Kirchner é eleito secretário-geral da Unasul com voto e elogio do Brasil

A eleição do ex-presidente da Argentina, Nestor Kirchner, nesta terça-feira (4/5) em Buenos Aires (Argentina), como secretário-geral da União das Nações Sul-Americanas (Unasul) foi muito elogiada pelo presidente Lula durante reunião do conselho de Chefes de Estado e de Governo da instituição. A escolha de Kirchner, afirmou o presidente brasileiro, representa a consolidação de mais uma etapa do fortalecimento da Unasul e por isso contou com o voto do Brasil.
O Kirchner tem experiência, conhece o continente, conhece as dificuldades políticas, ideológicas que temos aqui no continente, conhece as diferenças e, portanto, eu acho que ele está cem por cento apto para ser um extraordinário secretário-geral da Unasul. Portanto, eu abro esta reunião, declarando o voto do Brasil ao companheiro Kirchner.
Lula também elogiou o presidente do Equador, Rafael Correa, pela capacidade de articulação que ele demonstrou durante sua gestão como presidente pro tempore da Unasul, principalmente em relação a temas ligados à solidariedade ao Haiti e na discussão da crise econômica.
O trabalho que você fez foi a demonstração de que a integração da América Latina e da América do Sul não é uma coisa pequena ou uma coisa de alguns teóricos. Acho que nós descobrimos que somente a nossa organização é que pode garantir um novo rumo para a América do Sul e para a América Latina.

As tarifas de pedágios nas estradas da Europa onde há as melhores estradas do mundo a tarifa custa em torno de R$ 0,02 a R$0,04 por Km e em São Paulo custa entre R$ 0,07 a R$ 0,16 o KM.
