Aí, o Presidente Lulla encomenda ao Ibope uma pesquisa, para saber o que está pensando o povo brasileiro. Já com o resultado em mãos, um funcionário do Instituto lhe comunica:
- Olha, Senhor Presidente, segundo nossas pesquisas, metade da população se mostrou otimista. E a outra metade se revelou pessimista.
- E o que dizem os otimistas?
