Paixão pelo Corinthians é consagrada em festa do centenário do clube

Nunca foi segredo que o time do coração do presidente Lula é o Corinthians e na noite desta terça-feira (31/8) essa paixão foi consagrada em cerimônia de grandes homenagens. Lula recebeu o título de torcedor símbolo do Corinthians e foi contemplado com a “certidão de nascimento, passaporte e identidade da República Popular do Corinthians”, marca criada para o centenário do Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. O presidente também foi agraciado pelo Clube dos Treze com o título de Chanceler Honorário do Futebol Brasileiro.
Fico lisonjeado com a homenagem e estou muito orgulhoso de ver o Corinthians completar 100 anos. A vida inteira eu fui corintiano e agora me considero mais corintiano do que nunca.
Em seu discurso, Lula afirmou que um torcedor apaixonado pelo futebol não poderia chegar à Presidência da República e fingir que o futebol brasileiro não poderia dar certo. “Por isso, mexemos muito no marco regulatório a começar do cuidado que tivemos quando estabelecemos o Estatuto do Torcedor, que é o que merece mais respeito, porque é graças a ele que existe o time que nos torcemos, que nós dirigimos e que nós gostamos”, explicou.

Ele lembrou ainda que uma de suas grandes preocupações foi criar mecanismos que pudessem possibilitar aos clubes arrecadar o mínimo necessário para pagar as dívidas e começar a fazer mudanças e reformulações necessárias. Ao mesmo tempo, defendeu o investimento na profissionalização dos times para que haja compensações nos casos em que os jogadores são vendidos para o exterior precocemente.
É compatibilizar essa liberdade de o clube fazer negócio, essa liberdade de o jogador ir embora com a compensação para quem criou, para quem apostou. É uma coisa que nós ainda precisamos trabalhar, para que a gente possa chegar a um ponto de equilíbrio em que todos estejam satisfeitos.

Atualmente o Brasil é alvo e é um prato cheio para este caminho, tem um mentiroso, demagogo, oportunista e corrupto no poder, que usa seu populismo enganador graças a uma tal Bolsa esmola e principalmente graças ao Plano Real que não foi criação de seu governo embora ele tenha se apropriado e se dizendo idealizador do mesmo quando em público grita com toda sua arrogância ao dizer que todos os governos passados não deram certos foram fracassados e queriam afundar o Brasil quando governavam apenas para os ricos,
Assim, mentindo de maneira convincente com a maior cara de Pau para os Analfabetos, ignorantes como ele, Lula da Silva Avança onde seu governo leva todo o crédito da estabilidade do Plano Real que foi criado no governo Itamar e aperfeiçoado no governo de FHC .
O Governo de FHC quando aperfeiçoou o plano Real , assim o fez para resultados crescentes e promissores no futuro, para tanto criou o plano de responsabilidade fiscal e o Proer , planos esses que Lula da Silva recentemente acaba de comprometer ao assinar medida provisória para financiar O Pré Sal.
Na verdade, tudo que foi construído através do plano Real, hoje é comprometido devido a este governo irresponsável que endivida o Brasil para se perpetuar no poder.
É isso ai, caminhamos para nos tornarmos uma nova Venezuela ou quem sabe pior ainda , uma nova Cuba .

Documentos da investigação da Corregedoria da Receita Federal revelam que o sigilo fiscal de Verônica Serra, filha do candidato tucano à Presidência da República, José Serra, foi violado no dia 30 de setembro de 2009. O acesso foi feito pela funcionária Lúcia de Fátima Gonçalves Milan, que é lotada na Receita do município de Santo André (SP). A funcionária entrou no sistema e, segundo os documentos da Corregedoria a que o Estado teve acesso, ela coletou as declarações de Imposto de Renda (IRs) dos anos de 2008 e 2009.
Na noite desta terça-feira, 31, a assessoria do Ministério da Fazenda disse ao Estado que a funcionária Lúcia Milan teria um documento provando que o acesso ao IR de Verônica Serra foi “motivado”. O documento até já teria sido entregue à Corregedoria da Receita. Segundo a direção da Receita informou ao ministro da Fazenda, “a quebra de sigilo teria sido feita a pedido da própria contribuinte (a filha de Serra)”. A Fazenda não soube dizer por que uma contribuinte de São Paulo (Verônica) entraria com ofício para quebra consentida de sigilo em Santo André ou Mauá. A assessoria do candidato tucano informou que Verônica não pediu nenhuma quebra de sigilo.
A violação dos dados fiscais de Verônica Serra antecederam os acessos, igualmente de maneira ilegal, dos IRs de outras quatro pessoas, todas ligadas ao PSDB ou próximas do candidato José Serra. O portal Estadao.com.br antecipou com exclusividade, na semana passada, que no dia 8 de outubro de 2009, a semana seguinte à violação dos IRs de Verônica, foram acessados, sem justificativa legal ou funcional, os sigilos do vice-presidente do PSDB, Eduardo Jorge, do economista Luiz Carlos Mendonça de Barros; de Gregorio Marin Preciado, empresário casado com uma prima de Serra, e de Ricardo Sérgio, ex-diretor do Banco do Brasil, no governo Fernando Henrique Cardoso (1995-2002).
Depois de ter feito dois indiciamentos na delegacia de Mauá (SP), como noticiou com exclusividade o Estado na edição desta terça-feira, a Corregedoria da Receita Federal formalizou também, na segunda-feira, a acusação contra mais duas funcionárias: Ana Maria Caroto Cano e a própria Lúcia de Fátima Gonçalves Milan. Elas passaram de testemunhas a acusadas. Ontem, depois de dizer que a funcionária Lúcia Milan teria um ofício mostrando que teria quebrado o sigilo de Verônica Serra a pedido da própria contribuinte, o Ministério da Fazenda informou que a Corregedoria da Receita estudava retirar a acusação contra essa funcionária de Santo André.
Se não houver nenhum recuo da Corregedoria, agora já são quatro as servidoras na condição de acusadas por envolvimento nas violações de dados fiscais dos tucanos. Além de Ana Caroto e Lúcia Milan, a Receita já havia indiciado as funcionárias Adeildda Ferreira Leão dos Santos e Antônia Aparecida Rodrigues dos Santos Neves Silva.
AGU recorre
Três advogados da AGU foram nesta terça ao TRF (Tribunal Regional Federal) da Primeira Região e protocolaram um agravo para tentar suspender o acesso de Eduardo Jorge aos autos da sindicância da Corregedoria da Receita. A advogada do tucano, Ana Luiza Caldas Pereira disse “estranhar a rapidez e o empenho exagerado do governo para impedir” esse acesso. A AGU alega o acesso do tucano está causando danos à investigação e comprometendo informações que são protegidas por sigilo legal. O juiz Marcos Augusto de Sousa, da primeira turma do TRF se considerou incompetente para julgar o caso e devolveu-o para ser redistribuído. A redistribuição será feita nesta quarta.
O conteúdo das representações que a Corregedoria vem fazendo contradizem o discurso da cúpula da Receita que, na sexta-feira passada, havia dito, por meio do secretário Otacílio Cartaxo, ter indícios de esquema de venda de dados fiscais mediante “encomenda externa” e “pagamento de propina”. “Há indícios de uma intermediação feita por alguém de fora da Receita. Os indícios são de um suposto balcão de compra e venda de informação. Isso nós vamos repassar ao Ministério Público “, disse o corregedor Antonio d’Ávila. A estratégia era tentar despolitizar a violação fiscal dos tucanos e desvinculá-la da campanha presidencial de Dilma Rousseff (PT), para onde foi parar boa parte dessas informações dentro de um dossiê contra adversários. “Nós não identificamos qualquer ilação político-partidária”, fez questão de frisar o corregedor da Receita.

Na década de 90, Dilma montou duas lojas para vender bugigangas importadas do Panamá. Não deu certo. A gerente do PAC não conseguiu levar o negócio adiante. O “empreendimento” durou um ano e cinco meses. Fechou em julho de 1996. “A gente esperava uma loja com artigos diferenciados, mas, quando ela abriu, era tipo R$ 1,99. Eram uns cacarecos”. A afirmação é de Bruno Kappaun, dono de uma tabacaria no centro comercial Olaria, onde se instalou uma das lojas. E como Dilma explica a sua incompetência? Vocês podem não acreditar, mas aconteceu! Ela culpou… FHC!!! Não por acaso, o nome do empreendimento era “Pão & Circo”. Pão, pelo visto, não rendeu. Mas continua a render circo…
Na tarde desta terça, depois de um encontro com Robson Andrade, presidente da CNI (Confederação Nacional da Indústria), a mulher que quer comandar o Brasil explicou por que não conseguiu tocar duas lojinhas de 1,99: “Quando o dólar está 1 por 1 e passa para 2 ou 3 por 1, ele [o microempresário] quebra. É isso que acontece com o microempresário, ele fecha. A minha experiência é essa e de muitos microempresários desse pais”.
Ah, bom!
Só que Dilma está contando o contrário da verdade. E isso parece ser um traço compulsivo de seu caráter. O que quer dizer “dólar a 3 por 1″? É assim, com essa clareza, que ela pretende governar o país se eleita?
Todos vocês sabem que lojas de produtos importados prosperam com mais facilidade quando a moeda local está valorizada em relação ao dólar, certo? Gastam-se menos reais para comprar bugigangas lá fora. É o que temos hoje, diga-se. Os brasileiros nunca gastaram tanto em viagens ao exterior porque os preços, em dólar, estão baixos.
Não! Dilma fechou por incompetência mesmo! Ela abriu sua lojinha quando um dólar valia menos de R$ 1. Era o melhor momento. E fechou quando havia justamente a paridade, “1 por 1″, e não “3 por 1″, como ela afirma. Segue a cotação do dólar em real mês a mês, enquanto a loja da ministra durou. Com competência, poderia ter ficado rica trabalhando:

Vale dizer: Dilma teve a sua lojinha de porcariada importada do Panamá no melhor momento da história do Brasil para se ter algo do tipo — aliás, para se vender importados, para ricos ou para pobres. Como se nota, não só o real não estava desvalorizado como foi o período de maior valorização de sua história. Aliás, os críticos do governo acusavam a valorização excessiva, não o contrário. E não é por acaso. Vejam as tabelas acima.
Querer acusar o governo anterior por um fracasso pessoal revela, sem dúvida, um traço de caráter. Mentir de forma tão abismal sobre um período da economia, afirmando justamente o contrário do que aconteceu, bem, aí já é uma questão que tem também uma dimensão política. E eu fico muito impressionado que uma mentira possa ser dita com esse desassombro, com essa ligeireza, na certeza de que não será contraditada.
Mas eu entendo: essa gente se acostumou a dizer qualquer coisa. A besteira vai para a rede, ninguém contesta, e fica tudo por isso mesmo. Afinal, vivemos a era do “aspismo”. Se Dilma afirmar que rinoceronte é uma ave, sua versão será publicada sem contestação. Quem quiser que forneça o “outro lado”, e o leitor escolhe se rinoceronte é ave ou réptil, se é que me entendem…
