Compra de caças, BR-381 e esporte nas escolas

A coluna semanal O Presidente Responde aborda temas referentes à compra dos super caças pelo governo brasileiro, rodovias e desenvolvimento de esportes nas escolas. O motorista carioca Osvaldo Nascimento Silva abordou o primeiro tema: Por que o senhor ainda não autorizou a compra dos super caças? Não há potência econômica sem poder militar e os riscos à nossa soberania são evidentes”, indagou.
“Ainda não tomamos uma decisão a respeito justamente pela importância que a escolha terá sobre a capacidade de defesa e sobre o desenvolvimento tecnológico e industrial do Brasil. Temos que ser muito cautelosos. A FAB já fez sua análise e pré-selecionou três modelos que atendem às suas necessidades técnicas. Agora é a hora de o governo fazer a análise estratégica, política e econômica para apontar qual proposta trará mais benefícios para a sociedade. Posso adiantar que a empresa a ser escolhida, seja qual for, terá que se comprometer com a transferência irrestrita de toda a tecnologia de ponta”, afirmou o presidente Lula.

Adair Syrio Júnior, comerciante de Caeté (MG), questionou sobre as condições a BR-381. Segundo o presidente, tanto esta rodovia quanto a BR 262, alternativa para chegar a Vitória e o norte do Espírito Santo vão ser incluídas no PAC 2, que será lançado até o fim do mês. “Na semana passada, concluímos que o melhor é realizar as obras através do DNIT. Decidimos então cancelar a concessão e incluir essas obras no PAC-2, para que a duplicação seja efetuada com recursos da União. Também vou colocar no PAC-2 obras que vão melhorar significativamente a BR-262, de BH até Vitória, com duplicação nos trechos de maior movimento. Com estas medidas, espero que possamos garantir o máximo de segurança para os usuários”, explicou.
A questão do desenvolvimento dos esportes nas escolas com foco na Copa do Mundo 2014 e nas Olimpíadas 2016 foi levantada pelo contador gaúcho Carlos Alberto F. de Azevedo. “O empenho para o Brasil sediar os dois eventos teve o objetivo, entre outros, de promover uma grande mudança na cultura esportiva do país. Pelo programa Mais Educação, do MEC, os alunos participam, nos turnos vagos, de várias atividades, incluindo natação, basquete, vôlei, futebol, handebol e judô”, disse o presidente.
MUITO ESTRANHO, E MUITO SUSPEITO ESTA PRFERENCIA DE LULA POR CAÇAS MUITOS + CAROS !
Ninguém melhor e + capacitado para determinar quais os Caças oportunos e melhores para o Brasil.
Assim foi o que a FAB fez ao Classificar os Caça Sueco como o melhor conforme projeto em tecnologia , Projeto e Custo final para o Brasil.
O segundo colocado foi o Caça F-18 Super americano , um caça já conhecido e comprovadamente aprovado .
O ultimo colocado por ser de capacidade operacional duvidosa e por seus custos altíssimo , ficou os Rafale da França.
O que não entendo como um simples contribuinte, é esta insistência de Lula em optar pelos Caças franceses os Quais custa o dobro do caça escolhido pela FAB.
Porque Lula insiste tanta na compra dos Rafale ?
Porque esta preferência?
Será apenas por ideologia política ou tem outros interesses por trás disso ?
Sinceramente não compreendo porque temos que comprar os Caças franceses os quais é de preferência de Lula porque com o dinheiro de comprar 36 caças franceses podemos comprar 72 Caças Sueco os Quais foram aprovado pela FAB.
Muito estranho esta preferência de Lula pelos Caças + caros.
Muito suspeito !!!!
Uma outra questão se é concorrência pública porque alguém(Lula) se intrometa mostrando sua preferência ?
Concorrência pública não se pode levar em conta preferências de um ou outro.

Ao contrário do que afirma o líder do governo na Câmara, Cândido Vacarezza (PT-SP), o tesoureiro do partido, fundador e ex-diretor João Vaccari Neto entrou para o conselho fiscal da Cooperativa Nacional dos Bancários em 1998. Vacarezza rebateu as acusações de suposto desvio de R$ 31 milhões para o PT, alegando que Vaccari só “entrou em 2005” e para “sanear as contas da BancooPT – Banco para otários e oportunistas do PT, pois documentos mostram ainda o tesoureiro no jornal da Bancoop, em 1998, dizendo-se “de olhos nas contas”. Grana é com ele mesmo. Além de tesoureiro do PT, suspeito pelo desvio milionário na BancooPT, João Vaccari Neto também é tesoureiro da campanha de Dilma, que para abafar o caso, está dizendo que quer empresário na campanha na tentativa de limpar a lambança que o escândalo da Bancoop causou na candidatura da sinistra Dilma. A substituição seria uma forma de evitar que as acusações do Ministério Público Estadual sobre o novo tesoureiro do PT, João Vaccari Neto, contaminem o “projeto eleitoral”.
MAIS UMA: DILMA ADMITE QUE SERÁ PAGA PELO PT.
A ministra-candidata do PT Dilma Rousseff admitiu nesta terça, que vai receber salário do partido durante a campanha eleitoral. A ministra também disse que nunca recebeu dinheiro do PT anteriormente.

Seria por demais interessante que este Blog fosse abastecido de comentários inteligentes, com narrações da realidade do dia a dia (dar a Cezar o que é de Cezar ou meter o pau em quem está errado).
Pena que alguns deturpam as críticas, cometários e até mesmo elogios. Sei que existem adimiradores, apaixonados, bajuladores e até babões. Eu, particularmente, me babo diante de fatos que merecem elogios. Porém, meto o cacete quando acho que a coisa não está certa. Se futuramente a oposição chegar ao ponto de caber dentro de uma Kombi, eu, por possuir uma habilitação categoria “E”, me ofereço para guia-la. Escrevo isso porque, por mais escandalos que apareçam contra o atual governo, mais ele cresce na pesquisa.
Na minha visão, os escandalos favorecem o PT assim como o FERMENTO favorece o bolo. Quanto mais fermento, mais o bolo cresce. Quanto mais escandalo, mais o PT cresce.
Se existe um culpado, é a oposição. Não aquela feita por mim, por voce ou por outros que escrevem neste ou em outros Blogs.
Já escrevi no Blog: O mensalão do PT foi um prato cheio para passar o brasil a limpo. A oposição, perdeu uma oportunidade ESTUPENDA para fazer com o Lulla o que o Lulla, PT e Cia fizeram com o Collor.
Quanto ao escandalo Vacarezza, assim como
o escandalo PC Farias que vitimou o Collor, os creditos iniciais são atribuidos a imprensa.
O escandalo BancooPT não vai dar em nada. Faria “respingos” se a descoberta tivesse acontecido faltando 30/40 dias da eleição. HOJE, NÃO! Prova é que a cúpula do PT já está descartando-o. Se a revista Veja quis prejudicar a eleição da Dilma Rouself Service, atirou antes do tempo e deu um tiro no pé. Duvido que em outubro alguem lembre do BancooPT.
Na minha “optica”, a oposição do brasil só existiu até as vespera do PT assumir o poder e receber as chaves do cofre.
Desde o dia 1° de janeiro de 2003, o brasil não sabe o significado da palavra OPOSIÇÃO.
É triste e lamentável. Mas é a realidade.
Repito mais uma vez: Se a oposição não “cremou” o PT durante o mensalão, dificilmente arranhará a sua imagem hoje e no futuro.
Continuarei a meter o cacete todos os dias, mesmo sabendo que uma andorinha só não faz verão. Mas, com muito orgulho de ter estudado, fazer parte dos 16% que não votam no PT e, compreender que do jeito que está, o brasil caminha para trás.
Essa a minha opinião. Uma simples opinião, apenas!
