O presidente Lula criticou, nesta sexta-feira (10/9), governates que deixaram de promover parcerias com o governo federal por serem de partidos de oposição. O presidente citou como exemplo a construção de moradias do Cojunto Habitacional Três Marias, em São Bernardo do Campo, na região metropolitana de São Paulo. Segundo ele, políticos que antecederam o atual prefeito Luiz Marinho mantiveram-se distantes por “demonstração de ignorância”. O presidente participou da cerimônia de entrega de 224 moradias e assinou contrato para a terceira etapa do Projeto de Urbanização do Parque São Bernardo.
“Muitas vezes uma prefeitura deixa de receber recursos do governo federal porque não tem projeto. E se não tem projeto não adianta. O Marinho então tratou de recuperar alguns projetos que existiam para a cidade e que outro governo de partido diferente se dava ao luxo de não fazer parceria com o governo federal. Era maior demonstração de ignorância do prefeito. É o absurdo do absurdo. Isso aqui poderia estar pronto há quatro anos. Isso ficou parado quase seis anos”, disse Lula.

Neste período, o município deixou de contar com os recursos da Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) para a construção das moradias. Segundo o presidente, o governo destinou R$ 70 milhões para os blocos de apartamentos. Lula explicou que tais atitudes levaram a população a sofrer durante décadas. Ele citou as cenas de um vídeo apresentado no início da cerimônia que retratou os momentos dificeis da população até conseguir colocar o projeto de contrução das unidades habitacionais em prática.
“São Bernardo é uma cidade muito rica. Não deveria ter pessoas morando em situação como as mostradas no filme que passou aí.”
Lula informou que o seu governo tem ampliado os investimentos em habitação e saneamento básico. Segundo ele, em 2003 a Caixa tinha R$ 5 bilhões e, em 2010, o montante chegará a R$ 70 bilhões. O presidente afirmou que os governos anteriores não investiam em educação, saneamento e drenagem. Além disso, conforme explicou, o setor da construção civil estava paralisado por ausência de recursos.
“Quando começamos a governar a Caixa tinha R$ 5 bilhões para investir. Esse ano vamos investir R$ 70 bilhões. São 14 vezes mais. Isso tudo aconteceu porque preparamos o Brasil para chegar na situação que chegou. A construção civil brasileira passou mais de 20 anos sem investimentos em obras. Estamos batendo todos os recordes.”
No discurso, Lula destacou o empenho do prefeito Marinho que, com os projetos apresentados conseguiu cerca de R$ 500 milhões do governo federal. Ele contou que mais cedo inaugurou a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) naquele município e que o aparelhamento da unidade é de fazer inveja a muita gente. O presidente concluiu o discurso afirmando que em 2011 voltará para São Bernardo e que pretende atuar como defensor da cidade onde teve trajetória como sindicalista e político.
“Basta ter projeto que tem muito mais recursos. Vou voltar para minha São Bernardo e morar aqui pertinho do sindicato. Se puder ajudar eu vou ajudar. Atrapalhar jamais. Se for amigo de uma pessoa que tenha um cargo mais importante não terei vergonha em pedir. Quero que São Bernardo esteja cada vez melhor e o povo cada vez mais feliz.”

Quem tem medo da “doutora” Dilma?
VOU CONFESSAR: Morro de medo de Dilma Rousseff.
Esse governo que tem muitos acertos, mas a roubalheira do governo do PT e o cinismo descarado de LULA em dizer que não sabia de nada nos mete medo.
Não tenho muitos medos na vida, além dos clássicos: de barata, rato, cobra.
Desses bichos tenho mais medo do que de um leão, um tigre ou um urso, mas de gente não costumo ter medo.
Tomara que nunca me aconteça, mas se um dia for assaltada, acho que vai dar para levar um lero com os assaltantes (espero). Não me apavora andar de noite sozinha na rua e, não tenho medo algum das chamadas “autoridades”, só um pouquinho da polícia, mas não muito.
Mas de Dilma não tenho medo; tenho pavor.
Antes de ser candidata, nunca se viu a ministra dar um só sorriso, em nenhuma circunstância. Depois que começou a correr o Brasil com o presidente, apesar do seu grave problema de saúde, Dilma não para de rir, como se a vida tivesse se tornado um paraíso.
Mas essa simpatia tardia não convenceu.
Ela é dura mesmo.
Dilma personifica, para mim, aquele pai autoritário de quem os filhos morrem de medo, aquela diretora de escola que, quando se era chamada em seu gabinete, se ia quase fazendo pipi nas calças, de tanto medo.
Não existe em Dilma um só traço de meiguice, doçura, ternura.
Ela tem filhos, deve ter gasto todo o seu estoque com eles e não sobrou nem um pingo para o resto da humanidade.
Não estou dizendo que ela seja uma pessoa má, pois não a conheço; mas quando ela levanta a sobrancelha, aponta o dedo e fala, com aquela voz de general da ditadura no quartel, é assustador.
E acho muito corajosa a ex-secretária da Receita Federal Lina Vieira, que enfrentou a ministra afirmando que as duas tiveram o famoso encontro. Uma diz que sim, a outra diz que não, e não vamos esperar que os funcionários do Palácio do Planalto contrariem o que seus superiores disseram que eles deveriam dizer. Sempre poderá surgir do nada um motorista ou um caseiro, mas não queria estar na pele da suave Lina Vieira.
A voz, o olhar e o dedo de Dilma, e a segurança com que ela vocifera “suas verdades”, são quase tão apavorantes quanto a voz e o olhar de Collor, quando ele é possuído. Quando se está dizendo a verdade, ministra, não é preciso gritar; nem gritar nem apontar o dedo para ninguém. Isso só faz quem não está com a razão, é elementar.
Lembro de quando Regina Duarte foi para a televisão dizer que tinha medo de Lula; Regina foi criticada, sofreu com o PT encarnando em cima dela – e quando o PT resolve encarnar, sai de baixo. Não lembro exatamente de quê Regina disse que tinha medo -nem se explicitou-, mas de uma maneira geral era medo de um possível governo Lula..
Demorei um pouco para entender o quanto Regina tinha razão.
Hoje estamos numa situação pior, e da qual vai ser difícil sair, pois o PT ocupou toda a máquina, como as tropas de um país que invade outro. Com Dilma seria igual ou pior, mas Deus é grande..
Eles não falaram em 20 anos? Então ainda faltam quase 13, ninguém merece.
Seja bem-vinda, Marina Silva. Tem muito petista arrependido que vai votar em você e impedir que a mestra sem mestrado, Dilma Rousseff, passe para o segundo turno.

“A reportagem desta edição de VEJA revela que Israel Guerra, filho de Erenice Guerra, braço direito de Dilma Rousseff enquanto ela foi a incontrastável ministra-chefe da Casa Civil e sua sucessora na pasta, comanda um escritório de lobby em Brasília que trabalha azeitando negócios de empresários com o governo. A Casa Civil fica no 4° andar do Palácio do Planalto, exatamente acima do gabinete do presidente da República. Fossem os tempos que correm menos relativos em termos éticos, isso bastaria para deixar clara a inadequação do arranjo familiar montado no ministério mais próximo de Lula e mais poderoso da hierarquia administrativa do país. Existem evidências de que a ministra, pessoa da intimidade e da mais estrita confiança de Dilma Rousseff, é responsável pelo sucesso dos negócios do filho com órgãos públicos. Empresários que desfrutaram da confiança de Israel e Erenice contam que a ministra participa de reuniões com clientes do filho e se compromete a abrir portas. Dois assessores montaram um balcão de negócios na Casa Civil. Eles foram nomeados funcionários públicos, mas atuam como lobistas, recebendo ordens do filho de Erenice Guerra. A publicação da reportagem a vinte dias do primeiro turno das eleições fará brotar acusações de que o objetivo é prejudicar a candidata oficial, Dilma Rousseff. São especulações inevitáveis. Mas quais seriam as opções? Não publicar? Só publicar depois das eleições? Essas não são opções válidas no mundo do jornalismo responsável, a atividade dedicada à busca da verdade e sua revelação em benefício do país.
Dilma transformou dossiê em “banco de dados”. Agora o seu capanga diz que dossiê é “compilação de registros”.
Quem esqueceu da Dilma declarando que o Dossiê feito pela sua Turma contra Dona Ruth Cardoso era apenas um “banco de dados”? Pois ontem o seu capanga dos tempos de guerrilha e coordenador do Dossiê contra Serra inventou um novo termo. Agora “banco de dados” virou “compilação de registros”. O ex-prefeito de Belo Horizonte Fernando Pimentel (PT), membro da coordenação de campanha de Dilma Rousseff (PT), disse ontem que toda a questão de dossiês com informações de pessoas ligadas a José Serra (PSDB) se resume a uma “compilação de registros”, sem quebra de sigilos fiscais ou bancários. “Todo o material a que se refere esse assunto de dossiê foi produzido em 2005 pelo PT-SP. É apenas uma compilação de registros de Junta Comercial e não tem indícios de nenhuma quebra de sigilo”, afirmou Pimentel. Candidato ao Senado, ele se referiu aos papéis usados pelo PT para pedir ao Ministério Público investigação sobre Veronica, filha de Serra. Os documentos passaram pelo comitê da pré-campanha de Dilma, segundo a Folha revelou ontem.
Empresário desmente a Veja
O empresário Fábio Baracat enviou nota de esclarecimento publicada no blog Amigos do Presidente Lula, na qual repudia a matéria de Veja, nega ter sido funcionário ou representante da empresa citada pela revista e diz ter sido “personagem de um joguete político-eleitoral irresponsável do qual não participa”.

NOTA DE ESCLARECIMENTO
Fui foi surpreendido com a matéria publicada na revista Veja neste sábado, razão pela qual decidi me pronunciar e rechaçar oficialmente as informações ali contidas.
Primeiramente gostaria de esclarecer que não sou e não fui funcionário, representante da empresa Vianet, ou a representei em qualquer assunto comercial, como foi noticiado na reportagem. Apenas conheço a empresa e pessoas ligadas a ela, assim como diversos outros empresários do setor.
Destaco também que não tenho qualquer relacionamento pessoal ou comercial com a Ministra Erenice Guerra, embora tivesse tido de fato a conhecido, jamais tratei de qualquer negócio privado ou assuntos políticos com ela.
Acerca da MTA, há 3 meses não tenho qualquer relacionamento com a empresa, com a qual tão somente mantive tratativas para compra.
Importante salientar que durante o período em que mantive as conversas com a mencionada empresa aérea atuei na defesa de seus interesses, porém o fiz exclusivamente no âmbito comercial, ficando as questões jurídicas a cargo da própria empresa e sua equipe.
Inicialmente, quando procurado pela reportagem da revista Veja, os questionamentos feitos eram no sentido de esclarecer a relação da MTA com o Coronel Artur, atual Diretor de Operações dos Correios, em razão de matéria jornalística em diversos periódicos, nesta oportunidade ratifiquei o posicionamento de que embora tivesse conhecimento de alguns assuntos que refletiam no segmento comercial da empresa (que de fato atuava), não podia afirmar categoricamente a extensão do vínculo dela com o Coronel Artur.
Durante o período em que atuei na defesa dos interesses comerciais da MTA, conheci Israel Guerra, como profissional que atuava na organização da documentação da empresa para participar de licitações, cuja remuneração previa percentual sobre eventual êxito, o qual repita-se, não era garantido e como já esclarecido, eu não tinha o poder de decisão da empresa MTA.
Enfim, na medida que a MTA aumentava sua participação no mercado, a aquisição da empresa se tornava mais onerosa para mim, até que culminou, além de parecer legal negativo, na inviabilidade econômica do negócio.
Acredito que tenha contribuído com o esclarecimento dos fatos, na certeza de que fui mais uma personagem de um joguete político-eleitoral irresponsável do qual não participo, porém que afetam famílias e negócios que geram empregos.

Denúncia da Veja começa a fazer água
A sujíssima matéria da Veja contra Erenice Guerra com o propósito de atingir Dilma já começa a fazer água. Em primeiro lugar, revelaria o fato inédito de um empresário beneficiado com um contrato de R$ 84 milhões se autodenunciar. Depois, o tal empresário paulistano Fábio Baracat, apontado pela revista como dono da Via Net Express, jamais teve qualquer participação na empresa, como mostra o blog Amigos do presidente Lula.
Na própria Veja, o contrato da Via Net Express Transportes Ltda já aparecia assinado por outra pessoa, Antonio Waldir Mendonça, este, efetivamente, um dos sócios da empresa. O blog Amigos do presidente Lula consultou os registros públicos da empresa na Junta Comercial de São Paulo, e apenas dois nomes aparecem com sócios da Via Net, e nenhum deles é o de Fábio Baracat.
Os registros também não mostram nenhuma participação societária de alguém com o nome Fábio ou sobrenome Baracat. Portanto, a única fonte da matéria da Veja é, por enquanto, um ilustre desconhecido, em que a revista depositou total confiança. A Justiça precisa levar isso em conta no processo judicial que a ministra da Casa Civil vai mover contra a Veja por danos morais e exigindo direito de resposta.

Dilma defende Erenice do velho jeito petista: “até hoje”!
Hoje, Dilma Rousseff praticamente reconheceu que a atual ministra chefe da Casa Servil, Casa Covil ou Casa Ser Vil está mesmo enrolada até os bolsos na denúncia da Veja. Disse Dilma:
“Eu não escutei os lados. Agora, até hoje, ela [Erenice] tem a minha confiança”.
O “até hoje” é uma verdadeira porta de saída, para, se a coisa engrossar, jogar a companheira no sal. E este negócio de escutar os lados, o que significa? Ninguém sabe. O que todo mundo sabe é que Erenice, na verdade, é a Dilma da Dilma. A mão esquerda e mão direita da Dilma. “Até hoje”!

Cresce denúncia de propina entre Argentina e Venezuela

Crescem as denúncias de corrupção envolvendo o comércio entre a Argentina e a Venezuela, mas o governo de Cristina Kirchner tenta desvincular-se do escândalo. A imprensa local publicou hoje uma série de detalhes sobre o caso, que veio à tona após depoimento do ex-embaixador argentino em Caracas, Eduardo Sadous, à Justiça. O diplomata revelou um esquema do Ministério de Planejamento argentino pelo qual os empresários seriam obrigados a pagar comissões para poder exportar seus produtos à Venezuela.
Segundo o jornal “Clarín”, a empresa Palmat Internacional, radicada em Miami e que oferece serviços a companhias de comércio exterior, cobra 15% de comissão pela venda de máquinas agrícolas garantida por um convênio bilateral de cooperação econômica assinado em 2005.
O valor total da comissão, conforme a reportagem, é dividido com outra empresa, denominada Madero Trading, que funciona desde 2007. Cerca de 40 empresas do setor de máquinas e equipamentos agrícolas da Argentina assinaram o contrato de venda de seus produtos ao Ministério da Agricultura e Terras da República Bolivariana da Venezuela, no qual se comprometem, segundo o jornal, a pagar à Palmat 10% do valor total das negociações como “comissão pela gestão da venda” mais 5% para “recuperação de gastos”.
O convênio, assinado pelo presidente da Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, e pelo então mandatário argentino, Néstor Kirchner, criou um fundo de investimento de US$ 90 milhões para fomentar a troca de óleo diesel venezuelano por máquinas argentinas. As denúncias estão sendo investigadas pelo juiz federal Julián Ercolini desde 2007, quando estourou outro escândalo envolvendo os dois países – o “caso da maleta”.
Na ocasião, um empresário venezuelano desembarcou em Buenos Aires com dólares que, supostamente, eram destinados à campanha eleitoral de Cristina Kirchner. O partido de oposição Coalizão Cívica, entrou com ação na Justiça para investigar a existência de uma rede de corrupção entre Kirchner e Hugo Chávez.
Contra-ataque
Na semana passada, o caso ganhou relevância com as declarações do diplomata. Depois de classificar as denúncias como “injuriosas e caluniosas” e de fazerem parte de uma “operação política” para “sujar” a imagem de pessoas envolvidas na relação bilateral, o ministro de Planejamento, Julio De Vido, contra-atacou com ameaças.
Principal apontado do suposto esquema de propinas, De Vido deu um prazo de 24 horas para que Sadous comprove as denúncias, que foram reforçadas ontem pelo presidente da Federação Agrária, Eduardo Buzzi, e pelo senador da Província de Córdoba, Luis Juez. Ambos também foram citados por De Vido. O ministro afirma que, se o prazo de 24 horas não for obedecido, ele se reserva o direito de iniciar processos penais e civis contra os mencionados.

“Serra já tentou todas as máscaras; de neo-lulista a sucessor de Alvaro Uribe no comando da direita lationamericana. Fez-se passar por vítima e depois caluniou com sofreguidão. Não parou de cair nas pesquisas mas, sobretudo, algo que os isentos comentaristas fingem não ver, a forma arestosa como faz política, encharcada de falsidade quase colegial, inspira cada vez mais repulsa, mesmo entre seus pares. Serra tem 32% de rejeição, contra 27% de apoio nos levantamentos do complacente instituto de pesquisas da família Frias, cuja aderencia à campanha demotucana não é mais objeto de discussão. Serra vai receber a extrema unção política dia 3 de outubro ou em seguida, no 2º turno.
O conservadorismo nativo sabe que ele é um fósforo queimado. Jamais será cogitado novamente como um líder aglutinador. A exemplo de certos colunistas e veículos, porta-vozes da direita e da extrema-direita nativa, Serra sabe que perdeu o bonde da história e quer vingança. Eles já teriam disparado a bala de prata se ela existisse. Não conseguiram uma. Resta-lhes o método da saturação.
Expelir diariamente acusações, calúnias, falsas denúncias, insinuações, preconceitos, mentiras. Requentar velhos temas, criar uma nuvem de ilações descabidas. Recriar, enfim, o artifício udenista de um mar de lama em torno do governo, do PT, de Lula e Dilma na esperança de que, ao menos, sua derrota seja também uma derrota da democracia.Quem sabe capaz de reproduzir no país uma classe média de vocação golpista, a exemplo do que a direita conseguiu na Venezuela. Serra, os petizes da Veja, os aliados espalhados na mídia demotucana em geral, não tem o talento de um Carlos Lacerda. Nem a coragem dos golpistas que íam às ruas apregoar abertamente a derrubada de governos. O que eles possuem de mais perigoso no momento é a consciência de que não tem mais nada a perder.
Derrotados, pior que isso, desmoralizados como incompetentes entre seus próprios pares, atingiram aquele ponto em que são capazes de qualquer coisa. Faltam tres semanas para as eleições. A barragem de fogo vai se intensificar. Contra o jogral da mídia pró-Serra, o Presidente Lula terá que usar todo o peso de sua liderança popular para consumar a vitória das forças democráticas contra uma direita disposta a se transformar em carniça para incomodar até depois de morta.”

A obscura Erenice Guerra: do nada para o cargo de Ministra
Sombra de Dilma Rousseff (PT) desde o início do governo Lula, a ministra Erenice Guerra (Casa Civil), 51, teve o nome envolvido em escândalos e polêmicas durante a passagem da ex-chefe pelo Planalto.
Em 2008, ela foi acusada de montar um dossiê com gastos sigilosos do ex-presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso. O material serviu para constranger a oposição na CPI dos Cartões Corporativos.
No ano passado, foi citada em denúncia de favorecimento à família do presidente do Senado, José Sarney (PMDB-AP). Segundo Lina Vieira, ex-secretária da Receita Federal, Erenice marcou reunião em que Dilma tentaria interferir em investigação sobre negócios do clã.
Erenice negou participação nos dois casos. Blindada pelo governo, nunca teve que dar explicações no Congresso.
Formada em direito e filiada ao PT desde 1981, ela nunca disputou eleições, mas sempre atuou na burocracia estatal. Ocupou postos na Eletronorte, no governo de Cristovam Buarque em Brasília e na Câmara dos Deputados.
Aproximou-se de Dilma em 2002, na transição para a gestão petista. Logo virou sua assessora mais próxima, com cargo comissionado no Ministério de Minas e Energia.
Quando Dilma assumiu a Casa Civil, em 2005, Erenice virou secretária-executiva do órgão, substituindo a titular em férias e viagens. Em março, teve a lealdade premiada com a promoção a ministra. A nomeação foi bancada por Dilma, após uma indicação frustrada para o Tribunal de Contas da União
Reservada, a ministra evita dar entrevistas e prefere atuar nos bastidores. Recebeu de colegas o apelido de “Dilma da Dilma”, por reproduzir o mesmo estilo durão da ex-chefe.

“Bala de prata” é uma expressão para denominar a única coisa que mata bruxas, lobisomens e vampiros. Quem falou em “bala de prata” pela primeira vez foi Gilberto Coveiro Carvalho, chefe de gabinete de Lula, para dizer que os crimes cometidos pelo PT são tentativas de achar uma acusação definitiva contra a campanha de Dilma Rousseff. Não custa lembrar que uma pessoa muito próxima a ele, o prefeito petista Celso Daniel, morreu assassinado com onze balas no corpo. Mesmo que o processo não anda, depois de cinco anos, é possível afirmarcom certeza: eram onze “balas de prata”. Poderiam ser treze. Agora é Dilma quem se apropria da expressão para acusar a oposição, que não violou os sigilos de ninguém e que não recebeu 6% de comissão de nenhuma empresa, pois a candidata quer jogar no colo da oposição o caso que enlameia a sua sucessora e que ocorreu quando ela ainda era Ministra-Chefe da Casa Civil. O que será que a Dilma vai alegar agora? Sobre o Dossiê contra Serra, montado pela sua campanha, Dilma alega que, na época em que ele foi feito, nem era candidata. E agora, que era Ministra quando o escândalo aconteceu, despachando todos os dias com Erenice Guerra, vai dizer o quê? Ontem, Dilma usou a expressão “bala de prata”. Para o “não sabia” é só uma questão de tempo.
