As comemorações pelo 78º aniversário do vice-presidente José Alencar prosseguem em Brasília. Depois de ganhar sábado uma festa surpresa, com direito à Banda da Guarda Presidencial, agora foi a vez dos funcionários do Palácio do Planalto prestarem sua homenagem. O presidente Lula e a primeira-dama Marisa Letícia também compareceram. Veja como foi:

Presidente troca nomes de ex e atual ministro
Em três momentos de seu discurso, ao se referir ao ex-ocupante da secretaria de Assuntos Estratégicos, Mangabeira Unger, professor em Harvard, o presidente Lula o chamou de Gabeira. Mas as gafes não pararam por aí: o embaixador Samuel virou Salomão.
— O Gabeira não está aqui, está, certamente, em Chicago, porque ele voltou para a universidade, senão ele perderia a titularidade dele na escola — afirmou Lula.
Lula lembrou então de quando o vice-presidente José Alencar e a direção do PRB, partido do vice, sugeriram a criação de uma pasta para a legenda e indicaram o escolhido.
— O dia em que o companheiro José Alencar e a direção do PRB entraram no meu gabinete para aprovar o nome do companheiro Gabeira para ministro foi um dia muito importante — disse Lula , corrigindo-se depois.
Em outro momento, ao se dirigir a Samuel Guimarães, chamou-o de Mangabeira. E, depois, piorou: trocou o nome de Samuel por Salomão. Lula também revelou que o presidente da Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, é fã do novo ministro.
— Ele é o guru do Chávez — disse, contando que o venezuelano lhe perguntou pelo autor de “500 Anos de Periferia”.

Gilmar diz que é preciso evitar o vale-tudo

O presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal, Gilmar Mendes, voltou a criticar as visitas do presidente Lula e da ministra Dilma Rousseff (Casa Civil) a obras do PAC. Ele disse que as ações se transformaram em comícios e que há uma espécie de “vale-tudo”.
— Ninguém pode impedir o governante de governar. É lícito transformar um evento rotineiro de governar num comício? Entendo que não. Se houver esse propósito, certamente o órgão competente da Justiça tem que ser chamado à atenção para evitar esse tipo de vale-tudo.
O ministro fez um chamado ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) e à Procuradoria Geral Eleitoral para que haja mais fiscalização:
— A Procuradoria e o TSE podem fazer uma comparação sobre como se fiscalizava obras, e como se faz isso hoje. Pelas descrições, há sorteios, festas, cantores. Isso é o modo de fiscalizar tecnicamente uma obra? A discussão terá que ser levada à Justiça Eleitoral.
Gilmar disse que há jurisprudência internacional no controle do uso da máquina pública:
— Países avançados no processo democrático têm discutido essas questões à luz de decisões de cortes constitucionais, dizendo que o governo não deve utilizar a atividade governamental para fins políticos e eleitorais.

Público e privado (Editorial de O Globo)
É possível que o fato de ser segundo mandato tenha levado o presidente Lula a imprimir aos quatro anos restantes de gestão um tom mais político, para acumular forças e conseguir fazer o sucessor em 2010.
Afastada a possibilidade do projeto aventureiro do continuísmo, ele começaria a trabalhar cedo. E assim fez, tendo optado por Dilma Rousseff. Direito dele.
Porém, a movimentação de Lula voltada para 2010 escaparia dos limites da normalidade, pois em nenhum momento do segundo mandato o Palácio pareceu se preocupar em cumprir o calendário da legislação eleitoral.
O ápice foi a visita em caravana de Lula, Dilma e séquito de ministros a canteiros de obras pelo Nordeste — sob pretexto de inspecioná-los —, principalmente os do projeto de transposição de águas do Rio São Francisco.
O clima, o enredo, a coreografia, tudo reeditou comícios, e muito antes de eles poderem ser legalmente organizados.
O próprio presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), ministro Gilmar Mendes, foi ao ponto: “Nem o mais cândido dos ingênuos acredita que isso é fiscalização.”
Para Mendes, Lula e Dilma “testam” a Justiça Eleitoral. E o teste será feito, pois a oposição questionará no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) a viagem financiada com recursos públicos.
O governo Lula, à medida que as eleições se aproximam, adota um comportamento agressivo contra limites institucionais.
Como nas pressões sobre o Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU), escolhido para justificar o atraso crônico no cronograma de obras do PAC.
A mesma postura fica evidente quando o governo invade a prerrogativa de empresas privadas de decidir os próprios projetos de investimento.
O TSE, se aceitar reclamações contra o périplo nordestino, tratará não de um caso isolado, mas da definição do que são espaços e recursos públicos e privados, para um governo que cada vez mais tende a embaralhar essas fronteiras.
Caso contrário, candidatos da oposição também se acharão no direito de revogar a legislação por conta própria, e a campanha de 2010 descambará para uma barulhenta anarquia, ao arrepio da Constituição.
Toda a atenção será mesmo necessária do Ministério Público e Justiça eleitorais, ao se imaginar que certos grupos no poder desde 2003, alguns deles bem aparelhados nas vizinhanças do Tesouro, não queiram em 2010 perder os espaços conquistados.
A Justiça e o MP, se ficarem inertes, estimularão aloprações como as de 2006.
ALO PETRALHAS DE PLANTÃO;
Aqui nos USA tá circulando uma piadinha e, pelo visto, já percorreu os 4 cantos da Terra.
A piada é o seguinte:
Em uma das suas viagens aos Estados Unidos, o Presidente do Brasil e sua esposa, hospedaram-se num luxuoso Hotel em Nova York.
Próximo das 17h, o Presidente,já no apartamento do hotel, agarra no telefone, chama o serviço de quartos e diz:

A recepcionista não compreende o que quer dizer e crendo que se tratava de uma mensagem cifrada, avisa imediatamente ao FBI.
Num ápice, apresentam-se dois agentes do FBI e após horas de observação e estudos não conseguem decifrar a mensagem. Decidem então, chamar a CIA.
Os serviços secretos mandam mais dois agentes ao hotel e começam a investigar e a tentar decifrar a mensagem, mas sem qualquer resultado.
Entretanto, o Presidente do Brasil, volta a telefonar para a recepcionista, agentes do FBI e da CIA ouvem a mensagem:

Desesperados os agentes resolvem chamar o tradutor oficial da língua portuguesa.
Um caça supersônico do Pentágono pousa instantes depois no aeroporto Kennedy, o respectivo tradutor oficial é conduzido sem mais delongas ao Hotel.
Chegado ao hotel e posto a par da situação o tradutor disfarça-se de criado, vai aos aposentos do Presidente do do Brasil e descobre o mistério.
- O presidente brasileiro queria, simplesmente, dizer: “Two tea to 222″
Traduzindo – 2 chás para o (apartamento) 222.

Todos os petistas e os “de esquerda” da América Latina já sabem que há muito tempo, desde 1989, quando caiu o muro de Berlim e a URSS se desmoronou levando junto Cuba e seus satélites da Europa, eles sonham (ou deliram?) e refundar o comunismos nesse continente de desinformados.
Só que eles sabem (mas não dizem) que sem capital, isto é, sem circulação de dinheiro nada se pode fazer. Perguntem para os ditadores chineses. Eles entraram no capitalismo selvagem e preservaram o Poder do Estado, onde apenas um pequeno grupo manda (o Campo Majoritário deles?).
Ora, deduzindo, o que foi o mensalão senão um projeto de engordar o caixa do PT ao mesmo tempo que se fazia a partilha dos privilégios com direito a propinas e contribuições para campanhas, ou seja, para continuar no Poder?
Como diria Jesus: Senhor, eles sabem o que fazem!!! Tanto sabem que continuam a fazer…

Maioria de gastos com cartão corporativo da TV Brasil são em saques

Hoje na Folha Contrariando norma baixada pelo governo, a TV Brasil abusou dos saques em dinheiro com o cartão corporativo em 2008, seu primeiro ano de funcionamento, informa nesta quinta-feira reportagem de Alan Gripp, publicada pela Folha.
Segundo a reportagem, as retiradas foram responsáveis por mais da metade das despesas feitas pelos servidores da emissora que dispõem de cartões, aponta levantamento feito no Portal da Transparência.
A Folha informa que dados do portal mostram que 74 servidores da EBC (Empresa Brasil de Comunicação), a qual está vinculada a TV Brasil, possuem cartões corporativos. Juntos, os funcionários gastaram R$ 162,7 mil, dos quais R$ 82 mil foram sacados.
Outro lado
Por meio de sua assessoria de imprensa, a TV Brasil informou que não descumpriu a norma do governo e que os saques em 2008 não superam o limite de 30% se forem considerados todos os gastos com “suprimento de fundos” –além do cartão corporativo, inclui a conta B, cujos gastos são feitos por meio de cheque.
A TV Brasil não comentou, no entanto, o fato de os saques em caixas contrariarem a tendência verificada no restante dos órgãos do governo, que, seguindo as novas normas, conseguiram reduzir a modalidade a níveis residuais.

Urgente: Lula declara cortes drásticos no orçamento
Lula, em um novo rompante de estadista e orador, soltou uma pérola durante discurso ontem. Segundo ele, as verbas para o PAC (Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento, que só cresce nas notícias, mas não em obras) serão garantidas. Esqueça crise, esqueça recessão. O presidente já tem a fórmula pronta para arrumar dinheiro para as obras do PAC. Quer saber mais? Assista!
Pessoalmente, acho que existem outros gastos supérfulos do governo que poderiam ser enxugados em tempos de crise. Por exemplo, os 77 milhões gastos pelo governo para patrocinar o Fórum Mundial Social que ocorreu em Belém. Ou os 400 milhões gastos para manter a TV Brasil, conhecida como Lula News, que ninguém assiste. Ou mesmo os 250 mil reais gastos para organizar o último “Encontro com Prefeitos”, aonde Lula lançou o “Pacote de Bondades” do governo para as cidades. E vocês? Acham que só cortar o batom da Dona Di-Dilma resolve a Marolinha?

CONCLUSÃO:
A TV Lula foi criada pra fazer propaganda do Molusco e seu partido corrupto.
Tem um programa (Reporter Brasil) que coloca apenas materias de interesse do Governo, não coloca uma critica, diferente de outros jornais independentes.
Eu pergunto: Que emissora é essa que so baba-ovo pro Lula e pro PT?
E pq tanta grana rola pra manter essa emissora?

• Legislação especial de combate ao crime com ações duras em caso de terrorrismo e crimes hediondos e contra a sociedade (corrupção, desvios de verba, formação de quadrilha por autoridades, etc.) Esses casos seriam julgados com rapidez e isenção em curto espaço de tempo sem expedientes de proteção, como imunidade parlamentar e outros recursos.
• Fuzilamento sumário nos casos de flagrante de crimes configurados como terrorismo urbano e crimes hediondos.
• Essa legislação especial perderia a vigência quando o índice de criminalidade atingisse níveis considerados suportáveis em nível internacional. Poderia ser prorrogado se não atingisse esses limites.
Os bandidos que fossem pegos em flagrante ou atirassem contra agentes de segurança seriam sumariamente fuzilados em via pública. Isso causaria um impacto inverso ao da impunidade hoje vigente.
O bandido pensaria dez vezes antes de iniciar uma ação criminosa. Os casos que gerassem dúvidas seriam encaminhados para uma corte especial, que teriam de tratar esses casos com prioridade absoluta.
Trabalhei nove anos numa escola de infratores “barra pesada” e em presídios de adultos.
Cheguei à conclusão que bandido só segue regras violentas, como é do seu estilo. Qualquer outra alternativa civilizada será revertida em estratégia em seu beneficio.
Passado algum tempo em que as novas gerações tiverem adquirido hábitos mais construtivos na convivência, esses casos de massacres e ataques com armas pesadas, que hoje assistimos, passariam a ser apenas uma memória do passado.

Por muito menos o Collor foi caçado, com o apoio do PT na época e do PMDB.
Passados todos estes anos vemos o LULLA abraçado ao Collor como se fossem cumpadres de longa data.
O LULLA disse certas vez que faria aliança com qualquer um para conseguir ser presidente.
E fez… loteou o Brasil, para massagear seu ego.
