   Papo de Doido. Comentado os APEDEUTAS CRENTES NA CRENÇA.
   Hoje um apedeuta escreveu por aqui a palavra PARADOXO. Agora acabo de ler o comentário de outro comentando AVATAR com certa autoridade e conhecimento do assunto que até sou capaz de acreditar com Galileu Galilei conversando com ele quando estava com ou caco cheio de daime ou então através da APOMETRIA QUÂNTICA, acabou de conversar com Enrico Fermi deve ter deve ter dito a ele que além de descobrir uma das propriedades mais importantes da matéria (a de que partículas como elétrons, prótons e nêutrons, quando sujeitas a alta pressão, exercem uma força repulsiva que explica a condutividade térmica de metais e a estabilidade de estrelas de nêutrons), e foi o pioneiro do estudo de reação nuclear em cadeia, importante para bombas atômicas e reatores nucleares, além de sua legendária rapidez de cálculo e habilidade em estimar respostas para perguntas aparentemente absurdas como quantos coletivistas exitem no mundo e quantos desses leram “ O Capital”de autoria daquele vagabundo que explorava seu “amigo” capitalisa Engels. Fermi gostava de criar paradoxos. (o que significa paradoxos mesmo? Esqueci, mas o Jair sabe)

   Ceta vez, Fermi, estava em Los Alamos, quando a revista “New Yorker” tinha publicado uma charge com um ET roubando todas as latas de lixo de Nova York, aparentemente explicando o seu misterioso sumiço. Durante o almoço com os amigos, discípulos e colegas, Fermi comentou o assunto. De repente, no meio da conversa, ele exclamou: “CADÊ TODO MUNDO? Não ele não estava falando dos petralhas não, ele falava dos ETs. Mesmo que ninguém tenha publicado o que foi dito, vamos promover uma masturbação mental 9 afinal serve para isso, pois penar é gratuito), podemos estimar o teor da discussão ocorrida na mesa.
   Nossa galáxia tem 100 mil anos-luz de diâmetro e uma idade aproximada de mais de 10 bilhões de anos ( pelo menos foi o que me disserão). Supondo-se que a vida só é possível em planetas como a Terra, girando em torno de estrelas como o Sol, acreditamos que foram necessários bilhões de anos para que a vida inteligente se desenvolvesse por aqui, metade da idade da galáxia, a segunda metade. É razoável supor que estrelas como o Sol tenham surgido também durante os cinco primeiros bilhões de anos de existência da nossa galáxia. Portanto, deveria haver várias civilizações inteligentes, muito mais antigas que a nossa, talvez bilhões de anos mais antigas. Supondo que existam, imaginemos uma “apenas” 1 bilhão de anos mais velha. Se os ETs fossem capazes de viajar à 1/10 da velocidade da luz, em 1 bilhão de anos já poderiam ter atravessado a galáxia mil vezes. Ou seja, essa civilização já poderia ter colonizado a galáxia inteira. Cadê todo mundo? Esse é o paradoxo de Fermi.
   Inúmeras soluções foram propostas ao longo dos anos, mas somente para não entrarmos em detalhes, sugiro aos cientistas Jair e Antonio Carlos que consultem o livro “Where is Everybody?” de de Stephen Webb) e quem sabe eles munidos de suas evidências, podem chegar a três tipos de solução possíveis:

   1) “Eles ( os ETs)) estão aqui”. A mais popular para os que acreditam em objetos voadores não-identificados e em intrigas secretas, especialmente as atribuídas ao governo americano.
   Digo que infelizmente, não existem provas convincentes. Uma idéia curiosa é a de que vivemos em uma zona de proteção criada por ETs. “Eles” não querem que saibamos de sua existência. Esse cenário, embora interessante, não pode ser testado.

   2) “Eles existem, mas ainda não se comunicaram conosco”. ( talvez não sejamos tão interessantes para eles). Ou porque os sinais ainda não chegaram, ou porque ainda não somos capazes de decodificá-los, ou porque os alienígenas não querem se comunicar e não estão nem ai conosco.

   3) e por ultimo, “Eles não existem”. Quem já leu um pouquinho de astrologia ( eu disse astrologia, não astronomia) deve saber que planetas rochosos com água são raros, a vida é rara e a vida inteligente mais ainda, especialmente no mesmo nível mental e tecnológico alcançado por nós.

   Pelas evidências de que dispomos até este momento, tudo aponta em uma direção: estamos sozinhos. Felizmente, ainda não podemos concluir nada com base nisso. A situação pode mudar a qualquer momento, com um sinal de rádio, uma visita com provas. Mas, se estamos sozinhos, temos a responsabilidade de preservar nosso planeta e a vida nele independentes de se assistir AVATAR e acreditar naquela ficção feita através de computação gráfica que parece que é real mas é virtual, até estarmos prontos para colonizar a galáxia. Será que a APOMETRIA QUÂNTICA responde? Ou tenho que consultar os universitários ou o CHICO (não o bento, o Xavier, aniversariante do dia? Entenderam alguma coisa? Nem eu e olha que eu não bebi nada além de água e um copo de coca-cola hoje. Bom deixa-me ir dormir que o papo por aqui hoje estava muito doido, mas eu me diverti muito. Obrigado petralhas, debater com você é uma diversão. Pois quando não falam bobagens ficam mudos e dissimulam. Será que o bacalhau estava estragado? Falar nisso amanhã é sábado de aleluia, aposto que vão malhar mais Judas do Lula e da Dilma do que do Serra, afinal, a popularidade deles é muito maior, pricipalmente entre os aposentados. Vai ser DILMA e LULA explodindo e levando cacete por todo lado. Amanhã é um bom dia para medir esse popularidade alardeada. Vamos aguardar para ver. Boa noite a todos. Petralhas!    Juiz manda IstoÉ dar direito de resposta a ex-prefeito de Belo Horizonte

   Da Redação – 30/03/2010 – 20h20

   O juiz Wanderley Salgado de Paiva, da 30ª Vara Cível de Belo Horizonte, determinou que a revista IstoÉ dê direito de resposta a Fernando Pimentel (PT), ex-prefeito de Belo Horizonte. Na edição de 3 de março, a revista publicou matéria dizendo que Pimentel seria um dos envolvidos no esquema do Mensalão, afirmação que já foi negada pelo procurador Patrick Salgado Martins, responsável pelas investigações.

   Segundo a decisão liminar, o site e a revista deverão publicar resposta “nos mesmos moldes e com o mesmo destaque e espaço” da matéria publicada no início do mês. O juiz entendeu que a IstoÉ veiculou “informações truncadas”.

   A resposta deverá ser publicada em uma das próximas três edições impressas da revista e, em 48 horas, no site, sob pena de multa diária de R$ 5.000, limitada a R$ 150 mil. Ainda cabe recurso da decisão.

   O procurador Patrick Martins já havia afirmado que os fatos narrados pela reportagem estão fora de contexto e que não havia provas que ligassem Pimentel, que não foi denunciado pelo esquema, ao Mensalão.

   Na decisão, o juiz afirmou que é “dever do jornalista respeitar o direito à intimidade, à privacidade, à honra e à imagem do cidadão, não podendo o jornalista divulgar as informações de forma inadequada e sem, antes, certificar-se de sua veracidade”.

   Salgado ainda lembrou que o fato de a Lei de Imprensa ter sido suspensa pelo STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) não inviabiliza o direito de resposta. “As ações de natureza como a dos presentes autos têm por fundamento a legislação em vigor, Código Penal, Civil e, principalmente, a Constituição Federal”, disse o magistrado.

   A Constituição da República garante direito de resposta, proporcional ao agravo, além de indenização por dano material, moral ou à imagem.
   O Código de Ética do Jornalismo Brasileiro, aprovado em agosto de 2007, e ainda em vigor, também foi citado pelo magistrado. De acordo com o Código de Ética, a divulgação de informações deve se pautar pela veracidade dos fatos e o autor da matéria precisa estar seguro de suas fontes e das informações fornecidas.

   Conjugar verbos como “cultivar” é uma das deficiências daquele que não é nem economista, nem competente, nem engenheiro.

   E agora se vê que ele não sabe usar a voz passiva.

   Na pág. 4, o Globo resume:

   “Essência do governo é garantir os bens, a vida e a liberdade.”

   Ele é um gênio.

   Jamais se ouviu coisa igual: garantir os bens, a vida e a liberdade.

   Como se sabe, o Zé Alagão não tem uma ideia original.

   Não tem com que se candidatar, a não ser com o PiG(*).

   O Lula chupou o oxigênio com que o Serra poderia respirar.

   Como diria o Pedro Malan, quando o Serra fala, o que é novo não presta e o que presta não é novo.

   Sobrou para o Zé Alagão uma obra inacabada: como o Robanel dos Tunganos, o metrô e a Marginal.

   É a obra da defesa da moralidade e o combate à roubalheira.

   É o último reduto dos patriotas da UDN do Carlos Lacerda.

   Que eram e são golpistas como o PiG(*).

   O Serra pensa que o eleitor não sabe que o rodoanel é o Robanel dos Tunganos; que ele e o Barjas Negri são acusados de comprar ambulâncias super-faturadas; que a Satiagraha ouviu Naji Nahas dizer que ele queria vender a CESP com o Daniel Dantas; que a corrupção do Arruda penetrou no Governo de São Paulo; que ele é cunhado do Preciado; que o Ricardo Sergio de Oliveira foi chefe de finanças da campanha dele; que ele não deixou a Justiça provar que ele não é ladrão; que ele agasalhou uma invasão da Rede Globo na cidade de São Paulo para construir uma falsa escola de nome Roberto Marinho.

   A informação de um conhecido que se denomina de “petista arrependido” e que está colaborando com a campanha da Marina Silva diz:

   …que existe uma conversa circulando pelos corredores da Casa Civil de que “o cara” acha que a Dilma “é fraca como política” e que não tem “jogo de cintura”, portanto é provável que perca para o Serra. Porisso ele está esbanjando muito dinheiro para entregar o governo com inflação alta, como recebeu de FHC.

   Meu comentário: será que um “estadista”, como ele se julga, tem o direito de fazer isso com o seu País?

   Projeto pretende proibir ‘pau-de-arara’, transporte que trouxe Lula a São Paulo

   A Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania aprovou o Projeto de Lei 2.561/07, do deputado Paulo Henrique Lustosa (PMDB-CE), que proíbe o uso de veículos de transporte de carga ou misto, conhecidos como pau – de – arara, como transporte escolar. Em 1954, ainda criança, pendurado num caminhão pau-de-arara ao lado da mãe, Eurídice, LULA e mais oito irmãos (O tal de Brasil pai do Lula, não era mole não – pelo jeito com essa filharada feita na frente das crianças, a dona Eurídice- aquela que nasceu analfabeta- pelo jeito nunca soube o que é menstruar ) deixou Guaranhuns, onde nasceu e enfrentaram a viagem entre suas cidade-natal no interior de Pernambuco até Vicente de Carvalho, no Guarujá, em São Paulo.

   OBS.: Se essa lei estivesse em vigor há mais de 50 anos- a lei do pau-de-arara- certamente Lula não teria conseguido sair de sua cidade natal e não teria conseguido chegar aqui e o BRASIL (o país) estaria menos fudido, sem esse apedeuta mentiroso como presimente.

    Militância no poder

    A palavra-chave que distingue o governo do PT dos que o antecederam – e que investe de maneira recorrente contra o Estado democrático de Direito – é “militância”. Lembrou-a, em recente conferência, o professor e filósofo Roberto Romano.

    O vírus da militância política extrapola o âmbito partidário e introjeta-se nos Poderes do Estado, nas universidades e demais organizações da sociedade civil, influindo ou mesmo, em alguns casos, condicionando seu comportamento.

    O militante é alguém que se julga imbuído de missão. Cabe-lhe, onde atua, implementar o ideário pelo qual milita, ainda que infringindo códigos e regulamentos. Não há separação entre vida partidária e profissional. Reporta-se não a seu superior hierárquico, mas ao comando partidário em que milita, com ou sem filiação.

    No caso brasileiro, há exemplos abundantes dessa anomalia, sobretudo no Judiciário e no Ministério Público. E isso, a rigor, precede a chegada do PT ao poder. Ainda no governo FHC, o procurador Luiz Francisco de Souza notabilizou-se pela obstinação com que investigava figuras do governo – e só do governo.

    Valeu-se de artifícios de toda ordem na obsessão missionária de condenar o ex-ministro Eduardo Jorge, em tabelinha com jornalistas militantes. A estratégia era simples: o jornalista publicava uma nota dando conta de que o Ministério Público estaria investigando algum personagem e a nota, artificialmente plantada, servia de base para abrir o processo investigatório.

    Uma vez aberto, o noticiário se encorpava e dava sustentação à “notícia”, ampliando-a, o que, na sequência, justificaria pedido de abertura de CPI e passaria a mobilizar todo o noticiário político. Uma coisa alimentando a outra, em eficaz parceria, a que a bancada do partido aderia com estardalhaço. Eduardo Jorge, depois de brutal exposição pública, conseguiu provar sua inocência na Justiça.

    No governo Lula, que já no seu segundo mês de vigência protagonizou o escândalo de Waldomiro Diniz – subchefe da Casa Civil, flagrado pedindo propina a um bicheiro -, o vigilante procurador Souza não mostrou o mesmo zelo pelo patrimônio público.

    Ao contrário, saiu de cena. Não se ouviu também sua voz em todo o processo do Mensalão. Antes de ingressar no Ministério Público, Luiz Francisco fora filiado ao PT.

    Com o partido no poder, novos personagens ocupariam a cena, com o mesmo ardor militante. O juiz Fausto De Sanctis, à frente do processo contra o banqueiro Daniel Dantas, fez dobradinha com o delegado Protógenes Queiroz (que, afastado da Polícia Federal, lançou-se candidato a deputado pelo PDT), no afã de condenar o réu sem obedecer o devido processo legal.

    Com isso, favoreceu-o, mantendo-o em liberdade. Antes, porém, De Sanctis chegou a afirmar que a Constituição é apenas um documento, no que foi apoiado pelo procurador Rodrigo De Grandis, que sustentou, em palestra, que há, no Brasil, “um apego excessivo da jurisprudência à questão dos direitos e garantias fundamentais”.

    Com isso, relativizou a letra da lei, considerando que, em algumas circunstâncias, pode (e deve) ser contrariada. De Sanctis foi ainda pivô de um acontecimento inédito: um abaixo-assinado de juízes de primeira instância contra o presidente do STF.

    Mas a síntese dessa nova maneira de olhar o Direito mostrou-se por inteiro no célebre bate-boca entre os ministros Gilmar Mendes e Joaquim Barbosa, que o desafiou a “ir às ruas”, “ouvir a voz do povo”. É o mesmo fundamento de De Sanctis, ao relativizar a Constituição e sustentar a necessidade de que prevaleçam não os autos, mas “a vontade do povo”. Nesse caso, cada julgamento deveria ser precedido de pesquisa de opinião, e a Justiça seria algo mais afeito ao Ibope que ao Judiciário.

    Desde a semana passada, o Sindicato dos Professores do Ensino Oficial do Estado de São Paulo (Apeoesp) convocou greve da categoria. A motivação não era de ordem trabalhista. A presidente do sindicato, Maria Izabel Noronha, declarou publicamente a verdadeira motivação do ato: “Precisamos quebrar a espinha dorsal da candidatura de Serra e do PSDB”. Dias depois, estava no palanque de Dilma Roussef, num encontro de mulheres metalúrgicas, categoria à qual não pertence. Foi elogiada por Dilma como “uma companheira combativa”. Militância em estado bruto.

    A esquerda, desde a fundação do Partido Comunista do Brasil, em 1922, inaugurou a militância política entre nós. O PC, porém, jamais governou e os reflexos desse modo de fazer política não se faziam sentir com tanta nitidez. O PT, que forjou sua história na militância, está no poder. Promove congressos e conferências para manter a militância em sintonia com as palavras de ordem.

    O Plano Nacional de Direitos Humanos 3 brotou dessa mobilização – constante contínua -, que é a chave para a compreensão da política brasileira contemporânea.

    Tu és o máximo cara. Diz que entende um pouco de direito, mas é torto. Diz ainda que tem genro juiz federal. Cadê a lógica disso tudo, como pode ser verdade isso tudo se o Brasil não tem nem PODER JUDICIÁRIO digno do nome? Deve ser por isso que defendes tanto os mamadores, deve ser algum defeito no DNA da familiar. Antonio Carlos, agora falando sério: Você que entende um pouco de direito e tem genro juiz federal deve saber porque adultério não dá cassação de mandato para político brasileiro (principalmente os lá de cima, NO/NE), assim como acontece em países mais sérios? É porque por aqui, isto já é cultural, faz parte dos hábitos e costumes dos coronéis que se tornaram posteriormente os politiqueiros e seus escravos ( pais e mães caftas) que entregavam suas filhas para os coronéis e seus filhos coronéiszinhos como mucamas para elas dormirem mais confortavelmente dentro da casa da fazenda e eles ( os pais e mães caftas também receberem algumas regalias e não precisarem dormirem com os irmãos nas senzalas. Essa cultura e tradição continuaram, mas somente mudaram de local, passaram das fazendas de escravos para as casas legislativas. Só que agora tem um probleminha, antigamente o coronel pagava a conta dele e do filho para a mucama e até podia dar um nome qualquer como filho da floresta ou da selva e um prato de comida, mas hoje algumas dessas mucamas se instruíram e algumas até viraram jornalistas, ficaram mais espertas e agora querem também o nome de família do coronel para receberem a herança e viverem na mamata, mas não mudou muito, só piorou para nós os contribuintes que acabamos nos ferrando mais um pouco, pois agora além de pagarmos as contas para eles esconderem as mucamas modernas junto com as crias no exterior,ainda temos que pagar para mantermos os bastados em algum emprego nas repartições públicas. Pergunte ao seu genro se estou mentindo. Se eu estiver, mande ele me processar, não sou advogado, não tenho nenhum na família mas exerço minha cidadania e posso me defender sozinho.

    Colaborando para tentar minimizar sua ignorância:
    São Paulo não tem 35% do PIB, nosso estado contribui com 35% do PIB. Não sei onde você mora, mas pode ser que estejamos pagando pelo teu direito de existir, pois dinheiro é fruto de trabalho e não dá em arvore. Alguém tem que pagar a conta e a dívida do Brasil e nós já estamos colaborando e muito com a nossa parte.

    Aviso: Segunda-feira vejo as resposta, pois agora estou desligando o PC, pois tenho compromisso com uns amigos e suas familias lá no sitio do João Macedo- filósofo, vulgo John Crazy ou Sinclair. O outro é o Arnaldo Avileis – diretor de engenharia da DANA, vulgo Willer e guitarrista de primeira. Estamos começando a festa, nada mal um peixinho acompanhado de um vinhozinho. Bom apetite e feliz pascoa para todos, mas parem de repetir as postagens dos outros, porincipalmente desses jornalistinhas chapa branca de quinta categoria que são pagos pelos polítiqueiros para ficarem fazendo bico no blog mesmo nos feriados. Outra coisa, já vivi o suficiente para ter coragm de dizer o que eu quizer e agentar as consequências, por isso melhorem o nível, pois aqui, bateu levou.

    SP tem o PIB maior do Brasil, os números são monstruosos maior até que o PIB de muitos Países e maior até que 22 estados americanos, ou seja temos 22 estados americanos com o PIB menor que o de SP, mas cade o metro de SP???

    QUANDO O PASSADO NÃO VALE A PENA

    Todos sabem que o DEM é o partido mais corrupto do Brasil. O DEM abriga os piores nomes da política brasileira, inclusive os remanescente da ditadura militar: políticos escolhidos a dedo pelos militares para ocupar os cargos de prefeitos e governadores biônicos. Gente que colaborou com a ditadura, com a tortura, com as atrocidades do governo militar. Diariamente os jornais, o site do TSE e o site do STF trazem mais uma
    notícia de algum integrante do DEM que está sendo processado, cassado, ou foi preso por corrupção, como o ex-governador Arruda e outros, e até por assassinato, como o Hidebrando Pascoal. Para recordar: Em 1995, o Conselho de Defesa dos Direitos da Pessoa Humana (CDDPH) do Ministério da Justiça brasileiro teve seu primeiro contato com os problemas no estado do Acre, causados pelo coronel Hildebrando. De acordo com as denúncias que chegaram ao Conselho, ele esquartejava suas vítimas com motosserra antes de matá-las. No âmbito do CDDPH, as investigações avançaram, ganhando força nos anos seguintes, e chamaram a atenção do Brasil para a ação do crime organizado, grupos de extermínio e a situação do narcotráfico no Estado do Acre .
    O CDDPH criou uma Comissão Especial para investigar as denúncias, e, em seguida, uma subcomissão que deveria atuar no próprio Estado. Algumas testemunhas que prestaram ou iam prestar depoimento ao Conselho foram assassinadas e as investigações passaram para a responsabilidade da Polícia Federal, o que possibilitou que os crimes saíssem da alçada das comprometidas autoridades acreanas e fossem elucidados.
    Entre as pessoas previstas para depor na Comissão e que foram mortas encontrava-se um antigo cúmplice de Hildebrando, Sebastião Crispim. Ele passaria informações acerca dos crimes cometidos pelo Esquadrão da Morte, em específico sobre o assassinato de Agilson Firmino dos Santos, o Baiano, que foi retalhado por serra elétrica, e de Wilder Firmino, seu filho adolescente, barbaramente torturado e assassinado por Hildebrando Pascoal. Este último teve seu corpo dissolvido com uso de ácido. Ainda em 1997, outra testemunha de acusação, o policial civil Valter José Ayala, foi assassinada por ordem do coronel, em Rio Branco.
    As investigações revelaram ainda o envolvimento de policiais acreanos nos assassinatos, formando um grupo de extermínio comandado por Hildebrando. O próprio governo estadual teria cedido policiais à campanha dele para a Câmara dos Deputados – os mesmos acusados pela Justiça de formar o “esquadrão da morte”. (Texto tirado da Wikipédia)
    No site do TSE há um ranking de políticos cassados: o DEM está em primeiríssimo lugar. Todos foram cassados por corrupção, abuso de poder, improbidade administrativa, compra de votos. O Brasil todo ficou indignado ao assistir aos vídeos mostrando a corrupção do DEM no DF, patrocinada pelo ex-governador Arruda e seus aliados. Antes de ser denunciado, antes de ser pego com a mão grande na cumbuca, antes de ser preso, o Arruda havia sido escolhido para ser o vice do Serra na candidatura de 2010. Mesmo depois do imenso escândalo, mesmo com tantos do DEM envolvidos na roubalheira, na corrupção do DF, Serra mantém laços fraternos com o DEM , e o seu vice será do DEM. Serra apóia o DEM que apóia o Serra. Tanto um quanto o outro são corruptos, truculentos, mentirosos, autoritários. Mas um necessita do outro para a sobrevivência política. Eleger o Serra significa eleger toda essa corja do DEM, significa ter toda essa corja do DEM nos ministérios, como fez o FHC do PSDB. Essa mesma corja que apoiou FHC, que quebrou o país três vezes, que foi responsável pelo desemprego recorde, pelo apagão e pelas privatizações escusas, pelos juros estratosféricos e pela total falta de crédito. Pense bem, caro leitor: dá para imaginar essa gentalha novamente no poder? Vale a pena correr o risco de o país retroceder aos anos 90? Vale a pena correr o risco de termos o FMI mandando e desmandando na nossa economia? Vale a pena arriscar seu emprego, seu futuro e o bem estar de sua família?

    MAIS UM CORRUPTO DO DEM NA CADEIA:Vereador do DEM é preso pela Polícia Federal em Jaraguá do Sul

    O vereador José Osório de Ávila (DEM), de Jaraguá do Sul, foi preso na quinta-feira em uma operação da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa), Vigilância Sanitária Estadual e Polícia Federal. Outras duas pessoas foram presas.
    Conhecido como “Zé da Farmácia”, Ávila é proprietário de estabelecimentos farmacêuticos. Uma das acusações da operação “Conexão 344″ é de que Ávila contrabandeava remédios de países vizinhos, vários deles proibidos no Brasil. Ávila também é acusado de vender remédios controlados (tarja preta) sem receita.
    Segundo o site do jornal A Notícia, foram encontradas 132 caixas do medicamento para disfunção erétil Vimax 50, proibido no país. O produto foi importado clandestinamente do Uruguai.
    Trabalhei um ano em Jaraguá do Sul e conheci o vereador Ávila. Ele era famoso por tentar emplacar – sem sucesso – projetos de lei que beneficiavam suas próprias empresas. Quando do boom das farmácias populares, Ávila tentou aprovar um projeto que limitasse os descontos em produtos farmacêuticos a no máximo 30%. Ele temia a concorrência das grandes redes, como a “Farmácia Popular”, de propriedade da Drogaria Catarinense.

    Pivô dos “aloprados” vira fazendeiro no sul da Bahia

    Hamilton Lacerda, que levou a mala com R$ 1,7 mi para petistas comprarem o dossiê anti-PSDB, tem como sócio ex-assessor de Palocci
    Apontado pela Polícia Federal como o homem da mala de dinheiro que seria usado na compra de um dossiê contra tucanos, o empresário petista Hamilton Lacerda virou fazendeiro no sul da Bahia.
    De assessor parlamentar do senador Aloizio Mercadante (PT-SP), com salário de cerca de R$ 5.000, Lacerda passou a tocar há dois anos uma fazenda com plantação de eucalipto e uma revenda de produtos agrícolas -negócios com capital social de R$ 1,5 milhão.
    Na propriedade, Lacerda tem como sócio Juscelino Dourado, ex-assessor de Antonio Palocci envolvido com um suposto negociador de propina para o PT. Foi Lacerda quem entregou a mala com R$ 1,7 milhão de origem ilícita para emissários petistas comprarem o dossiê que tentava ligar José Serra, então candidato a governador, a um esquema de venda fraudulenta de ambulâncias a prefeitos.
    O caso ficou conhecido como o escândalo dos “aloprados” -termo usado por Lula para classificar os petistas envolvidos- e contribuiu para que a eleição presidencial entre ele e o tucano Geraldo Alckmin fosse levada para o 2º turno.
    A PF indiciou Lacerda sob acusação de lavagem de dinheiro, mas não descobriu de onde veio o R$ 1,7 milhão -apreendido com dois emissários petistas num hotel em São Paulo. O petista nunca revelou a origem dos recursos. Na época, Lacerda era um dos coordenadores da campanha de Mercadante a governador. Com o escândalo, perdeu o cargo e deixou o PT.
    Em fevereiro deste ano, voltou ao partido. Em São Caetano do Sul, onde mora, é conhecido pelos companheiros petistas apenas como professor universitário de vida social discreta.
    Seus vizinhos desconhecem seu lado empresarial. Ele é fundador e um dos sócios da Bahia Reflorestamento, que mantém plantações de eucalipto na fazenda Olho d’Água, no município de Encruzilhada (BA).
    Com 247 hectares de área, a propriedade está avaliada em aproximadamente R$ 500 mil.
    Dourado, seu sócio mais ilustre, foi chefe de gabinete de Palocci até setembro de 2005. Ele deixou o cargo devido às suas ligações com um advogado que afirmou ter negociado propina de R$ 6 milhões para o PT em troca da renovação de um contrato da Caixa Econômica.
    O ex-assessor de Palocci entrou na empresa sete meses após ela ter sido criada por Lacerda. É o “aloprado” quem está registrado na Junta Comercial como administrador do negócio, com poder para movimentar a sua conta bancária.
    Os dois também foram sócios na empresa de revenda de produtos agrícolas, a Destak Agrícola. Dourado deixou essa sociedade há um ano.
    Para atuar na Bahia, Lacerda usa uma empresa de consultoria aberta logo após o caso do dossiê e que tem como endereço sua casa em São Caetano do Sul. Outro artifício é utilizar um preposto na Bahia, Breno Macedo Santos, 27. Com profissão de estudante declarada à Junta Comercial, ele serve tanto como atual sócio na revenda de produtos agrícolas como para manter a fazenda registrada em seu nome no cartório, como se a área estivesse apenas arrendada a Lacerda.
    Uma visita à propriedade, porém, entrega a manobra. Na porteira há uma placa onde está escrito que a dona do imóvel é a Bahia Reflorestamento, comandada por Lacerda.
    A fazenda está às margens da BR-116, próximo a um posto da Polícia Rodoviária Federal e à divisa com Minas Gerais. A área possui uma trilha de 200 metros de comprimento, com plantações de eucalipto. As árvores estão em fase de crescimento -serão necessários mais cinco anos para cortá-las.

    ACUSADOS PERMANECEM IMPUNES E ATIVOS
    Jorge Lorenzetti, negociador do dossiê, abriu empresa em SC e é cobrado por dívida de R$ 18,1 mi no Banco da Amazônia
    Osvaldo Bargas é dono de consultoria em Brasília e Expedito Veloso acabou promovido ao cargo de diretor na BB Previdência
    Os protagonistas da compra do dossiê contra tucanos em 2006 estão hoje impunes.
    O ex-petista Jorge Lorenzetti -funcionário da cúpula da campanha de Lula que negociou o dossiê- responde por um débito de R$ 18,1 milhões no Basa (Banco da Amazônia).
    A dívida se refere a empréstimos feitos pelo banco à Nova Amafrutas, uma fábrica de sucos no Estado do Pará -da qual Lorenzetti era um dos diretores- que faliu no fim de 2006.
    Quase um ano após o dossiê, o Basa passou a cobrar na Justiça dos então diretores da empresa, entre eles Lorenzetti.
    Documento obtido pela FSP mostra que ele foi avalista no Basa de ao menos três empréstimos a partir de 2005 que somam R$ 1,3 milhão. O último contrato é de fevereiro de 2007, após a falência da empresa.
    Procurada, a assessoria do Basa disse que não há registro da participação de Lorenzetti nos empréstimos.
    Três meses após o Basa iniciar ação judicial de cobrança, Lorenzetti passou a administrar uma empresa especializada em venda de sanduíches em shoppings da região de Florianópolis e Camboriú.
    A Mage Sanduicheria foi aberta em nome da ex-mulher e da filha. Seu irmão, Silvestre Lorenzetti, disse que o negócio foi paralisado há um ano. Entretanto, a empresa continua ativa na Receita Federal.
    Osvaldo Bargas, outro envolvido no escândalo, abriu em Brasília a MB Consultoria para atuar nas áreas de comércio, recursos humanos e sindical.
    A empresa tem como sede uma sala constantemente fechada e sem placa de identificação. O porteiro informa que “seu Bargas” aparece apenas para pegar correspondências.
    O sócio de Bargas na MB é seu filho Helder, nomeado em abril de 2009 para um cargo na prefeitura de São Bernardo do Campo, comandada por Luiz Marinho (PT) -que foi quem deu o aval para Hamilton Lacerda voltar ao partido.
    Aparentemente o único punido no episódio ao perder o emprego de diretor de Gestão e Risco do Banco do Brasil, Expedido Veloso voltou ao banco no cargo de gerente e foi promovido a diretor-superintendente da subsidiária BB Previdência em setembro de 2008.
    Veloso administra 41 planos de previdência complementar de empresas ou entidades privadas, com ativos totais de R$ 1,37 bilhão, de acordo com balanço da empresa.

    Preposto de Lacerda na Bahia, Breno Macedo Santos disse que está à frente do negócio de reflorestamento: “Na realidade sou eu que trabalho com isso. Vocês estão distorcendo isso”. Santos disse que Lacerda é “um familiar” dele, mas não informou o grau de parentesco.
    A Folha deixou recado na casa de Lacerda em São Caetano do Sul e enviou mensagem por celular e e-mail. Lacerda mandou um assessor perguntar qual era o assunto. Informado, não quis falar.
    Juscelino Dourado não ligou de volta. A Folha deixou recados na casa de Jorge Lorenzetti e na empresa de Osvaldo Bargas. A Prefeitura de São Bernardo disse que a contratação do filho de Bargas seguiu critérios técnicos.

    Com base em uma lei de 2002, Comissão da Anistia reabre vagas em cursos para alunos expulsos durante o regime militar
    Ao voltar à USP em 2007, Jorge Gonzaga encontrou entre seus professores três colegas de sua passagem pela universidade em 1969. Assim que as aulas na UnB (Universidade de Brasília) recomeçarem, um veterano se destacará entre os rostos de adolescentes que chegarão direto do ensino médio. Trinta e oito anos após deixar a capital do país para não ser preso pela ditadura militar (1964-1985), Iraê Sassi, 59, voltará à universidade por uma decisão da Comissão da Anistia do Ministério da Justiça -amparada em uma lei de 2002.
    Não há número oficial sobre quantas vagas em instituições de ensino o órgão já reabriu para anistiados. A FSP localizou seis casos e conversou com três protagonistas. “Do ponto de vista econômico, eu nem precisaria voltar”, diz Sassi. “Mas, do ponto de vista moral, fiz questão”, diz ele, que cursará letras (tradução), área em que já atua.
    Sua ligação com a UnB vem desde a infância. Seu pai era assessor do fundador da instituição, Darcy Ribeiro, e ele costumava passar as tardes no campus. A lembrança, porém, não é tão boa em relação à sua primeira passagem como aluno.
    Após participar do movimento secundarista, em 1969 ele passou no vestibular para engenharia mecânica. Sua ficha no SNI (Serviço Nacional de Informações), no entanto, levou os dirigentes da UnB a recusarem sua matrícula.
    Questionado na Justiça, o então reitor Caio Benjamin Dias disse, em 1970, que a medida era necessária porque não se poderia admitir que a universidade recebesse “estudantes hostis à ordem”.
    A argumentação não foi aceita em segunda instância, e Sassi chegou a cursar alguns meses de engenharia. Frequentava a casa do líder estudantil Honestino Guimarães. Depois de ser presidente da UNE (União Nacional dos Estudantes), Honestino desapareceu em 1973.

    PORTO ALEGRE
    Três anos antes, a então estudante de jornalismo Maria Regina Jacob Pilla avisara aos pais que faria uma viagem e voltaria a Porto Alegre dali a um mês.
    Integrante de uma organização clandestina cujo nome prefere não ver publicado, acabou ficando presa por dois anos na Argentina e se exilou na França até 1979, ano da Lei da Anistia.
    Ao obter o direito de voltar à UFRGS (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul), em 2007, resolveu mudar para letras. Já na sua primeira passagem pela universidade havia se desiludido com o curso de jornalismo -”muito chato”. Já a segunda passagem pela universidade foi uma decisão mais consciente e mais prazerosa.
    A integração com os colegas é uma questão em aberto: com alguns é mais fácil, com outros, não: “Posso ser muito dura com as pessoas. Quem passa por tortura fica com uma violência muito grande introjetada”.

    SÃO PAULO
    Ao voltar para a Escola de Comunicações e Artes da USP, em 2007, Jorge Gonzaga, 65, sentou-se ao lado de alunos que em sua maioria tinham 17 e 18 anos. Entre seus professores, encontrou três colegas da sua primeira passagem pela universidade, em 1969. Naquela época, Gonzaga foi para o Nordeste alguns meses após começar o curso de comunicação.
    Tendo ficado 11 meses preso por ter distribuído um panfleto “subversivo”, pensou que seria novamente preso caso ficasse em São Paulo. Após a vitória na Comissão da Anistia, fez dois anos de jornalismo, mas achou o curso “inacreditavelmente ruim” e voltou ao Rio, onde trabalha com teatro de bonecos.
    Na sua volta à universidade, achou que os alunos dos diferentes cursos se integravam cada vez menos, mas se surpreendeu com a recepção dos jovens colegas: “Fui preparado para ficar isolado, mas eles tinham muita curiosidade sobre mim. Ainda mantemos contato”.

    SP tem o PIB maior do Brasil, os números são monstruosos maior até que o PIB de muitos Países e maior até que 22 estados americanos, ou seja temos 22 estados americanos com o PIB menor que o de SP, mas cade o metro de SP???

    Mas os dados do ministério da Educação não coincidem com os do presidente: das 13 universidades ostentadas por Lula como obra sua, nove resultaram de fusão, desmembramento ou ampliação de instituições de curso superior, inauguradas por outros presidentes. As quatro universidades que realmente seu governo criou, são menos da metade das dez universidades implantadas por Juscelino Kubitschek. O número sequer iguala as seis de Fernando Henrique Cardoso.
    Mas com tantas universidades que o torneiro mecânico “inaugurou” como ele explica uma grande falta de mão de obra qualificada que atinge o país?
    Um estudo divulgado na semana passada pelo Instituto de Pesquisa Aplicada (Ipea) estima que quatro setores, entre eles o de construção civil, terão dificuldades para preencher 320 mil vagas destinadas a profissionais com qualificação e experiência em 2010. As empresas que necessita s desenvolver estão pensando em artifícios para importar a mão de obra faltante por deficiência no ensino.
    Lula quando destampou sua boca, qual tal uma fossa negra que emana os miasmas da tapeação, ao jurar que tinha “inaugurado” 13 universidades, para chegar a esse número cabalístico, teve que incluir o campus de São Bernardo do Campo da Universidade Federal do ABC, inaugurado em 25 de agosto de 2009. A imagem que ilustra essa nota, registra o momento da inauguração. Não parece, mas Lula garante que há uma universidade na fotografia.

    OBS: Universidade não é um prédio com carteiras lá dentro e uma placa na fachada. Unoversidades são instituições que precisam de bons mestres e professores, alem de bons laboratórios e infraestrutura. As UNESPS e UNICAMPs do Estado de São Paulo não dão conta de suprir essas carências. O que adianta ter um aluno pobre em Garanhuns e uma vaga na Federal de Petrolina ou Goiás? Como o coitado vai poder se manter a mais de 1000km de casa. E o povo ainda acredita nesse nove dedos demagogo mentiroso e seu poste candidata.

    Deputado do MT apresenta queixa-crime contra três blogueiros

Além disso, Pannunzio, que trabalha na TV Bandeirantes, foi citado em ação cível com pedido de indenização de R$ 2 milhões por danos morais.
    Por meio de assessoria, Riva informa que, “como cidadão, teve sua honra e imagem maculada por meio de ataques pessoais, que extrapolam o dever de informar”. O parlamentar diz ainda que “reconhece que a imprensa é livre e democrática. Porém, defende que os excessos sejam combatidos”.
    Com ações judiciais, Riva já conseguiu que Adriana e Cavalcanti não mais o citassem em seus blogs. Com a medida, os blogueiros iniciaram, com Pannunzio, uma “permuta” para a publicação do material censurado.
    Pelo acordo, Pannunzio, que não pode publicar informações que envolvam o nome de Deise Zuqui, veicula notícias sobre Riva, que não pode ser citado por Adriana e Cavalcanti. Estes, por sua vez, publicam textos sobre Deise. “Como a estratégia da mordaça deu errado, o deputado entrou em parafuso e passou a uma investida judicial suicida. Ao tentar calar quem ele não consegue constranger e subornar, está dando um tiro no pé”, afirmou Pannunzio

     The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

     I scored a 1425 and my favorite music remains to be hip hop, rock and pop, not to say I don’t ever listen to classical, Chopin would be my favorite. All this shows is what music is being targeted towards which audience. Lyrically, lil wayne appeals to a crowd that perhaps wasn’t exposed to classical music at any age? This would probably work out better if it included perception, targeted audience and not specific artists but genres.
     It’s an interesting experiment but it ignores the fact that upbringing has a lot to do with it, My father’s favourite music is jazz, blues and classical, I constantly heard it as a child, and wasn’t exposed to pop culture at the age of about 12.
