Estados atingidos por enchentes podem ter mais recursos da União

O governo federal poderá aumentar o volume de recursos para Estados e municípios atingidos por enchentes nos últimos meses. A informação é do ministro da Integração Nacional, Geddel Vieira Lima, que participou, na tarde desta quarta-feira (13/1), de reunião com o presidente Lula, no Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (CCBB). O encontro teve a participação do governador do Rio, Sergio Cabral, e prefeitos de cidades fluminenses.
De acordo com o ministro, na próxima segunda-feira (18/1), será promovido levantamento com o objetivo de apurar demanda por recursos em outros estados brasileiros. Segundo Geddel, há manifestações para se obter linhas de crédito em São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul e Bahia. Ele informou, por exemplo, que o governador Cabral apresentou um programa de recuperação de encostas e outros pontos de risco que totaliza R$ 600 milhões.
“Na próxima semana vamos ver as demandas. Existem possibilidades de remanejamento de recursos. O pedido do governador Cabral refere-se a investimentos estruturantes”, explicou.
Geddel disse também que, por determinação do presidente Lula, colocará à disposição do governo do Haiti os equipamentos necessários para ajudar as vítimas do terremoto que atingiu 7.0 graus na escala Richter. O ministro informou que um técnico de sua pasta seguiu no voo liderado pelo ministro da Defesa, Nelson Jobim, e tão logo envie relatório da demanda o Ministério da Integração Nacional irá proceder com a ajuda necessária.
O ministro comentou também o falecimento de Zilda Arns, da Pastoral da Criança: “Ela morreu como viveu, ou seja, defendendo a crença na justiça social. Ela morreu em combate.”

Os dissimulados mamadores já começaram a velha tática de desconversar para distrair o povo e esconderem a verdade. Já começaram a falar do terremoto no Haiti, verba para enchentes e outros bla, bla, blás. É bem capaz de daqui a pouco aparecer um anencéfalo destes e querer convencer a manada ignorante que o culpado pelo terremoto no Haiti foi dos EUA, que já estava tudo esquematizado e programado desde o começo da colonização francesa. Vão dizer também que os EUA permitiram que os colonizadores franceses explorassem os coitados dos pretos africanos fazendo-os plantar cana para quando eles estivessem cansados irem para os Estados Unidos para serem exterminados pelo furacão Katrina e ……… Deixem de histórias, cambada de mentirosos, deixem de enganar o povo e pousarem de beneméritos seus desonestos que se arvoram em serem salvadores da humanidade, mas que sempre colocam com a mão e tiram com a pá. Deixem de enganar e roubarem esses incautos, vão aprenderem a trabalhar para ganharem honestamente o pão de cada dia e pelo menos pagarem pelo direito de existirem cambada de vagabundos, mentirosos, enganadores. Depois é quem fala a verdade e denuncia suas mentiras é que é sofista. Parem de enganar o povo e vão aprender a trabalhar seus salafrários.

A 3 de outubro do ano passado o premio Plutizer de jornalismo Taylor Branch publica “The Clinton Tapes”, 700 páginas sobre o governo Clinton 1993 a 2001 deixando o tucanato decepcionado e indignado, pois o presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso não é citado! Por quê?

Bill Clinton, junto ao FMI, que fez FHC conseguir mais dinheiro para tirar o Brasil novamente do buraco, que ele já metera antes, salvado o Real e de quebra garantindo sua reeleição. Então como FHC não está no livro! O jornalista justifica: “não tinha importância”. Durante o governo Bush, o Brasil de FHC nem existia, salvo o pires estendido ao FMI e seus ministros de estado tirando sapatos nos aeroportos americanos. A coisa muda completamente de figura quando nosso presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva vai aconvite da rainha Elizabeth ao Palácio de Buckingham receber o Prêmio Chatham House 2009,por sua atuação na constituição da Unasul – União de Nações Sul Americanas. A entrega do prêmio é feita durante jantar de gala na Banqueting House pelo duque de Kent e o secretário de Negócios do Reino Unido, Peter Mandelson, na ocasião Lula diz que a política externa é elemento fundamental no desenvolvimento brasileiro. “Decidimos associar nosso desenvolvimento ao da América do Sul, nosso entorno imediato. Estamos realizando um processo de integração solidária do continente, sem pretensões hegemônicas, sem busca de liderança”, disse do Brasil aproximar-se da África, como a segunda maior nação afrodescendente. Voltou a defender a reforma do Conselho de Segurança da ONU, de forma a refletir a nova correlação de forças no mundo. O Brasil reivindica, junto com outros países, cadeira permanente no Conselho. – “ Não esperem armas do Brasil. Não hesitem, no entanto, e demandar nosso apoio político, nosso esforço negociador…” Foi demais para o PIG os profissionais da imprensa golpista. Não fizeram nenhuma analise razoável na grande mídia nacional. Só elogios, a bondade da rainha, sua gentileza no alto de mais de meio século de reinado, sobraram às costumeiras piadinhas do plebeu e da nobreza. E no congresso nacional, os tucanos vociferaram sobre o custo da viagem de Lula, Dilma e Mantega“para ver a Rainha da Inglaterra…” Não se seguram de inveja, despeito e um profundo

A Edição de fim de ano da conceituada revista americana The Economist traz o Cristo Redentor como um foguete na capa o titulo Brazil Takes Off”= Brasil Decola”. O editorial é sobre o Brasil e tem um especial de 14 páginas frisando nossa entrada no cenário mundial, iniciando pela escolha da sede olímpica em 2016 ser o Rio de Janeiro. Lula começa 2003 concretizando o G-20 tão importante
quanto o G-7, que ele transforma em G-8. De quebra inclui o Brasil no grupo de emergentes formando o Bric (Brasil, Rússia, Índia e China) hoje o desempenho do Brasil os supera. “Ao contrário da China, é uma democracia, ao contrário da Índia, não possui insurgentes, conflitos étnicos, religiosos ou vizinhos hostís… Ao contrário da Rússia, exporta mais que petróleo e armas. Trata investidores estrangeiros com respeito e se faz respeitar…” A revista faz a comparação do enorme salto que Lula dá no governo FHC, com dados que vão do risco Brasil baixar de 2.700 pontos para 200. Do salário mínimo triplicar. De passarmos de devedor a credor do FMI. De Lula tirar 23 milhões da pobreza e FHC só 2… Ainda, neste fim de 2009, Lula pediu a chanceler alemã Merkel que pensasse mais antes de falar em forças nucleares. Depois Lula disse mais:” O mundo hoje já não tem mais dono”; ele queria dizer mesmo é que os Estados Unidos já não são mais os donos do mundo, isto sim. E retificar isso é bom demais. É esse sim: “O Cara” como frisou Barak Obama. Expressão longamente deturpada e menosprezada pela mídia nacional com sua síndrome de vira lata, inveja e despeito. Lula é o Cara que protege Zelaya, abrigando o presidente eleito X governo de fato, mas não de direito. Principalmente ao dar voz ao presidente de Honduras e expor para o mundo a embaixada brasileira como refúgio da democracia de governo legal sedimentado no sufrágio universal. A grande mídia brasileira traduzia como interferência irresponsável que foge da inútil tradição brasileira de inércia, dizendo que é comício e palhaçada. Queriam era mesmo que o Brasil apoia-se o golpe… É bom deixar isso claro; nosso governo influi na América Latina e Lula não permite que continuemos a ser repúblicas de bananas. No começo da grande depressão econômica mundial, que, ainda, prossegue, Lula disse que o tusinami, que pegou o mundo, ia chegar no Brasil como uma marolinha e logo passar. A mídia nacional passou a rir e fazer troça e piadas de salão, masomaquiavelicamente, trabalhando contra as políticas do governo. Mas, foi o Lula que riu por último. Ele e o povo brasileiro que o segue e comprou quando ele pediu. Salvando o Brasil do tusinami e fazendo a marolinha ser curta para o desencanto dos mesmos. Contrariando muitos, mais agindo como estadista que é, Lula recebeu, com a mesma pompa, o presidente do Irã e o de Israel. E para aumentar o desespero do Pig, ele continua a passar o natal com catadores de lixo. E mais importante Lula descartou o terceiro mandato, o que o torna maior ainda. O Brasil exige do primeiro mundo que levem os números e as metas e as datas como ele fez para o encontro de Copenhaguen. Clamou até a Deus e aos sábios, e espero que não tenha sido em vão. (Pois Copenhaguen ainda não acabou). A busca de soluções para os problemas do meio ambiente do planeta. A incisiva participação do presidente Lula, em Conpenhagen, foi um dos pontos altos da reunião. Levou mídias por todo o mundo a fazer referência a Lula e ao Brasil, no seu espaço real de fato e com direito adquirido na luta. Em contrapartida a grande mídia nacional destaca o encontro relâmpago entre o Zé Serra e o Exterminador do Futuro: o debaixo d’agua com o debaixo do fogo… dois penetras. Enquanto isso o presidente da Espanha fez um ensaio sobre o presidente brasileiro na primeira página do principal jornal espanhol o El Pais. No México, Lula recebe do presidente Calderon a Ordem Mexicana da Águia Asteca, oferecida a estrangeiros por reconhecer “serviços proeminentes prestados à nação mexicana, à humanidade”. Pasmem até a mídia direitista da Argentina no Nacion elogia Lula! A News Week diz que o Brasil vai passar da China, e superar a produção agrícola norte americana, numa matéria de 10 páginas. Em breve, vamos saber que provavelmente temos mais óleo que a Arábia Saudita. A rede globo não fala nada disso na sua retrospectiva mas até a Al- Jazira, maior canal de Tv do Oriente diz que Lula é porta voz do 3° mundo na promoção da democracia, no debate sobre o clima, nas reformas da ONU e do FMI… Se o Brasil é o País do Futuro, o Futuro chegou, é aqui e agora. Com certeza, sem sombra de duvidas, hoje o que não tem futuro no Brasil é a pobreza. É o que se conclui na leitura da grande mídia mundial. Só aqui, os profissionais da Imprensa golpista (PIG) não quer ver. Se o Brasil é o país do amanhã. O amanhã já chegou é aqui e agora e começa com Lula na presidência. Para nós e muito mais para FHC o mais respeitado da mídia, o berço da civilização ocidental está na França é o Le Monde que nunca em sua historia de 65 anos de existência deu titulo de homem do ano para alguém. Abriu exceção ao Lula em matéria muito bem fundamentada de 4 paginas que podem fazer como diz Paulo Henrique Amorim: “FHC cortar os pulsos” de inveja e com a fotografia do Lula enorme na primeira página, pode ser fatal. É a Europa representada pelo que há de maior na intelectualidade se curvando pela primeira vez diante do Brasil e seu operário presidente. Isso se da véspera de natal, A rede globo desconhece completamente o assunto, só fala exaustivamente do menino, americano seqüestrado pela mãe brasileira que volta aos EUA Foi aí que eu vi a ficha cair. É só a preparação do contraponto em stand bay para o que suceder quando Lula deixar o italiano Cesare Batist no país. E mais o que eles vão começar em breve a dizer é que: o estrupador vota na terrorista. Hoje militares golpistas e ministros se voltam contra as determinações do 3º Programa de Direitos Humanos da presidência da republica cuja Comissão da Memória e Verdade não confundi:” Anistia com amnésia”. Tramando factóides escondidos atrás de idiotas ameaças de renuncias… Já dizem que nós queremos é a censura e o fim da liberdade de expressão… é a velha tática nazista do Joseph Goebbels , já conhecida e eficaz a de repetir a mentira… Resta saber se no presidente Lula vai pegar. Ou é o povo é que vai voltar a gritar, que não é bobo pra acreditar na rede globo e fora. Quem viver verá. Lula não deve aguardar renuncias elas nunca virão. Deve sim exonera-los a bem do serviço publico, por crime de traição a pátria e lesa humanidade. O ministro da Defesa é reincidente nisso, vazou na
surdina o factóide caso dos jatos. É só mais uma peça movendo-se em direção ao golpe. É sintomático a persistência do silencio, a omissão deslavada. Eles se manterem ausentes sobre Lula ser escolhido um dos 100 homens mais poderosos do mundo, 33° colocado. A rede globo no auge da síndrome de vira lata, para macular a importância do presidente Brasileiro, mente dizendo que nesta lista ele esta vizinho ao Bin Ladem e estampa fotos dos dois na tv, na verdade 4 outros dirigentes mundiais os separam. Acontece que não parou por aí, o silencio do pig é mantido quando em seguida o presidente Lula é escolhido membro do grupo dos 20 homens mais influentes no mundo. O Financial Times o inclui entre os 50 homens mais importantes da terra é o 11°… Indubitavelmente, o presidente Lula é um dos mais poderosos ícones da primeira década, neste novo milênio. É fato incontestável, em toda a mídia mundial. Mas lamentável, é a imensa maioria da mídia nacional desconhecer essa verdade que os povos do mundo, tão salutar sentem.
Estão comprando a eleição, estão destinando R$ 3 bi para programas comandados pela dona Dilma. É muita grana que poderia ser melhor aproveitada do que se gastar em na politicagem petista. Essa gente vai comprar cada pobre coitado desse país.
Enquanto isso o “O Cara”do isopor na cabeça vai viu a oportunidade de virar redentor do mundo e já começou a se mobilizar, pousando de promoter da fraternidade universal. O oportunista já enxergou uma oportunidade de colocar a cara de cachorro que mijou na igreja na frente dos holofotes internacionais às custas da desgraça alheia. Não vi uma manifestação dele sobre Angra ou São Luiz do Paraitinga, mas agora, largou o isopor e correu para aparecer bonito na foto às custas dos desgraçados haitianos. É um falso dissimulado mesmo, não dá pra ficar calado.

Acabei de ler uma matéria no G1 sobre o rio Han, Coréia do Sul, um rio com 600mts de Largura.
Rio este, que era mais poluido que o tiete que tem 70mts de largura. PERTO DELE o Tiete é APENAS UM CORREGO.
