O governo federal lançou uma campanha para parabenizar os brasileiros por terem confiado no Brasil nos momentos difícieis que se passaram permitindo ao País avançar. Foram as medidas tomadas pelo governo somadas à confiança da população que fizeram o Brasil superar a crise econômica mundial e garantir a sede da Copa de 2014 e das Olimpíadas de 2016, entre muitos outros avanços.

Cidade no Ceará cria o ‘Bolsa Bode’
Em Tejuçuoca, jovens vão receber cabras e auxílio mensal de R$ 100.
Prefeitura diz que irá comprar a carne e o leite produzidos.
A principal vitrine do município de Tejuçuoca, cidade do semiárido cearense que tem o título de “capital estadual do bode”, agora é alvo de um programa criado pela prefeitura: o Bolsa Bode.

No último dia 10, foram apresentados os 20 jovens selecionados para participar do programa. Metade do grupo ganhará dez cabras. A outra metade, dez ovelhas.
Um auxílio mensal de R$ 100 ajudará a cobrir gastos com vacinas e ração, por exemplo. Os jovens passarão por oficinas para aprender a criar os animais, e a prefeitura promete comprar a carne e o leite produzidos.
“Tenho recebido elogios dos colegas prefeitos, de órgãos de governo. A questão do Bolsa Bode criou um marketing né? Mas o essencial do projeto é a geração de renda, de inclusão social. Não recebi nenhuma crítica até agora, só muitos parabéns e elogios”, conta o prefeito da cidade, Edilardo Eufrásio (PSDB), que está no segundo mandato e avisa que não pretende se candidatar a outro cargo nas eleições do ano que vem.
O bode é o xodó da cidade de 15 mil habitantes. Em muitas famílias, conta o prefeito, ele é considerado animal de estimação, alimentado com mamadeira e criado dentro de casa. “As pessoas têm uma estima pelo bode. Às vezes, fica um filho rejeitado, a cabra não consegue criar porque falta leite.”

Um único aluno na escola pública, no entanto, custa apenas R$ 173,56
Cada preso “hospedado” em penitenciarias federais do Brasil, gera um gasto para o contribuinte de R$ 4.800,00;

Quando o Nêgão aparece na minha TV, é acionado imediatamente o botão de DESLIGA OU TROCA DE CANAL. Na minha casa, todos fazem isso voluntariamente.
O nêgão, que enriqueceu as custas do povo otariano brasileiro, após a rejeição da filha, era para ser considerada uma persona non grata em todo país.

Confiar é o primeiro mandamento e sse fator influe muito para o desenvolvimento do país. Não somos confiáveis. Somos um país corrupto, ao ponto de seqüestrarmos crianças e de não entregarmos bandidos para serem julgados em seus países. Até nosso presidente é um dissimulado. Os países em que a confiança é mais arraigada como a Noruega (65%) e Suécia (60%), há um alto nível de confiança nas relações entre os indivíduos. No Brasil (o lanterninha absoluto), esse índice é 3%. Perdemos até para o Peru , 5%.
Cooperação com base em reciprocidade é a norma mais arraigada nas relações sociais. Reciprocidade quer dizer: eu recebo proporcionalmente ao que dou. Alguém receber algo a que não faz jus não é tolerado, e não receber o que é justo em troca de uma contribuição legítima, também não é.
Não há país inovador isolado do mundo. A energia empreendedora precisa de fronteiras abertas e estímulo para trocas e transações. Mas, o mundo só vai confiar em você se você se provar confiável. O que garante o funcionamento do sistema operacional de países inovadores é a regra da lei (the rule of Law como dizem os americanos). A corrupção é mantida em níveis mínimos. No quesito regras da lei, dá para se confiar no Brasil ?
Países inovadores têm uma ética de trabalho arraigada, uma crença em melhorar de vida graças ao esforço pessoal. MERITOCRACIA. A crença que a recompensa virá pelo esforço que cada indivíduo coloca nesse investimento. É assim que pensam as novas gerações de hindus e chineses que trabalham e estudam 15 horas por dia, sete dias por semana, ganhando muito pouco hoje, mas preparando-se para tomar conta do mundo amanhã. Enquanto isso por aqui, vamos estimular os jovens a criar bodes.
Tecnologias sociais é que contam. Em 2002, fizeram uma pesquisa com setenta e dois paises ricos e pobres. O que se investigava era aquilo de sempre: “O que torna um país mais rico que outro?”. Eric Beinhocker, da McKinsey, e autor de The Origin Of Wealth (”A origem da riqueza”), comenta: “Talvez se imaginasse que os fatores determinantes da riqueza de um país fossem coisas como a existência ou não de recursos naturais, a competência das políticas de governo, ou a sofisticação de suas tecnologias físicas. Tudo isso conta, mas não é o principal. O fator mais importante são as tecnologias sociais do país. A regra da lei, a existência de direitos de propriedade, um sistema bancário organizado, transparência econômica, ausência de corrupção. Essas coisas desempenham um papel muito mais importante para o sucesso econômico do que qualquer outra categoria de fatores! Mesmo países com poucos recursos naturais e governos incompetentes, se saem razoavelmente bem se têm tecnologias sociais fortes e bem desenvolvidas! O vice-versa é verdade – não há país com tecnologias sociais ruins que seja bom em inovação, independentemente de seus recursos naturais, e de suas políticas macro econômicas. Tecnologias sociais têm uma influência enorme, e não só na escala dos países, mas na das empresas também…”.
COMPETIÇÃO É IMPORTANTE.
Empresas que enfrentam competição têm que descobrir, permanentemente, meios de produzir alta qualidade com custo baixo. É uma busca sem fim. Quem não é forçado a agir segundo essa disciplina (empresas MONOPOLISTAS OU ESTATAIS, por exemplo) tende a oferecer produtos medíocres, que apenas dão para o gasto, e que sempre são produzidos com custos altos demais. (a nossa gasolina é um bom exemplo. Depois vem esses vermelhos dizerem que a Petrobrás é nossa ou então que o Pré Sal é nosso. São é dos funcionários da Petrobrás que vendem para nós o que é nosso e apreços exorbitantes para cobrir suas ineficiências.
Quais as consequências disso tudo? Em um ambiente trambiqueiro como o nosso, cujas normas sociais não dão suporte à cooperação, nosso software nos torna permanentemente desconfiados. Todo mundo protege seu próprio traseiro. É por isso que o Brasil ocupa a 40ª posição no ranking mundial de inovação do Insead Somos ruins em inovação porque em nosso país não existe confiança baseada em reciprocidade, em nível suficiente. Nossas tecnologias sociais para garantir isso são deficientes. Enquanto japoneses, chineses, coreanos e outros estudam 15 horas por dia, por aqui incentivam os jovens a criar bodes. Só pode dar bode mesmo, ou seja inovação e progresso medíocres.

Conheço dois chineses que moram perto de minha casa. Segundo eles, lá eles trabalham igual a burros de carga, o descanso é muito pouco mas a intenção é justamente fazer com que herdeiros tenham uma vida melhor. Quanto as crianças, elas só param de ler quando estão dormindo.
O barulho que ouvem a todo instante é o som emitido pelos teclados de computadores.
E o mundo todo está vendo que eles estão certos e caminhando para a frente.
Hoje, de cada 10 brinquedos de criança fabricados no mundo, 8 são fabricados na China.

Somente para ilustrar, certa vez estive numa de nossas fábricas nos EUA para implantar um processo de produção de um produto que era fabricado aqui e parte que iria atender o mercado americano passou a ser fabricado lá. Está certo que havia um pouco mais de automação par suprir a linha de montagem com as peças, mas os cinco negrões que montavam o mesmo produto que era feito aqui produziam 42% mais que os nossos montadores daqui e sem necessidade de supervisão. Os caras ganham mais, mas produzem muito mais. Nas fábricas de lá não existe essa multidão de gente que vemos nas fábricas daqui. Juro que eu até ficava preocupado em como iria justificar aqule bando de gente que temos aqui em nossas fábricas. Outra coisa que notei, lá não tem essa de hora do almoço, na hora do lanche, eles mesmos paravam a linha, mastigavam seu hamburger, comiam sua torta de maçã de sobremesa, ingeriam seu refrigerante, acabavam de comer, embrulhavam os restos, jogavam na lixeira, ligavam novamente a linha de montagem e pau na máquina. Sei que vão aparecer petralhas por aqui descendo a lenha, mas é por isso que eles são ricos e nós pobres. Por aqui o que a petralhada gosta mesmo é de ficar fazendo discurso em cima de carro de som ( pior, tudo combinado com o RH da empresa no dia anterior – Um dos exemplos é o Miguel Jorge, antes diretor de RH da VW/Autolatina e hoje papagaio de pirata e ministro do (des)governo Lulau) e viverem de parte do salário de quem trabalha, cobrado via imposto sindical, enquanto os lulas, paulinhos da força, vicentinhos, siraques, joão paulos, paims e muitos outros defensores dos pobres e oprimidos se locupletam às custas desses coitados que produzem os produtos que são vendidos e geram riqueza. Como essa cambada de sanguessugas somente sabem fazer politicagem juntos com o funcionalismo público ( que são os cartéis que vivem processando o governo por equiparações salariais, pois lá o que vale é o título do cargo e não o mérito), nunca souberam o que é trabalhar, acreditam que dinheiro dá em árvore e que é o deus governo quem proverá. Fico comovido de ver como eles são bonzinhos. Não valem nem o ar que respiram, muito menos a comida que comem às custas dos coitados “cumpanheiros” que realmente trabalham que eles dizem defender. Na realidade o que essa corja é mesmo é um bando de vagabundos profissionais que vivem do suor alheio. Alguns agora até se dizem doutores, com seus diplomas de advogado ganhos ou comprados nessas faculdades shopping centers de cursos.

Quanto ao EUA, é um pais falido, o que sustenta aquele estilo de vida desregrado é uma maquininha de fazer dinheiro no prédio do F.E.D O problema é que os chineses não querem, mais comprar os titulos Americanos, o que impossibilita fazer dinheiro na maquininha sem gerar inflação. Então em menos de 20anos veremos a queda de um império.

Fazer prédio e colocar nome de Universidade Federal é fácil. Nos que trabalhamos na industria é que sabemos o nível do pessoal que está saindo de lá. Vide’a quantidade de universidades corporativas que aumentam dia a dia. Somente para seu esclarecimento, na industria temos 20% dos mestres e doutores formados pelas nossas academias e produzimos mais de 90% das inovações. Enquanto isso, as academias, principalmente as federais com raríssimas excessões que detem 80% dos nossos mestres e doutores produzem menos de 10% das inovações. o que podemos concluir disso tudo? É que os competentes vem trabalhar no setor privado e o resto faz carreira universitária para mamar nas tetas do governo e produzir teses que ficam empilhadas nas prateleiras das universidades, pois não passam de cópias de pesquisas já realizadas ou dentro da industria ou em universidades do exterior. parece um contracenso, mas quem está ensinando a universidade hoje é a industria e qualquer professor doutor sério (que por sinal são poucos) destas fábricas de mestres e doutores sabe disto. Infelizmente a universidade também nào é mais nossa, mas sim dos seus administradores professores e alunos. Tem mais, a robalheira dentro dessas instituições é enorme, pois o que tem de mestres e doutores usando a infraestrutura das universidades para prestarem serviços de consultoria particulares é enorme. Pena os componentes desses cartéis estão macomunados uns com os outros e não tem ninguém com coragem para denunciar essas falcatruas a promotoria pública, pois estão todos se auto beneficiando. Tenho uma solução para o caso, coloquem-se lá gestores profissionais vindos do setor privado que a festa acaba. Mas existe interesse? É muito mais fácil, ser titulado, ganhar e não fazer nada. Professor que presta é aquele que tem valor de uso ( que dá aula e ensina) mas a grande maioria hoje tem valor de mercado, ou seja, estão mais preocupados em escreverem artigos para serem publicados em revistas científicas que ninguém lê, do que dar aulas e ensinar os alunos.
Brasileiro pensava que matar gente lá fora seria igual a matar no Brasil sil sil. Aqui, “neguim” mata, após 48 horas se apresenta na delegacia, diz “EU MATEI ” e o delegado manda ir prá casa, prá praia, pro shopping….
Lá fora, a coisa não é bem assim.

Não se iluda, nas circunstâncias atuais se o EUA falirem, pode ter certeza que o mundo quebra antes. Queiramos ou não, eles ainda são o maior mercado de consumo do mundo e o mundo ainda gira em torno deles.A Chinesada pode estar vindo forte por ai, está cheia de títulos americanos, mas dai a ter coragem de inundar o mercado com esses títulos para atacar o dólar muita água ainda vai ter que rolar.Não se esqueça que além de ser o maior pais industrial do mundo, eles ainda são também o maior país agrícola. Apesar de tudo, a China ainda é um coelho e pelo que sei coelho não é louco de querer mamar em onça.
