Goiás é campeão de obras habitacionais

Goiás está em primeiro lugar no ranking dos estados brasileiros em relação à execução de obras habitacional. Segundo avaliação do engenheiro Marcos Furiati, do departamento de Infraestrutura do Ministério das Cidades, e de Moacyr do Espírito Santo, superintendente regional da Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), dos contratos firmados com o governo federal, 98% das obras já foram contratadas.
Uma dessas obras será visitada nesta sexta-feira (11/2) pelo presidente Lula: o conjunto residencial Jardins do Cerrado, a 40 quilômetros de Goiânia. No local foram construídas 2.378 unidades habitacionais para famílias com renda de até três salários mínimos. Segundo o engenheiro Furiati, quase 2 mil moradias foram entregues. O empreendimento ficou em R$ 64 milhões, sendo R$ 52,735 milhões referentes aos recursos do Pró-Moradia/FGTS e R$ 11,327 milhões da Prefeitura de Goiânia.
Os investimentos em habitação em Goiás somam R$ 315,4 milhões, sendo que R$ 137,3 milhões são para construção de casas na capital do estado.
O presidente Lula também participa, na sexta-feira (11/2), de cerimônia de inauguração da Barragem Ribeirão João Leite. De acordo com o diretor de engenharia da Saneago -- empresa de água e sanemaneto de Goiás -, Mario João de Souza, o empreendimento permitirá maior oferta de água para os moradores da região metropolitana de Goiânia -- leia aqui.
