Alunos do ProUni ganham bolsa para estudar na Universidade de Salamanca

Ver 10 jovens brasileiros alunos do ProUni selecionados para estudarem com bolsa na Universidade de Salamanca, na Espanha, é a maior gratificação que um governo e seu Ministério da Educação podem ter, porque significa que a política adotada está dando resultados, afirmou o presidente Lula durante encontro em Brasília com os 10 estudantes brasileiros (oito homens e duas mulheres) que seguirão para a Espanha no próximo dia 12 de abril -- são três do Paraná, dois de Minas Gerais, dois de São Paulo, um do Maranhão, um da Bahia e um do Espírito Santo.
O orgulho de ver vocês irem estudar fora, com bolsa de estudos garantida, é porque quando nós criamos o ProUni havia muita gente que não acreditava que o ProUni fosse dar certo, havia muita gente que achava nós íamos nivelar o ensino por baixo. Aliás teve gente que publicou em manchete: “Governo Lula nivela educação por baixo”, porque vai colocar na universidade jovens da periferia que estudaram em escolas públicas. A ida de vocês, a nota que vocês tiraram para poder ganhar essa bolsa, é na verdade a gratificação que nós queríamos, o pagamento que um governo, um ministro da educação quer, é de ver que a política adotada por ele teve uma retribuição extraordinária pelos alunos que estudaram.

Rubens, Alessandro, Andrei, Danilson, Diogo, Alcino, Thiara, Tâmira, Rômulo e Douglas formam a primeira seleção de estudantes bolsistas do ProUni que vão alçar voo internacional. Foram apresentados ao presidente Lula e ao ministro Fernando Haddad (Educação) como símbolos do programa que tem por objetivo formar jovens que, em condições normais, não teriam como competir por uma vaga na universidade com alunos de famílias da classe média brasileira. Dentro dos próximos dias, desembarcam em Salamaca, na Espanha, para estudarem na universidade local. Serão engenheiros químicos, engenheiros em informática, farmacêuticos, pedagogos, engenheiro civil, comunicador visual e matemático.
“O grupo está bastante unido. Seremos um pedacinho do Brasil em Salamanca”, afirma Tâmira Elis Gressoni, que antes de conquistar a bolsa, estava na Polícia Militar de São Paulo, num trabalho administrativo voluntário. Danilson Almeida Silva é maranhense da cidade de Caxias. Apesar do “oceano de distância” que o separa de sua família, o jovem acredita que é uma oportunidade de mostrar que o Maranhão “tem também excelentes escolas públicas”.
O Blog do Planalto conversou com todos os bolsistas. Além do financiamento dos estudos, todos terão direito a uma passagem de ida e volta para o Brasil “para matar a saudade da família”, lembra Alessandro Veiga de Oliveira. Como contrapartida, o compromisso de todos retornarem ao Brasil tão logo concluam os respectivos cursos. No próximo ano, mais dez alunos serão selecionados. O convênio com a Universidade de Salamanca engloba bolsas para 40 jovens.

O Anão do Orçamento Sérgio Guerra quer briga
O anão do Orçamento Sérgio Guerra, aquele que foi acusado, na CPI do Orçamento, de meter a mão em recursos do DNER , que levou uma filha pilantra para cuidar de sua saúde nos EUA(esse infeliz deveria ter ficado lá mesmo), que é acostumado a não declarar à Receita Federal seu plantel de cavalo puro-sangue, ficou chateado porque Dilma chamou Serra para o debate sobre ética.
Segundo matéria do PiG, o escroque Guerra quer que Dilma explique o caso dos aloprados e do Bancoop.
Lógico que Dilma não vai perder tempo para discutir com o meliante e quase ex-senador Guerra(sim, Guerra e Maciel vão levar um cacete de Armando Monteiro, Humberto Costa ou João Paulo nunca antes visto na História de Pernambuco).
Como Dilma não vai perder tempo com o bundão Guerra, o Terror vai explicar os dois casos citados.
Primeiro, quanto aos aloprados, Guerra sabe muito bem que o dossiê trazia vídeo com Serra abraçado com sanguessugas, além de documentos comprometedores contra Serra.Os aloprados são apenas um detalhe.Muito pior que o ato dos aloprados foi a sangria nos cofres públicos patrocinada por Serra e os sanguessugas, seus aliados.
Segundo, quanto ao Bancoop, o Ministério Público Federal e o juiz do caso já se pronunciaram sobre a questão. Não há prova contra Vaccari.

Não creio que pessoas honestas, que raciocinam, que não são inocentes úteis, repassem a matéria do João Grandão, impregnada de inverdades.
Contos da carochinha e o caso Eliseu Santos
Eu já estava acreditando nos contos da Carochinha, no Papai Noel e no Coelhinho da Páscoa. Abandonei o ceticismo e me tornei um crédulo quando a polícia civil gaúcha (a fração dela que atuava no caso, obviamente), mesmo contra indícios perceptíveis aos leigos, concluiu que o médico ELISEU DOS SANTOS, secretário de Saúde de Porto Alegre, foi vítima de latrocínio (em 26FEV2010).
Ao término do inquérito, a polícia civil concluiu que tudo não passou de uma tentativa de roubo de carro que terminou em morte. Eliseu teria morrido porque reagiu à ação de três assaltantes de carros.
O fato de Eliseu haver se queixado de receber ameaças de morte não foi levado em conta. Ora, onde há fumaça, há fogo. Parece que os policiais responsáveis pela investigação não ficaram curiosos em dar uma olhadinha no local donde partia a fumaça. Aliás, bisbilhotice não é defeito, tratando-se de policia.
Ocorreu que o Ministério Público realizou investigação complementar e concluiu que ELISEU foi morto a mando, havendo mais de meia dúzia de pessoas envolvidas no crime. Homicídio por encomenda e não latrocínio, portanto.
Segundo o Ministério Público, empresários do ramo da segurança privada, em represália pela rescisão de um contrato com a secretaria chefiada por Eliseu – e também para “queimar arquivo”, decidiram eliminá-lo.
E aí reside a fumaça que falei: antes de ser morto, Eliseu registrou ocorrência na polícia, dizendo que foi ameaçado de morte. Em depoimento, afirmou que as ameaças partiram da empresa que teve o contrato de segurança com a Secretaria de Saúde rompido após denúncia de corrupção.
Bueno, já que agora tudo faz sentido, afasto-me novamente da metafísica e deposito minhas fichas na razão e na ciência. Se houver mais investigação , talvez toda prodridão do caso “Instituto Sollus” e outras falcatruas no setor de saúde da Prefeitura de POA apareceram (ver aqui, entrevista com Marcos Rolim, 02MAR2010)
Contudo, o que mais surpreende não foi o novo rumo que o caso Eliseu está tomando, mas sim a maneira como o grupo RBS apresentou ao público a ação desenvolvida pelo Ministério Público. Deu a entender que aquele órgão tomou uma atitude quase irresponsável, desnecessária, de mera ruptura com a polícia civil (ler aqui).
Penso que a mídia empresarial não deveria estar preocupada com eventual discordância do Ministério Público em relação às conclusões do inquérito produzido pela policial civil, mas na busca da verdade que, naturalmente, é contraditória, complexa.
Não dá para esquecer que a RBS embarcou muito rápido na tese do latrocínio (em que lugar se esconde, afinal, o jornalismo investigativo?). Agora não quer assumir que errou feio na aposta que fez, muito menos pretende revelar as razões de sua escolha.

Tens toda razão, eu venho pensando nisso tudo. Já tenho diversas coisas guardadas também. No caso dos trolls contratados, e mesmo os não contratados, podem ser acionados todos num só processo, não é preciso individualizar, pois configura formação de quadrilha. A pena, entre outras coisas é a retratação pública, tantas vezes quanto as que injuriaram, caluniaram e mentiram. por exemplo, faz-se um levantamento, digamos desse Fred Campos, quantos post ofensivos fez, inclusive rastreando outros sites ou blogs em que possa ter reincidido. Na mesma proporção e nos mesmos blogs ele terá que se retratar. Agora, eu imagino quanto o Serra terá que gastar com advogados para essa turma de trolls contratados, não poderá deixá-los na mão, para que não confessem terem sido contratados. Eu, apesar de entender alguma coisa de direito, estou dizendo isso em razão de conversas que venho tendo com meu genro, Advogado, e meu cunhado ,Juiz Federal. ( *)
(*) Desculpe, me enganei. Não é o genro, é o cunhado que é Juiz federal, mas diga aos dois ( ao genro advogado e ao cunhado advogado e juiz federal) que confirmo tudo o que eu disse e peça para eles me refutarem e me processarem se eu disse alguma mentira.

A tecnologia de prospecção e extração de petrôleo em alto mar é desenvolvimento de ponta do Brasil, da Petrobras, aquela que os privatas fernandinos queriam doar às Multi-Sugas internacionais. A terceira geração de imãs de alta potência, já patenteada, é de duas pesquisadoras brasileiras. Agora, eu queria saber quem inventou e criou essa escrecência do João Grandão, deve ser coisa do Luiz Gonzaga, tudo indica, pela similaridade das merdas que aqui coloca.
Obs: Como tu és entendido em prospecção de petróleo também, mostre–me um equipamento sequer de alta tecnologia (um bumper-sub por exemplo) usado nessa área que seja desenvolvido ou totalmente fabricado no Brasil. Compramos tudo, principalmente das empresas texanas. Pior, a maioria através de intermediários, muitos inclusive que já foram funcionários da Petrobrás e preferiram deixar a bocada lá que não é pequena para representarem empresas estrangeiras por aqui (a propina é boa, dá muito bem para ser divida entre comprador, seus chefes, os intermediário e rende um bom salário por fora). Já vi caso e provo de uma chave de fenda entortada que poderia ser comprada na rua Florêncio de Abreu em S. Paulo por uns R$ 30,00 ( é trinta reais mesmo) e entortada por qualquer martelador maluco de qualquer funilaria de quinta categoria ou até mesmo por um daqueles funcionários da Petrobrás que trabaham na boca do poço rosqueando colunas, mas o pessoal da Petrobrás prefere a importadas trazidas de uma empresa texana por U$150 (isso mesmo, dólares). Sem contar que os compradores “especializados” da Petrobrás não sabem nem sequer o que estão comprando, pois compram códigos de produtos. Mandem fazer uma auditoria séria por lá e vejam se eles tem desenho e especificações técnicas dos equipamentos. Somente sabem o código e olha lá. Quer outro exemplo? Pergunte a um desses “compradores especializados” quanto uma válvula de retenção usada em prospecção marítima tem que suportar num teste de “salt spray” e veja se ele sabe. Pergunte de que material ela é revestida. Duvido que ele saiba e muito menos você.

DÍVIDA PÚBLICA
No Canal Livre da BAND, com tudo antes devidamente combinado para dar audiência e mais alguns negócinhos escusos, foi somente meu querido daqui, meu benzinho dali, mas de importante mesmo não teve nada.
Justiça seja feita, o nosso querido presidente Lula, mais uma vez por não saber, teve a humildade de afirmar que nunca se investiu tanto no Brasil como nos 2 últimos anos. Realmente, vamos aos números:
Lula gastou R$ 2,5 Bilhões em Segurança. Engano, foram gastos R$ 15,4 Bilhões, sendo R$ 5,4 Bilhões em 2008 (9/12), R$ 8,6 Bilhões em 2009 e R$ 1,4 Bilhão em 2010 (até 31/03).
Agora, o presidente Lula omitiu, não disse e muito menos afirmou que pagou de Juros nos últimos 2 anos apenas a “merreca” de R$ 249,6 Bilhões, sendo:
R$ 82,5 Bilhões em 2008 (9/12), R$ 123,9 Bilhões em 2009 e R$ 43,2 Bilhões em 2010 (até 31/03).
Pergunta ao Caro Eleitor: Lula que paga R$ 249,6 Bilhões de Juros e só gasta R$ 15,4 Bilhões em Segurança nos últimos 2 anos, está preocupado em combater a Violência? O resto é com vocês eleitores, se quiserem continuar como está votem DILMA, caso contrário votem certo para senador e presidente em outubro/2010. Será?
