Governo libera R$ 500 milhões para Alagoas e Pernambuco

O governo federal liberou de imediato R$ 500 milhões para fazer frente as demandas dos estados de Alagoas e Pernambuco que passam por dificuldades em função da tragédia provocada pelas chuvas que atingiram cerca de 80 municípios naquela região. O anúncio do repasse do dinheiro foi feito pela ministra-chefe da Casa Civil, Erenice Guerra, que acompanha o presidente Lula em visita aos dois estados. A ministra explicou que o volume total de dinheiro chega a R$ 550 milhões, já que o governo colocou à disposição, num primeiro momento, R$ 50 milhões.
Na mesma linha de atuação, o governo informou que os cidadãos que possuem FGTS poderão sacar até o valor total em conta na Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF). O Ministério da Saúde irá transferir R$ 21 milhões para Pernambuco e R$ 26 milhões para Alagoas no sentido de recuperar os hospitais e postos de saúde. O Ministério da Educação liberou R$ 51 milhões para obras nas escolas estaduais e deve decidir na próxima semana os recursos a serem repassados para colégios municipais.

“Chamo de adiantamento porque ainda não sabemos o volume de recursos necessários para implementar todas as ações. Não estamos aguardando nenhum plano de trabalho. Nós estamos adiantando os recursos e os estados, posteriormente, prestarão contas”, afirmou Erenice Guerra.
A ministra informou que o presidente Lula irá assinar dentro das próximas horas Medida Provisória com a instituição de linha de financiamento de R$ 1 bilhão. O dinheiro a juro subsidiado tem por finalidade fazer frente à demanda por capital de giro, material de construção, atendimento de comércio e demais empresas de pequeno, médio e grande porte. Os recursos estarão no Banco do Nordeste (BNB), com supervisão do BNDES e Banco do Brasil.
O presidente Lula iniciou a entrevista coletiva, em Palmares (PE), explicando o motivo de sua visita aos estados afetados pelas enchentes. Segundo ele, nos casos de catástrofe, num primeiro momento deve-se atender as demandas imediatas da população prejudicada, como por exemplo, o fornecimento de alimentos, medicamentos e assistência médica. Depois, conforme sinalizou, inicia-se a etapa de recuperação daquilo que foi destruído.
“Já vi muitas fotos, filmes, mas nenhuma fotografia ou filme monstra a gravidade da situação que encontrei aqui”, disse o presidente.
Ao término da coletiva, Lula explicou que “trata-se de obrigação política humana e moral ajudar a reconstruir o que foi destruído nos dois estados”. Segundo Lula, o governo não se limitará nessa ajuda. Para o presidente, todos os recursos necessários vão ser colocados à disposição. O presidente explicou também que a Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) fechará contratos com as prefeituras para a construção de moradias no âmbito do programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida. O objetivo é atender as famílias que perderam suas residências. Porém, o presidente condicionou o projeto em terrenos que se situam distante das margens dos rios.
O governador de Pernambuco, Eduardo Campos, anunciou que o momento é começar o processo de reconstrução das cidades. Campos destacou que o presidente Lula, desde os primeiros instantes de tragédia, colocou a estrutura à disposição dos dois estados. De Palmares, Lula seguiu para o estado de Alagoas onde se encontrou com o governador Teotônio Vilela. Na visita, Lula concedeu outra entrevista.

Lembram do plebiscito referente à campanha do desarmamento? As pesquisas safadas também davam que o “SIM” do governo Lula iria vencer. No final da votação o que aconteceu? O “NÃO” ganhou de lavada, pois o povo se finge de tonto mas não é burro. Na frente da urna o negócio são outros quinhentos e popularidade não adianta nada. Como a nossa memória é curta, os petralhas ufanistas e seus aliados espúrios já estão achando que ganharam um jogo que por sinal ainda nem começou. Ainda se tem , tem muita campanha, mentiras (muito mais) e debates para rolarem pela frente. Será que a “doutora” Dilma vai ter coragem de se expor num debate? E quando mostrarem para o povão a nossa “nova Barbie”, túmulo caiado, com aquele charutão na boca ao lado do amigão opressor Mr. Fidel Castro. Será que o povão vai gostar?
Você acreditam em políticos? Nenhum deles nunca falou a verdade. Todos são empulhadores e mentirosos contumazes. Nem eles mesmo acreditam nas mentiras e besteiras que falam. O maior exemplo disso, é Paulo Maluf ( é aquele mesmo, o inimigo de outrora e amigo e aliado de hoje do PT) que nega de pés juntos e màos para o céu nunca ter tido alguma conta no exterior e ainda afirma que: “No mundo, não existe uma ficha mais limpa do que a minha” Pensem bem, não é o cúmulo da desfaçatez? E Lula Apedeuta daSilva, que enganou covardemente aos aposentados e pensionistas, ao fazer as mirabolantes promessas que fez em 1989, no Programa Silvio Santos? Será que não vão contar essas e outras para o povão na campanha?
Outra: Já ouviram falar do Turcomenistão, um país da Ásia Central que tem uma população de pouco mais de 5 milhões de habitantes? Pois é, numa lista de 135 países, o Brasil disputa com o Turcomenistão a menor taxa de investimento do mundo. Bem, isto é irrelevante para o povão, pois o conselheiro de Deus na terra já disse que o paraíso existe e é aqui, mas somente que esqueceram de avisar os flagelados de Santa Catarina, Angra e agora os da Bahia, Pernambuco e Alagoas que não vão receber nada até as eleições, mas eles também terão de votar. Acham que vão comprar o povo com 250 milhões? Será que o apedeuta e seus E$PERTOS não sabem fazer conta para saberem que somente em Alagoas tem 19.000 casas destruídas para serem reconstruídas a um custo de aproximadamente R$ 575 milhões. Vai dar? Acredito que somente se São Paulo- o santo mesmo) ajudar.
Dica: Sigam as pistas do dossiê de 2006 que chegarão ao dossiê de 2010. Se não conseguirem pistas, é só aguardar o dossiê de 2014. Continuem pensando que o povo é bobo. Estão errados e vão se surpreender.

O ministro diz que os pessimistas acham que do jeito que estao encaminhando as “coisas” (obras), vai faltar merda para todo mundo. Nisso o Sapo-Rei teve um lampejo e disse na bucha … Nao se preocupe ministro percorrerei todo o Pais e farei muito discursos para minha candidata poste (sem bico de luz) e o povo nao passara mais fome … Havera merda para todos. Tudo o que os governos tem e usam foi roubado do povo que trabalha. Portanto, não esperem nada de quem não tem nada para oferecer, pois somente sabem roubar. Por exemplo, do Lula, da Hello Kit brasileira e da Barbie túmulo caiado, o que podemos esperar alem de orientações sobre belos ternos, vinhos caríssimos, jatos e carros para lá e pra cá, juros altos para os banqueiros (antes tão odiados), mordomias, implantes de silicone, botox, salões de beleza, clarificações dentárias, cursos de como se portar em jantares finos para antigos guerrilheiros e sindicalistas e hoje novos políticos e ricos, como discursar para engambelar o povão, como receber a comenda do Itamaraty, etc…mas solidariedade, esqueçam, jamais. Santa Catarina, Niterói, Angra, Alagoas, Pernambuco, ….., se virem sozinhos ou clamem por São Paulo.

Senado aprova plano de cargos que vai custar R$ 464 mi por ano
DE BRASÍLIA – Sob pressão de cerca de cem servidores públicos e com uma agilidade incomum, o Senado aprovou ontem o plano de cargos e salários do funcionalismo da Casa, que custará R$ 464 milhões ao ano a partir de 2011.
O reajuste médio dos salários será de 25% e beneficiará cerca de 6.000 concursados e comissionados. Só no segundo semestre deste ano, o gasto extra irá a R$ 217 milhões.
“Tínhamos uma reserva orçamentária em torno de R$ 300 milhões. Estamos economizando, portanto, R$ 100 milhões”, disse o relator da proposta, Heráclito Fortes (DEM).
O projeto foi aprovado pela Mesa Diretora por volta das 16h30 e seguiu para o plenário, onde foi votado, em dois turnos, às 18h30. Minutos depois, Heráclito levou o projeto para Câmara, que poderia votar o texto na noite de ontem.
O plano, que vinha sendo mantido sob sigilo, foi reaberto para negociações na semana passada. Um dos pontos mais controversos era o fim do chamado “auxílio-paletó”, pago no início e no fim de cada ano, e que chega a representar um ganho de quase R$ 5.000.
O benefício foi extinto, mas, em contrapartida, o plano criou uma estrutura remuneratória com quatro parcelas: vencimento base e gratificações por desempenho, atividade legislativa e representação. A gratificação por desempenho poderá variar de 40% a 100% do vencimento básico.
Segundo o diretor-geral do Senado, Haroldo Tajra, o salário de um consultor em final de carreira e em cargo de chefia pode chegar a R$ 26.723,13. Fonte: FSP-24/12/2010
AGORA VEJAM ESTA:
Por acaso os senhores tem conhecimento da Portaria n° 1510 de 21/08/2009 que “disciplina” o registro eletrônico de ponto pelas empresas. (mais informações vide site do MTE) que entra em vigor a partir de 21/08/2010. A nova maquininha tem que emitir um comprovante em papel para o funcionário cada vez que ele marca o ponto.
Retrocesso Tecnológico e Desperdício: Quem não quiser usar a nova maquininha, pode voltar a usar o antigo registrador mecânico acompanhado das antigas chapeiras colocadas de ambos os lados.
Como o Sr. Carlos Lupi e seus burocratas talvez nunca tenham entrado numa fábrica e nunca terem marcado um ponto para ir trabalhar (no MTE não se precisa trabalhar e muito menos controlar entrada e saída de funcionários), os mesmos parece que não tem a menor noção de que a nova traquitana que estão impondo, vai ter que gerar investimento para os empresários, alem de mais 40horas de fila e mais 25 metros de ticket de papel ( para ser jogado no lixo) por trabalhador a cada ano. Marina, Gabeira, Minc,…, por favor chamem os ambientalistas é urgente.
Mais uma pegadinha: O Srs. Lembram do tal kit primeiros socorros obrigatório para uso nos carros? Tem acompanhado o problema atual do kit cadeirinha de bebê em nome da segurança? Pois é, essa nova do tal registro de ponto eletrônico é mais uma delas.
Dúvida: Porquê esse pessoal se preocupa em exigir emissão de comprovante de papel em cartão de ponto e não faz a mesma exigência quanto às urnas eletrônicas de votação?
Conclusão: Estamos vivendo uma imperfeição democrática. Os altos níveis de corrupção estão relacionados à origem burocratoparasita dos elementos que se infiltraram no governo às custas de nosso ideal de democracia.
Com certeza nessa portaria (ou porcaria) 1510 do governo, tem lobby, corrupção, maracutáia e propina envolvida, pois se nem os empresários e nem os empregados estão querendo a nova traquitana imposta de cima para baixo, a que interesses estará atendendo?
