Mobilização nacional contra exploração sexual

A primeira-dama Marisa Letícia Lula da Silva encaminhou correspondências para governadoras, prefeitas e primeiras-damas de capitais de Estado com o objetivo de ampla mobilização para campanha contra a exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes no carnaval. A campanha será lançada pela Secretaria Especial dos Direitos Humanos (SEDH) da Presidência da República, no dia 8 de fevereiro, no Anfiteatro do Morro da Urca, no Rio de Janeiro.
“Temos um papel de destaque na luta contra todos os tipos de exploração a que nossas crianças e adolescentes possam ser submetidos. Por isso, será uma honra poder contar com o seu apoio na mobilização e divulgação desta campanha, tendo em vista a alta prioridade que atribuímos à garantia dos direitos de crianças e adolescentes”, diz dona Marisa Letícia.
A campanha chega a 5ª edição sob coordenação da SEDH e os diversos parceiros nos estados e municípios. O slogan será:
Exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes é crime. Denuncie! Procure o Conselho Tutelar de sua cidade ou disque 100.
Segundo a SEDH, em função do crescimento da campanha, abrangerá 14 capitais e um município de fronteira. Serão distribuídos um milhão de peças, incluindo outdoors, bonés, material educativo, camisetas, abanadores, banners, cartazes, adesivos, inclusive par barcos, em inglês e espanhol.

PF procura alemão desaparecido em Natal
A Polícia Federal ainda não tem pistas do turista alemão Klaus Guttchmidt, 50 anos, que desapareceu no final do mês de janeiro depois de vir a Natal visitar uma amiga que conheceu pela internet. O europeu foi visto algumas vezes no saguão do Aeroporto Internacional Augusto Severo. De acordo com a PF, ele foi assaltado e está impedido de viajar para fora do Brasil.

Liberdade para Renna
Ex-secretário de Administração acusado de pedofilia deixa prisão após 171 dias de cárcere

Após 171 dias atrás das grades o engenheiro e ex-secretário de Administração de Sorocaba, Januário Renna, foi colocado em liberdade na tarde desta segunda-feira mediante habeas corpus concedido pelo TJ (Tribunal de Justiça). A defesa de Renna conseguiu a liberdade alegando que houve excesso de prazo para a realização da audiência que daria a sentença ao acusado.
O advogado Mário Del Cístia entrou com o pedido de habeas corpus junto ao TJ em dezembro. Na tarde de ontem a turma julgadora, composta por três desembargadores, determinou que Renna fosse solto por dois votos favoráveis. A lei prevê que acusados presos em flagrante sejam julgados em, no máximo, 60 dias.
“Houve excesso de prazo e como ele ainda não foi julgado, estava sendo submetido a um constrangimento ilegal por parte da Justiça”, afirmou o advogado, que salientou que seu cliente comparecerá a todas as audiências para as quais for intimado.
Renna deixou a Penitenciária 2 de Aparecidinha no banco traseiro do carro de Del Cístia e, ao contrário, de outras ocasiões, ele se deixou fotografar. O engenheiro foi levado para o condomínio Terras de São José, em Itu, onde possui uma casa alugada. O advogado disse ainda que o ex-secretário falará à imprensa em uma coletiva que terá a data agendada.
Em 15 de agosto do ano passado, no feriado de aniversário de Sorocaba, Renna foi flagrado com duas garotas de 14 anos e uma de 15 em um quarto de motel em Itu. A investigação da Polícia Civil e do Ministério Público descobriu um total de nove menores que alegam ter mantido relações com Renna em troca de dinheiro.
Promotoria é contra a decisão do TJ
O promotor Wellington Veloso, um dos responsáveis pelo caso, se surpreendeu com a decisão do Tribunal de Justiça. “Nitidamente eles tiveram o entendimento que não é o mesmo da Promotoria. A análise não levou em conta a complexidade do caso.”
O promotor explicou que o excesso de prazo não é decorrente de falha por parte do Ministério Público ou da Polícia Civil. “A lei determina que o réu seja julgado em 60 dias em casos de tramitação normal. Neste caso temos um grande número de vítimas e testemunhas, o que acaba tornando a conclusão do processo mais lenta”, afirma.
“Em casos mais complexos o prazo de apuração maior é tolerado e aceito. O caso Renna não é simples a ponto de ser apurado em somente 60 dias.”
O promotor explica que o MP não tentará nenhuma manobra para colocar Renna novamente na prisão.
“Por experiência sabemos que decisões como esta não são revistas pelo TJ”, diz o promotor. Ele explica que com a concessão da liberdade fica totalmente impossível prever quando sairá a sentença de Renna. “A Justiça julga com prioridade réus presos. Com ele solto a defesa poderá prorrogar a decisão por anos.”
Em dezembro as nove vítimas e as testemunhas de acusação já foram ouvidas pelo juiz Hélio Furukawa, da 2ª Vara Criminal de Itu. A próxima audiência, quando serão ouvidos Renna e suas testemunhas de defesa, ainda não tem data agendada.
O Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo concedeu habeas corpus ao ex-secretário de administração de Sorocaba, a 92 km de São Paulo, preso há cinco meses acusado de pedofilia. Januário Renna foi preso em flagrante no dia 15 de agosto num motel, em Itu, a 101 km de São Paulo, com três adolescentes: duas de 14 e uma de 15 anos.
TJ-SP manda soltar ex-secretário acusado de pedofilia

SOROCABA, SP – O Tribunal de Justiça (TJ) de São Paulo mandou soltar hoje o ex-secretário de Administração de Sorocaba, Januário Renna, de 64 anos, preso desde o dia 15 de agosto do ano passado, acusado de pedofilia. Na ocasião, ele foi flagrado pela Polícia Civil num motel de Itu na companhia de três adolescentes – duas de 14 e uma de 15 anos. Renna exercia do cargo de secretário da prefeitura na época e foi exonerado após a prisão.
O TJ concedeu habeas-corpus apresentado pela defesa, que alegou que a detenção extrapolou os prazos previstos em lei para a prisão. De acordo com a lei, o réu preso deve ir a julgamento no prazo de 60 dias, o que não ocorreu com Renna. Os advogados de defesa pediram o relaxamento da prisão em dezembro, mas só hoje o pedido foi julgado. A turma julgadora do TJ reconheceu o excesso de prazo para a instrução do processo e mandou expedir o alvará de soltura.
Renna, que estava numa cela especial da Penitenciária II de Sorocaba, foi libertado por volta das 18 horas e seguiu para Itu, no interior de São Paulo. Ele vai aguardar em liberdade o julgamento do processo. Quando foi preso, o então secretário já era investigado por policiais do Departamento de Investigações sobre Crime Organizado (Deic) de São Paulo por se encontrar com menores.
O Ministério Público Estadual o acusa de ter mantido relações sexuais com pelo menos oito adolescentes, entre elas uma menina que, na ocasião, tinha apenas 12 anos. Segundo as investigações, ele pagava R$ 100 por programa. Na denúncia aceita pela Justiça Criminal de Itu, o MPE pediu a condenação do réu a uma pena de 60 anos de prisão. O Ministério Público Federal (MPF) no Ceará denunciou ao Tribunal Regional Federal da 5ª Região (TRF-5) José Ilo Alves Dantas (PSDB), deputado estadual e ex-prefeito de Quixelô, e seu filho Agenor Gomes de Araújo Neto, prefeito de Iguatu, suspeitos de fraude no seguro-desemprego. Segundo a denúncia, os dois comandaram um esquema de fraude de 1996 a 2000 que utilizava falsos contratos de trabalho para conseguir o benefício. O dinheiro adquirido ainda seria destinado a compra de votos em Quixelô.
Também foram denunciados Francisco Antônio Quinto, Napoleão Holanda Coelho, o vereador em Quixelô Manoel Wellington Batista de Araújo e Marianeide Alves Vieira – todos suspeitos de participar ou intermediar o esquema -, além de Edmilson Alves da Silva, Epifânio Gomes de Lima, Francisco de Assis Aires do Nascimento e Josefa Francisca do Nascimento, que teriam dinheiro do grupo.
O esquema ainda teria envolvido as empresas GPM Projetos e Construções Ltda, Construtora Frota Coelho Ltda, Construtora Gomes de Araújo Ltda (CGA), Constran Construção e Arquitetura Ltda, entre outras. O prefeito de Iguatu teria sido sócio majoritário das duas últimas. O MPF afirma também que o caso foi desmembrado em diversos processos que envolvem mais de 700 pessoas.
O Ministério Público Federal afirma também que o grupo utilizava carteiras de trabalho de eleitores, geralmente trabalhadores rurais, com as quais criavam um contrato falso de trabalho (muitas vezes retroativo) e sacavam o seguro-desemprego.
Os integrantes do suposto grupo foram denunciados por estelionato e falsidade ideológica. José Ilo Alves Dantas, Agenor Gomes de Araújo Neto, Napoleão Holanda Coelho, Manoel Wellington Batista de Araújo, Francisco Antônio Quinto e Marianeide Alves Vieira também foram denunciados pelo crime de formação de quadrilha. Para o deputado e o filho, o MPF pediu o agravante por “promover, ou organizar a cooperação no crime ou dirigir a atividade dos demais agentes”, já que os dois teriam criado e comandado o esquema.

Um dos filés da programação regional da RBS TV (afiliada da Globo), no Rio Grande do Sul, é o Jornal do Almoço, exibido diariamente às 12h, exceto domingos. Pelo seu alcance e pela sua audiência, não seria exagero afirmar que é o programa mais importante na grade local do grupo. Desconhecemos os números exatos de seu faturamento publicitário, mas não duvidamos de que ali rola um dinheirinho fácil. Vira e mexe, o programa é gerado fora de seu estúdio tradicional, geralmente em exposições e festas municipais do interior. Nestas ocasiões, quem assiste ao noticioso e vê seus apresentadores debaixo de sol escaldante, ao vivo, imagina que todo aquele denodado esforço é feito em nome da relevância jornalística e do irrefragável interesse público.
Este Cloaca News pode não ser lá essas coisas em matéria de lhaneza de trato. Também não se sente apto a fazer análises acadêmicas de escol à luz das Ciências Políticas ou da Semiologia saussuriana. Se quiser nos chamar de toscos, rústicos ou até medíocres intelectuais, não nos sentiremos ofendidos. A única coisa que você jamais poderá dizer a nosso respeito é que inventamos assunto. Isto posto, passemos adiante.
Pessoalmente, já vimos o Jornal do Almoço sendo gerado dos seguintes municípios gaúchos: Osório, Tramandaí, Bento Gonçalves e mais alguns outros lugares que não vêm ao caso. Arma-se o circo e transmite-se o espetáculo. O que não é informado ao telespectador é que a trupe jornalística itinerante está ali porque recebeu um polpudo cheque dos anfitriões. Estes, por sua vez, têm direito a escolher as pautas e até a elaborar o script. Podem, inclusive, fazer a direção de cena, marcando os passos dos apresentadores!
Nossa fonte é absolutamente segura, uma vez que já foi contratante desse “serviço”. E ela nos disse o quanto pagou pelo Jornal do Almoço: para o seu evento, custou R$ 40 mil reais. Com direito ao comentário de Lasier Martins, de corpo presente. Grátis, uma reprise do programa na TVCom, o canal UHF da RBS em Porto Alegre.
Nesta sexta-feira, 05/12, o Jornal do Almoço não precisou ser “deslocado” para outra praça. Mas faturou um extra enviando seu facundo e palavroso comentarista “político” até a aprazível cidade de Erechim, região do Alto Uruguai, a 362 quilômetros da capital. Lasier Martins, o jornalista que atualmente só entra em cena para adular e proteger o governo fascista da tucana Yeda Crusius ou para esculhambar o governo Lula, surge na telinha, diretamente da FRINAPE, uma feira da indústria e da agropecuária regionais, entrevistando a Rainha da festa, não sem antes nos apresentar uma pantagruélica mesa montada no centro de uma quadra poliesportiva, debaixo do sol a pino. “Uma grandiosa feira”, ele leu no papelzinho. E como foram importantes aqueles preciosos minutos em que Lasier nos mostrou um descomunal salame, mais os queijos, os pães, as cucas, as compotas, os…ovos de codorna – veja você! – e até uma garrafa de “cachaça envelhecida em barris de carvalho”… Que jornalismo apetitoso, esse do Jornal do Almoço! Por R$ 40 mil reais, você também pode encomendar o seu – tabela cheia, incluindo as risonhas apresentadoras; se levar só o Lasier, pechinche, que eles certamente farão um bom desconto.

O DIA EM QUE LASIER MARTINS TOMOU NO PAC

Em sua ensandecida cruzada para esculhambar qualquer coisa que diga respeito ao Governo Federal e atingir, a qualquer custo, o Presidente Lula e o PT, a imprensa golpista e pestilenta do Rio Grande do Sul, capitaneada pelos veículos do Grupo RBS, iniciou uma sórdida campanha difamatória contra o Grupo Hospitalar Conceição, de Porto Alegre.
Vinculado ao Ministério da Saúde, com atendimento 100% pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), e integrado à rede de saúde local e regional, o Hospital Conceição atende à população de todo o estado. A superintendência do GHC está a cargo da ex-deputada estadual Jussara Cony (PC do B) que, nos últimos dias, tem se desdobrado para aplacar a fúria dos títeres demotucanos que infestam certas redações.
A bola da vez dos safardanas é o setor de Emergência do Hospital Conceição. Não por acaso, o porta-voz da oligarquia mafiomidiática gaúcha, Lasier Martins, deixou um pouco de lado seu negócio de agenciamento de salames coloniais e assumiu a linha de frente da artilharia golpista contra a instituição.
No último dia 25, em seu programa diário na Rádio Gaúcha, o sabujão resolveu gerar seu espetáculo diretamente da Emergência do Hospital Conceição. Tudo ao vivo. Existe algo que vaza copiosamente na televisão brasileira, além de áudios reveladores: é a baba raivosa da RBS TV (afiliada da Globo), emissora do conglomerado mafiomidiático da famiglia Sirotsky, no sul do Brasil. E o escoadouro oficial de tais mucos peguenhentos atende pelo nome de Lasier Martins. Trata-se do “comentarista político” do telejornal exibido à hora do almoço pela estação gaúcha, embora ele possa ser visto, também, elogiando salames e rapaduras em reportagens de aluguel feitas no interior do estado.
Dizer que Lasier Martins não tem vergonha na cara seria pura perda de tempo, visto que, em sua faina diária, a sabujice é de seu mister. Ocorre, porém, que este lacaio das oligarquias guascas utiliza uma concessão pública de radiodifusão para destilar o ódio que seus patrões nutrem pelo governo Lula.
Como você verá no vídeo abaixo – também em exibição no blog RS Urgente -, Lasier Martins ultrapassou todos os limites da sem-vergonhice.
Má-fé, mentira e indignação seletiva foi o cardápio servido pelo histrião no Jornal do Almoço do último dia 14. Seja forte, pois.

O nome dele é Lasier. Lasier Martins. Quem não vive no Rio Grande do Sul, não sabe do que está se livrando. Trata-se do “comentarista” do Jornal do Almoço, na RBS TV, de que já tratamos há alguns dias. Este cavalheiro ficou mundialmente famoso por ocasião de uma Festa da Uva, em Caxias do Sul, quando levou um espetacular choque elétrico ao tocar – veja você – em um cacho de Cabernet Sauvignon (veja aqui as cenas chocantes). Mas, dizíamos, Lasier Martins é uma espécie de cérbero (não confunda com cérebro) das oligarquias guascas e o porta-voz da Camorra sirotskiana. Enquanto o PT esteve na prefeitura de Porto Alegre, as pautas do loquaz Sr. Martins iam desde os buracos nas ruas dos bairros periféricos até a temperatura do ar-condicionado dentro dos ônibus da Carris, a empresa municipal de transporte coletivo. Qualquer coisa valia para desgastar o PT e apeá-lo do Paço Municipal. Por ocasião da vitória de Germano Rigotto ao governo estadual – e a conseqüente derrota de Tarso Genro e do PT – , este senhor chegou a comemorar o feito com espumante, ao vivo, na TVCOM, o canal comunitário da RBS. Veio em seguida a eleição de José Fogaça à prefeitura de Porto Alegre e, a julgar pelas falas de Lasier, todos os buracos da cidade foram tapados e a temperatura interna dos coletivos, agora sim, estava civilizada. O zeloso comentarista passou, então, a tratar de temas “federais”: febre amarela, apagão, caos aéreo, inflação, dossiê, grampo… Com a eleição da tucana Yeda Crusius ao Piratini, parecia que todos os problemas de Lasier haviam terminado. Mas…eis que o “novo jeito de governar” começou a mostrar sua verdadeira cara. O escândalo do Detran gaúcho, que escapou do controle da RBS, revelou que o próprio Lasier era beneficiário de mimos por parte da autarquia estadual. Sobre isso, bico calado. A ordem era blindar a governadora, desviar o foco das falcatruas para personagens de terceiro escalão. Entra em cena a mansão de Yeda, comprada logo após a eleição com dinheiro suspeito em operação idem. Bah, um escandalaço! A tenebrosa transação imobiliária, por força da repercussão que teve, invadiu a pauta do Jornal do Almoço.
Naquele início de tarde ensolarada, a apresentadora dá a notícia e passa a bola para o refulgente comentário do denodado Lasier.
Agora, sim, tome um Dramin e assista ao vídeo – só o primeiro minuto basta.
