   Monarquia Brasil
   Não tem nada a ver com acostumarmos com as diferenças, temos sim é de querermos nos livrarmos dessa monarquia disfarçada chamada Brasil, devido a qual o país não cresce, porque não se dá oportunidades para gente competente e verdadeiros gestores. As nossas estrelas do status quo instituido, já tentaram de tudo, desde ortodoxias e até pagelanças e tudo ficou como estava ou piorou. A realidade é que vivemos uma monarquia, onde se os nobres estão bem, arbitrando e recebendo livremente seus proventos oficiais e extra-oficiais também, qual o inconveniente do país não inovar, crescer ou evoluir?
   Pior, nossa monarquia é disfarçada, pois de tempos em tempos realiza uma eleição ‘para inglês ver’, de modo a dar aos plebeus e mantenedores a impressão de que eles servem para alguma coisa além de pagar impostos para servir o rei e sua camarilha. Nossa sociedade ainda é constituída de cartórios e cartéis (entidades de classes e sindicatos (liderados pelas OABs,CRMs,CREAs e outros), ou seja, os mesmos que comandam as entidades de classes, também comandam os sindicatos e devidamente protegidos pelo rei que lhes concede as facilidades para formar tais cartéis de falsos empresários ou portadores de diplomas que não servem nem como papel higiênico (com as devidas desculpas ao papel higiênico).
   Competência, mérito, capacidade administrativa para que? Tudo isto é secundário, pois temos os nossos duques e condes (os quais também têm suas cortes baseadas em nepotismo, formadas por assessores sem méritos, mas escolhidos entre parentes e amigos ‘de confiança’, o que hoje os selecionadores de pessoal deram o bonito nome de “networking”. Arrrghh.
   Mais, para os amigos tudo, para os plebeus ou inimigos a lei. A única característica que diferencia um pouco a nossa monarquia é que é possível a um plebeu ascender a ela, seja via eleições ou via nomeação para cargos ‘de confiança’ ou via concurso público… e a partir daí qualquer picareta pode se tornar um membro da corte e nunca mais sai de lá. Para pagar essa turma, os plebeus que trabalhem e se virem para pagar os impostos de primeiro mundo e receberem de volta serviços comparaveis às tribos africanas. E viva os reis, caciques políticos e suas cortes. Mas ainda existe uma esperança, felizmente estamos vivendo em uma época de informação barata e abundante onde economicamente está se tornando obrigatório ser verdadeiro, pois mesmo que a cara de pau e a falta de caráter dos nossos reis e suas cortes ainda prevaleçam, está se tornando cada vez mais difíci praticar maracutáias e se esconder, pois graças à tecnologia da informação precisamos cada vez menos da mídia oficial e interessada (jornalões, TVs e jornalistas interesseiros) para sabermos da verdade. Graças a Deus tecnologia é habilitador, e os reis e suas cortes queiram ou não, mas reputação será essencial.Pena que muitos ainda fingem ou ainda não se aperceberam disto. Se esconder e dissimular está ficando cada vez mais difícil e não vai ter marketeiro que resolva esse problema, pois com informações disponíveis, vai ganhar o melhor produto.

   Serra e FHC, lado a lado, comemoram 40 anos de financiamento da CIA

   José Serra (PSDB/SP) ao lado do ex-presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso assistiram à exibição do DVD “Retrato de Grupo”, dirigido por Henri Arraes Gervaiseau, sobre a geração de intelectuais que criou o Cebrap.

   A imprensa esconde, e só dá em pequenas notinhas, mas a gente mostra.

   No mesmo evento, terça-feira (24) à noite, no Sesc Vila Mariana, lançou-se um livro comemorativo dos 40 anos do CEBRAP, ONG de intelectuais, do qual FHC foi fundador, financiado indiretamente pela CIA, através da Fundação Ford.

   José Serra também integrou a ONG, alguns anos mais tarde.

   Guerra fria cultural para conquistar intelectuais, como FHC, para a lado estadunidense

   O livro “Quem pagou a conta? A CIA na guerra fria da cultura.” da pesquisadora inglesa Frances Stonor Saunders (editada no Brasil pela Record, tradução de Vera Ribeiro), demonstra nas 550 páginas documentadas minuciosamente, como a CIA (Serviço Secreto dos EUA) tinha linhas de financiamento para Fundações, como a Ford, financiar intelectuais simpáticos aos EUA, como FHC.

   “Numa noite de inverno do ano de 1969, nos escritórios da Fundação Ford, no Rio, Fernando Henrique teve uma conversa com Peter Bell, o representante da Fundação Ford no Brasil. Peter Bell se entusiasma e lhe oferece uma ajuda financeira de 145 mil dólares. Nasce o Cebrap”.

   Observação: 145 mil dólares em 1969 equivalia a 850 mil dólares hoje, nos EUA, devido à inflação de lá.

   Esta história, assim aparentemente inocente, era a ponta de um iceberg. Está contada na página 154 do livro “Fernando Henrique Cardoso, o Brasil do possível”, da jornalista francesa Brigitte Hersant Leoni (Editora Nova Fronteira, Rio, 1997, tradução de Dora Rocha). O “inverno do ano de 1969″ era fevereiro de 69.

   Há menos de 60 dias, em 13 de dezembro de 1968, a ditadura havia lançado o AI-5 e jogado o País no máximo do terror do golpe de 64, desde o início financiado, comandado e sustentado pelos Estados Unidos.

   Centenas de novas cassações e suspensões de direitos políticos estavam sendo assinadas. As prisões, lotadas. Até Juscelino e Lacerda tinham sido presos.

   Acima da linha do equador, o ultra-conservador e anti-comunista ferrenho Richard Nixon tomava posse na presidencia dos EUA, e dava sustentação à ditaduras aliadas. Se atolava no Vietnã dentro da geopolítica de conter o avanço comunista no leste asiático.

   E Fernando Henrique recebia da poderosa e notória Fundação Ford uma primeira parcela de 145 mil dólares para fundar o Cebrap (Centro Brasileiro de Análise e Planejamento). O total do financiamento nunca foi revelado. Na Universidade de São Paulo, sabia-se e se dizia que o compromisso final dos americanos era de 800 mil a um milhão de dólares.

   O livro “Quem pagou a conta?” esclarece:

   .. As fundações autênticas, como a Ford, a Rockfeller, a Carnegie, eram consideradas o tipo melhor e mais plausível de disfarce para os financiamentos… permitiu que a CIA financiasse um leque aparentemente ilimitado de programas secretos de ação que afetavam grupos de jovens, sindicatos de trabalhadores, universidades, editoras e outras instituições privadas” (pág. 153).

   “O uso de fundações filantrópicas era a maneira mais conveniente de transferir grandes somas para projetos da CIA, sem alertar para sua origem. Em meados da década de 50, a intromissão no campo das fundações foi maciça…” (pág. 152).

   “A CIA e a Fundação Ford, entre outras agências, haviam montado e financiado um aparelho de intelectuais escolhidos por sua postura correta [pró-EUA] na guerra fria” (pág. 443).

   “A CIA bombeou dezenas de milhões de dólares… Ela funcionava, na verdade, como o ministério da Cultura dos Estados Unidos… com a organização sistemática de uma rede de grupos ou amigos, que trabalhavam de mãos dadas com a CIA, para proporcionar o financiamento de seus programas secretos” (pág. 147).

   “A ajuda financeira teria de ser complementada por um programa concentrado de guerra cultural, numa das mais ambiciosas operações secretas da guerra fria: conquistar a intelectualidade ocidental para a proposta norte-americana” (pág. 45).
   Fernando Henrique foi facinho.

   No dia 9 de outubro, um avião da FAB, o tal “sucatinha”, que transportava militares, estava prestes a aterrissar em Brasília quando recebeu uma ordem para voltar a São Paulo para buscar Henrique Meirelles, presidente do Banco Central. Até aí, bem. Embarcaram no avião, além de Meirelles e de um assessor, ninguém menos que Fábio Luiz da Silva, o Lulinha, e mais 15 convidados.

   “Convidados de quem?” Ora, de Lulão, o pai. Por isso, diz a Presidência da República, não se fornece a lista dos passageiros. A operação toda consumiu 15 mil kg de querosene de aviação — só essa bobagenzinha custou R$ 15 mil aos cofres públicos.

   Qual é a atividade conhecida de Lulinha, monitor de jardim zoológico até que o pai chegasse à Presidência? Ele é “empresário”. É um dos donos da Gamecorp, aquela empresa em que a antiga Telemar, atual Oi — uma das empresas que financiaram Lula, O Filho do Brasil —, injetou ao menos R$ 10 milhões. Nota: o BNDES, um banco público, já era sócio da empresa naquele tempo. Oficialmente ao menos, Lulinha, empresário, não é cicerone de convidados do presidente. Empresário que leva gente para bater papo com autoridade fora da agenda — ou está na agenda? — costuma ser chamado de “lobista”.

   Como se vê, não é só o “filho do Brasil” que se mostra uma pessoa dotada de direitos especiais. Eles se estendem também aos “netos do Brasil”. Vocês devem se lembrar que um avião da FAB já foi usado para transportar amigos de outro filho de Lula, o mais novo, que queriam conhecer o Palácio da Alvorada. À época, a petista Maria Victoria Benevides, presidente da Comissão de Ética da Presidência, afirmou que não cabia a seu departamento analisar o ocorrido porque se tratava de uma questão privada…

   A aristocracia nas monarquias constitucionais e democráticas são de mentirinha, como, aliás, os monarcas. Não mandam nada e estão submetidos às leis. A nossa “monarquia” não é constitucional, não está prevista em lei. A nova aristocracia, a da nova classe social surgida no sindicalismo, exerce licenças e prerrogativas ao arrepio de qualquer ordenamento jurídico. Nesse passo, a agente ainda chega à monarquia absolutista…

   Dá-lhe, Lulinha, o neto do Brasil!

   É história mal contada, para rfequentar coisa antiga.Mas vamos requentar então:

   A escandalização do nada

   Sem assuntos relevantes e, com baixa nas vendas, os jornais apostam tudo na critica a Lula para levantar vendas. É a escandalização do nada!.Apesar da assessoria de imprensa do governo Lula ter desmentido, ontem a Folha, hoje, Estadão e o jornal de oposição ao governo Lula, O Globo, dão destaque a requentada notícia da viagem do filho do Presidente Lula em avião da FAB.

   E se o filho do Presidente Lula tivesse viajado? Teria sido ele o único?. A prática não seria exclusividade do governo Lula. Em 1981, ainda no governo de João Baptista Figueiredo, quem ganhou o noticiário foi o então ministro da Fazenda, Ernane Galvêas. Ele desviou a rota de um avião da Varig, que seguiria diretamente para o Rio, para que pudesse desembarcar em Brasília.

   No final dos anos 90, o Ministério Público Federal chegou a propor uma ação por improbidade administrativa contra membros do governo do tucano Fernando Henrique Cardoso, por usarem aeronaves da FAB para viagens particulares. Na lista, estavam então ministro Padilha, Gustavo Krause, Raul Jungmann(deputado do PPS), José Serra, ministro Clóvis Carvalho (Casa Civil), Paulo Renato (hoje secretário da educação do José Serra), Geraldo Brindeiro, procurador-geral da República de FHC.    A Filha de FHC

   FHC passou por um novo questionamento no uso dos aviões em 2002, envolvendo sua filha Luciana Cardoso. Na época, ela teve de explicar o uso de um helicóptero e de um avião Xingu da FAB para ir à fazenda Córrego da Ponte, em Buritis. A viagem teve por objetivo averiguar se houve estragos por uma invasão do Movimento dos Sem-Terra (MST) à fazenda de FHC…

   Brasília, quarta-feira, 27 de março de 2002.

   O Xingu da FAB prefixo2650 levantou vôo da Base Aérea de Brasília em direção à cidade de Buritis (MG). Trinta minutos depois, o bimotor com capacidade para transportar seis passageiros pousou numa pista ao lado da fazenda Córrego da Ponte, que pertence aos filhos do presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso. Ao meio-dia, o avião estava de volta a Brasília com o piloto, o co-piloto, o mecânico e os quatro passageiros que saíram pela manhã. Entre os passageiros estava a filha do presidente, Luciana. e também aministradora e proprietária da fazenda, invadida pelo movimento dos sem-terra no último fim de semana

    Ministro da Cultura para imprensa: Vocês recebem (dinheiro) para escrever mentira …

    O ministro da Cultura, Juca Ferreira (PV), se exaltou nesta quarta-feira e chamou a oposição e a imprensa de mentirosos ao comentar acusações de que recursos de sua pasta teriam sido usados para a produção de um folheto que estimularia o voto em parlamentares ligados ao setor. – Segundo a Agência Reuters.

    Ferreira disse que a acusação é infundada e, com os olhos marejados e em voz alta, reconheceu que está indignado e emocionado com as acusações.

    “Meu pinto, meu estômago, meu coração e meu cérebro são uma linha só. Não são fragmentados. Fui desrespeitado pela imprensa que reverberou sem investigar e por dois ou três deputados”, disse o ministro.

    “Não acredito em pessoas que não têm capacidade de se indignar. Vocês recebem (dinheiro) para escrever mentira”, acusou.

    O ministro argumentou que o folder, intitulado “Vota Cultura” e que tem o nome de 250 deputados que integram a frente parlamentar suprapartidária em defesa da cultura, tem o objetivo de divulgar projetos do setor.

    “O folder apresenta oito projetos estratégicos dessa frente. Não tem nada ilegítimo. A Câmara não tinha tempo para publicar o folder, a frente nos pediu e nós fizemos”, disse.

    “Ali tem nomes de deputados da oposição e da situação. Até do Rodrigo Maia (presidente nacional do DEM). Olha nos meus olhos e diga: Você acha que eu faria campanha para Rodrigo Maia?”, indagou.

    Para Ferreira, as acusações relacionadas à produção do panfleto têm como pano de fundo a divulgação na segunda-feira da pesquisa CNT-Sensus que mostrou ascensão da candidatura da ministra Dilma Rousseff (Casa Civil) à Presidência da República, ao mesmo tempo que apontou queda do provável candidato da oposição, o governador de São Paulo, José Serra (PSDB).

    “A oposição tinha recebido a informação que Dilma cresceu e Serra caiu… Eles estão supondo que o Vale Cultura é para exibir o filme do Luiz Carlos Barreto… o filme vai acabar sem nenhum dinheiro federal”, acrescentou numa referência ao filme “Lula, o Filho do Brasil”, sobre a trajetória do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

    Ferreira, que sucedeu o músico Gilberto Gil, é filiado ao PV, partido da pré-candidata à Presidência e ex-ministra do Meio Ambiente, senadora Marina Silva.

    Questionado por parlamentares no Congresso na terça-feira, o ministro chegou a negar que sua pasta fosse responsável pela confecção do material, mas em nota divulgada após sua visita ao Congresso confirmou que o folder foi endossado pela pasta.

    De acordo com a assessoria de imprensa do ministério, foram produzidos 4.500 panfletos a um custo de 11 mil reais. A assessoria afirmou ainda que o material foi produzido para marcar a Semana Nacional da Cultura e o Dia Nacional da Cultura, celebrado no último dia 5 de novembro.

    Perillo é denunciado devido à desvio de dinheiro. Falsos “éticos” queriam colocá-lo na presidência do Senado.

    Denúncia oficial do Ministério Público, nem o jornal Estadão consegue deixar de noticiar:

    Perillo, da alta cúpula do PSDB, ora ao lado de José Serra, ora ao lado de Aécio Neves

    O Ministério Público Estadual de Goiás denunciou o vice-presidente do Senado, Marconi Perillo (PSDB-GO), à Justiça após investigação sobre desvio de dinheiro e suspeita de caixa dois eleitoral no período em que ele foi governador do Estado (1999-2006). Perillo é acusado de improbidade administrativa por ter autorizado a contratação de uma fundação do Rio de Janeiro para prestar serviços de consultoria à Celg, a empresa goiana de energia.

    Ao quebrar o sigilo da fundação e de empresas envolvidas na transação, o Ministério Público descobriu que parte do valor do contrato, de R$ 4,5 milhões, voltou para Goiás e teve como um dos destinatários o empresário Janides de Souza Fernandes, que foi presidente do extinto Banco do Estado de Goiás (BEG) durante o governo do tucano. De acordo com a denúncia, à qual o Estado teve acesso, Fernandes recebeu em sua conta bancária R$ 561 mil.

    A quebra do sigilo bancário da Pro-UniRio apontou que, do valor recebido pela entidade, R$ 1,8 milhão foram sacados em espécie, no Rio de Janeiro. Em depoimento prestado à Promotoria, uma ex-funcionária da fundação, Rita Marques dos Anjos, afirmou que esse dinheiro teria sido destinado à campanha da hoje senadora Lúcia Vânia (PSDB-GO) à Prefeitura de Goiânia, em 2000 – a tucana não foi denunciada. A testemunha declarou que um a avião oficial do governo de Goiás teria pousado no Aeroporto de Jacarepaguá, no Rio, para buscar o dinheiro. Perillo e Vânia negam.

    A Pro-UniRio, extinta em 2002, era ligada à Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Uni-Rio). Seu contrato com a Celg, a companhia energética de Goiás, foi assinado em 2000. A missão da fundação era revisar as contas da estatal e tentar melhorar seu desempenho financeiro, principalmente na área tributária. Mas, de acordo com a Promotoria, após ser contratada, a fundação terceirizou o serviço. Como governador, Perillo assinou em 16 de março de 2000 ato que abriu caminho para a contratação.

    Ao rastrear o caminho dos R$ 4,5 milhões pagos à Pro-UniRio, os promotores descobriram que parte do dinheiro foi transferida para empresas controladas pela família do então superintendente da fundação, Bruno Scala Manzolillo, numa triangulação que permitiu, depois, o repasse de recursos para a Nova Fase Consultores, que, de acordo com a investigação, foi a responsável pelo serviço.

    Em meio à sequência de transações, o Ministério Público detectou um saque em espécie de R$ 1,8 milhões – o dinheiro que, segundo a acusação, teria sido destinado à campanha municipal do PSDB goiano em 2000.

    A denúncia, assinada pelos promotores Fernando Krebs e Abrão Amisy Neto, foi ajuizada na última sexta-feira na 2ª Vara Cível de Goiânia – como a acusação é de improbidade administrativa, segundo o Ministério Público, não teria foro privilegiado. Na seara criminal, a contratação da Fundação Pro-Uni-Rio é alvo de inquérito no Supremo Tribunal Federal.

    Plano Nacional de Internet Banda Larga avança e em 3 semanas haverá nova reunião

    O presidente Lula reuniu-se com diversos ministros para definir o Plano Nacional de Banda Larga, que tem como objetivo ampliar o acesso da população de baixa renda aos serviços de internet em alta velocidade.

    Participaram da reunião de hoje a minstra Dilma Rousseff, chefe da Casa Civil, os ministros Hélio Costa, das Comunicações, Paulo Bernardo, do Planejamento, Miguel Jorge, do Desenvolvimento, Indústria e Comércio Exterior, Guido Mantega, da Fazenda, Fernando Haddad, da Educação, e Sérgio Rezende, da Ciência e Tecnologia, além de representantes da Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel) e da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU).

    Nova reunião foi marcada para tentar fechar o Plano, dentro de três semanas.

    A secretária executiva da Casa Civil, Erenice Guerra, e o coordenador de Inclusão Digital da Presidência da República, Cezar Alvarez, apresentaram hoje (24) a primeira versão do plano ao presidente. Mas, conforme assessores, Lula pediu aperfeiçoamento de alguns pontos.

    Uma ideia que tem ganhado força no governo é que a Telebrás fique com a administração do projeto. Entre os pontos em aberto estão a fonte de recursos, ou seja, quanto será necessário para colocar o plano em prática e de onde virá, e como será feito o acesso, por meio de rede estatal ou privada.

    Propostas abrangentes, também prevê desoneração fiscal para aparelhos com o intuito de facilitar a expansão da rede.

    O plano prevê metas para 2010, 2012 e 2014, ano em que o Brasil sediará a Copa do Mundo.

    De acordo com dados divulgados pelo Ministério das Comunicações, a proposta de metas é:

    • Atingir até 50% dos domicílios urbanos com acesso banda larga até 2014.

    • Atingir todas as micro e pequenas empresas que tenham demanda para acesso a
    banda larga.

    O somatório dessa meta (domicílios e PME) representa em torno de 29 milhões de acessos individuais urbanos.

    • Levar acesso a Internet em banda larga individual a 15% dos domicílios rurais até
    2014, o que representa em torno de 1 milhão de acessos.

    Atualmente, somente cerca de 2% dos domicílios rurais possuem acesso a Internet em
    banda larga, segundo a pesquisa TIC Domicílios de 2008.

    • Levar acesso a Internet em banda larga móvel, até 2014, a 60 milhões de acessos individuais, computados acessos em terminais de voz/dados (com serviço de dados ativo) e modems exclusivamente de dados.
