um exame mínimo de lógica.
Trata-se de um crasso erro histórico a opção do nosso povo em abdicar alegremente dos seus preceitos morais, de sua dignidade e da liberdade para endossar as políticas econômicas do PT. Com efeito, não há como a população em geral não ter tido a mínima ciência dos passos deste partido imbuído do mais bem acabado projeto de conquista de um poder totalitarista, depois de tantos escândalos de corrupção, intervenção, golpes contra a ordem institucional (falo dos dossiês falsos, dos acessos a dados sigilosos e do acionamento do crime organizado para perpetrar atos terroristas em massa, como aconteceu em São Paulo em 2006 e recentemente) e investidas contra a propriedade privada e contra a liberdade de expressão.

Pelo contrário, no governo da estrela vermelha assistimos ao apagão aéreo, que perdura até hoje, e à tragédia anunciada dos desastres que causaram a morte de centenas de pessoas. E o que nos disseram com respeito a isto? “-Relaxa e goza!”
Com relação ao nosso sistema elétrico, testemunhamos a fragilidade de uma rede que não agüenta uma chuva, e o que tivemos como resposta, justamente desta que hoje se apresenta como candidata do continuísmo? “Ôôô querida, não vai ter apagão, só blecaute!”. Pois saibam os meus compatriotas que na região metropolitana de Belém falta luz todos os dias, sendo que nas áreas um pouquinho mais afastadas o “blecaute” tem sido, em média, de dezoito a vinte horas diárias, segundo recente reportagem televisiva! Igualmente, tenho recebido comunicados de amigos de todo o Brasil, relatando que em suas respectivas localidades acontece o mesmo! De fato, o barramento está sobrecarregado de tal forma que os operadores se vêem na contingência de praticar o revezamento entre os bairros, com o especial cuidado de “caprichar” nos lugarejos mais pobres.
E quanto ao gás natural? O que o atual governo fez por todos nós? Além de ter entregado graciosamente cinco refinarias da Petrobras (não era pra ser um patrimônio dos brasileiros?) ao seu amigo cocaleiro e colega do Foro de São Paulo, concordou em aumentar estupidamente a tarifa do gás proveniente daquele país. E o que recebemos como resposta? “- o povo boliviano é pobre e precisa da nossa ajuda”. Ué, o Sr Lula é presidente do Brasil ou da Bolívia?
Vamos resumir a interminável coleção das inaugurações de promessas? Recordemos do fiasco do biodiesel, da tv digital, da banda larga, do pré-sal, da obras da Copa e agora, do factóide trem-bala! Enquanto em outros países todas estas coisas existem, funcionam otimamente ou foram bem construídas e executadas, aqui batemos palmas e estouramos champanhe para o vento.
Passemos aos serviços típicos de estado: alguém pode me responder se melhorou a segurança pública? Preciso comentar sobre isto? Não precisaria, a não ser para lembrar aos ainda desavisados que o PT é sócio das FARC no Foro de São Paulo, e que tem agido consistentemente para a proteção e apoio àquela entidade narcoterrorista. Como um sócio de narcoguerrilheiros poderia ter interesse em acabar com o tráfico de drogas no Brasil, a principal causa da violência, ou melhor, da criminalidade?
Passemos à questão da educação: o que melhorou? Ainda somos o país mais burro do mundo, a empunhar a lanterna na popa. E tomem escândalos de corrupção envolvendo roubos de provas, vestibulares, concursos públicos e vazamentos de dados sigilosos.
Na saúde, todos os dias, todos os dias, todos os dias, as notícias se repetem de gente morrendo nos corredores dos hospitais fétidos, e o que nos respondem? “- Que o sistema público de saúde beira à perfeição…”
Trago fatos de amplo conhecimento. Nada é novo. Assim, se todas estas coisas andam tão ruins, porque haveríamos de concluir que no estrito plano econômico vamos bem? Pois a resposta é que justamente estamos andando de ré.
Para tanto, recorro a levantamentos recentes amplamente divulgados pela imprensa que têm demonstrado que as nossas pautas de exportações gradativamente estão sendo caracterizadas pelo majoritário envio de commodities (minérios e produtos do agronegócio), em detrimento de bens industrializados com tecnologia agregada. Saliente-se que o governo, via MST e política indigenista, ao invés de estimular estes setores que ainda se mostram competitivos, concentra-se justamente em espicaçá-los. Então, de onde o mérito do Sr Lula e da candidata Dilma?
Com relação aos nossos parceiros, estamos perdendo o contato com as nações para as quais mantínhamos um tradicional comércio – inclusive de bens de maior valor agregado – para privilegiarmos a desleal China, aquela que logo no início do primeiro mandato do Supremo Apedeuta nos impingiu um embargo à soja que já estava embarcada, causando-nos um prejuízo de mais de quatrocentos milhões de reais, e isto, para ironia das ironias, logo depois do governo de Lula tê-la reconhecido como uma economia de livre-mercado. Quem se lembra daquela recorrente propaganda televisiva, logo no início do primeiro mandato petista, em que uma voz muito semelhante à do ator global Paulo José (será que a voz era mesmo dele?), aquele que só interpreta papéis de personagens abobalhados, anunciava a China como a nossa futura principal parceira comercial?
Quem diria! Depois de tanto esforço por diferentes governos rumo à industrialização, vêem logo os petistas para nos remeter ao status daquilo que eles sempre fizeram questão de criticar neste termos: “- o Brasil é uma grande fazenda!”…”-somos uma pátria de colonizados fornecedores de matéria-prima”…e assim por diante.
Por fim, mas sem esgotar, reitero o perigo do gradual abandono da única medida administrativa dos dois mandatos recentes: a responsabilidade fiscal. Com uma despesa que não pára de crescer, as impressoras já estão em aquecimento, e não tarda a um processo inflacionário vir corromper o poder de compra dos atuais salários e o valor dos produtos da exportação. Quiçá venha acompanhado de um colapso energético e dos transportes, estaremos bem fritos. E por tudo isto grossa parte da nossa gente ignora ou se faz de besta.
No cotejo com outras nações, quer sejam pequenas como o Uruguai, desenvolvidas como a Coréia do Sul ou os Estados Unidos, ou grandes como a China e a Índia, nossos índices de crescimento econômico têm se mantido sempre aquém. Portanto, cabe ao leitor perguntar a si próprio: temos crescido graças ao governo Lula ou apesar dele?

What this means is, only people that truly enjoy music for the sake of music (not as a backbeat) listen to them, and their music is very accessible (Easy to listen to). Radiohead is however very complex, but in a much more subtle way than Tool, so they fall into the Alternative and Pop category, and people of all musical intelligence can enjoy them.
I personally think that it makes a bit of sense. Who is more likely to study and get good grades: The quiet one in school who listens to sufjan, ben folds, and bob dylan or the party kid who listens to lil wayne and beyonce? race has nothing to do with it, mindset does.

Intelligence determines personality determines taste in music, if you’re just considering individuals. people of similar intelligence tend to associate with each other, which means their tastes will tend towards converging (not always, but people share music among friends and listen to music with friends, so the tendency is pretty undeniable), which would make more people of a given intelligence likely to listen to similar music.
It’s pretty silly to think that our intelligence is directly related to what music we listen to, though.
I haven’t taken the SAT (signed up for it in a couple weeks), but I have taken the ACT, and I got a 34. My favorite band? Against Me! (they’re folk punk, if you aren’t familiar).
