Agenda: direitos humanos, metrô Ipanema, Brasil Olímpico e comércio exterior

Lançamento do Programa Nacional de Direitos Humanos 3, inauguração do estação do metrô General Osório, entrega do Prêmio Brasil Olímpico e jantar com empresários do ramo de comércio exterior são alguns dos compromissos da agenda de trabalho do presidente Lula, nesta segunda-feira (21/12). Agora pela manhã, Lula participa de café com os jornalistas que cobrem o dia a dia da Presidência da República no Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (CCBB). Às 11h, no Palácio do Itamaraty, o presidente participa da cerimônia de lançamento do Programa Nacional de Direitos Humanos 3 e da entrega do Prêmio Direitos Humanos 2009.
No início da tarde, Lula embarca com destino ao Rio de Janeiro. O primeiro compromisso na capital fluminense é a inauguração da estação do metrô General Osório, em Ipanema. Da Zona Sul carioca, a comitiva segue de trem até a estação Maracanã. No estádio acontece cerimônia de descerramento da estátua do jornalista João Saldanha. De lá, a comitiva segue para o Maracanãzinho para cerimônia do Prêmio Brasil Olímpico, promovido pelo Comitê Olímpico Brasileiro (COB). Na oportunidade, Lula será homenageado pelo empenho em assegurar ao Rio como sede dos Jogos Olímpicos 2016.
O último compromisso oficial é o jantar oferecido pela Agência Brasileira de Promoção de Exportações e Investimentos (Apex Brasil) aos empresários e investidores do setor de comércio exterior. O evento acontecerá no Copacabana Palace Hotel.

Como se nota, a situação do PT em São Paulo é dramática. Os números até poderão variar um pouco até outubro, mas não há personagens desconhecidos aí entre os nomões. A famosa teoria do “recall” nem sempre é empregada com o devido cuidado. Se uma figura permanece na memória do eleitor, algum motivo há. Eu diria, por exemplo, que o “recall” de Paulo Maluf é altíssimo. E ele certamente odeia esse fato, não é mesmo?
Marta e Antonio Palocci, sem dúvida, são muito conhecidos. E o desempenho dos dois na pesquisa é pífio. Alckmin também é muito conhecido — já governou São Paulo. O resultado da pesquisa é compatível com o governador que deixou o cargo com um índice altíssimo de aprovação. E que venceu a disputa contra Lula em São Paulo, não custa lembrar.
Como se vê acima, Alckmin e Serra se elegeriam no primeiro turno. O nome do PT com o melhor desempenho é Marta Suplicy, com parcos 19%, mas num cenário improvável, em que Serra seria candidato ao governo. E ele não será. Vai disputar a Presidência da República.
As eleições estaduais também devem ser postas no caldeirão de considerações dos analistas. O presidenciável Serra tem um aliado fortíssimo como candidato ao governo de São Paulo, o que ajuda a consolidar os votos que tem no Estado para a Presidência da República. Os números deixam claro por que são ociosas as especulações sobre quem será o nome tucano ao governo: será Geraldo Alckmin.
A pesquisa também evidencia que Serra tem um alto potencial de transferência de votos no Estado: 39% disseram que votariam num nome indicado por ele; 18% disseram que poderiam votar. Restará ao PT tentar fazer um senador (ver abaixo).

O BLOG DO NOBLAT NOS ALERTOU. Naturalmente você sabe que Dilma que nunca foi ligada aos trabalhistas. Pertencia a juventude udenista assim como José Dirceu. Depois que os militares alijaram Carlos Lacerda do processo político, muitos jovens mudaram de lado. Depois da abertura, porque Dilma que poderia acompanhar Dirceu indo para o PT, ocultou-se no PDT por 18 anos. Saiu dando um arrastão no partido levando 504 pedetistas. É sabido que Golbery do Couto e Silva infiltrou muita gente no PDT para desestabilizar Brizola. Não sei se Dilma foi infiltrada. Mas temos o direito de desconfiar. HOJE COMPANHEIRO TODOS TÊM UMA HISTÓRIA PARA CONTAR. Tem gente que não sabe o que é um cursor e diz que foi guerrilheiro. O que nos diferencia é a idade. Eu devo ter cinquenta anos mais que você, pois estou com 77. Tive uma carreira encerrada, estive preso e vi alguma coisa que você não viu. O QUE NOS UNE É O DESEJO DE ACERTAR E VER UM BRASIL MELHOR.

Os militantes pediram ainda a renúncia de Lula, gritando “Brizola presente é o nosso presidente”.
O presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva foi recebido aos gritos de “traidor” ao chegar no Palácio da Guanabara, no Rio, para o velório de Leonel Brizola, por simpatizantes do ex-governador. O presidente do PDT morreu na noite de ontem, vítima de um enfarte agudo do miocárdio. Em sua rápida passagem pelo local – apenas três minutos -, o presidente não quis comentar a recepção e disse apenas que as pessoas estavam muito emocionadas.

Lula estava acompanhado pelos ministros Ciro Gomes (Integração Nacional) e José Dirceu (Casa Civil). Assim que o presidente entrou no Salão Nobre, uma legião de militantes do PDT começou a vaiá-lo e, em seguida, começaram a cantar “Você pagou com traição, a quem sempre lhe deu a mão”, canção imortalizada pela cantora Beth Carvalho. Militantes do partido foram para cima da comitiva, obrigando que policiais fizessem um cerco ao local.
Os militantes pediram ainda a renúncia de Lula, gritando “Brizola presente é o nosso presidente”. Cantaram também trechos dos Hinos da Independência e Nacional, e lembraram ainda o jingle de campanha de Leonel Brizola nas eleições de 1989: “Lá, Lá, Lá-Brizola”.
Já o ministro da Integração Nacional, Ciro Gomes, disse que era preciso dar um desconto em razão do clima e da emoção que pairavam no local. “Há aqui pessoas apaixonadas e chocadas com a morte de Brizola, mas voltando todos para casa vão ver a grosseria que fizeram com Lula e com o próprio Brizola. Se há pouco eles divergiam, é preciso lembrar que Lula e Brizola lutaram a maior parte do tempo juntos, praticamente a vida toda, ficando no mesmo lado por muito mais tempo. E neste sentido é descabido ajuizar quem tem razão”.
Para comparecer ao velório, Lula atrasou o horário do seu embarque para Nova York, onde fará palestra amanhã para investidores e participará da Cúpula Global Compact, promovida pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), na quinta-feira.
Brizola não queria ser hospitalizado
De acordo com amigos que estiveram com Brizola ontem pela manhã, o pedetista teria dito que não gostaria de ir para o hospital, muito menos ficar internado. Brizola disse, “Eu não quero ir para o hospital. Se eu for eu não volto”, afirmou o vice-presidente do PDT Carlos Luppi hoje na Rádio CBN
Romaria de políticos
O velório de Brizola atrai durante todo o dia uma romaria de políticos, boa parte deles adversários, ao Palácio Guanabara. Além de Lula, já passaram pelo local nesta terça-feira o ex-presidente Itamar Franco, os governadores de Minas Gerais, Aécio neves, de Santa Catarina, Luiz Henrique, e de São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, além de parlamentares de vários partidos.
Familiares e amigos
O velório do ex-governador Leonel Brizola foi aberto às 7h45 para visitação popular, no Salão Nobre do Palácio Guanabara, em Laranjeiras, sede do governo. Alguns familiares, entre eles três netos e os filhos José Vicente e Neuzinha, chegaram por volta das 6h45. O filho João Otávio está sendo aguardado, já que não se encontrava no Rio. A governadora Rosinha Matheus e o secretário de Segurança Pública, Anthony Garotinho, também estão presentes ao velório, assim como o prefeito carioca, Cesar Maia.
O neto de Brizola Carlito afirmou que o Brasil perdeu seu último estadista. “Meu avô era o último político que pensava no país e não só em seus projetos pessoais. Nós do PDT vamos nos movimentar para manter seus ideais”.
Na opinião de Carlito, o partido ao qual pertence e pelo qual concorreu, nas últimas eleições municipais a uma vaga de vereador, o PDT é um partido movido por seus mortos e seus mártires, citando o ex-presidente Getúlio Vargas e o ex-governador Leonel Brizola. “Hoje é um dia muito triste para o Brasil. O país perde uma grande figura”.
Outro neto, Leonel de Moura Brizola Neto, disse que, além de perder um avô querido, o Brasil perdeu um herói. Brizola deixa três filhos, nove netos e três bisnetos.
O cardeal emérito do Rio de Janeiro, Dom Eugenio Sales, disse que rezou hoje cedo uma missa pela morte de Brizola, no Sumaré, e, amanhã, antes do corpo seguir para Porto Alegre, ele celebrará uma missa de corpo presente. Dom Eugenio comentou que conviveu durante muito tempo com Brizola, quando ele era cardeal do Rio e Brizola era o governador do estado. Segundo Dom Eugenio, Brizola sempre atendeu todos os seus pedidos, de tudo o que era necessário para o bem.
Durante o velório, vários militantes do PDT cantaram um trecho do Hino da Independência, do Hino Nacional e gritaram o nome de Brizola.
Enterro no RS
A previsão é de que o corpo deixe o Palácio Guanabara às 8h desta quarta-feira, de onde seguirá para o primeiro Ciep inaugurado por ele – o Tancredo Neves -, que fica no Catete, na zona sul do Rio. De lá, segue para o aeroporto Santos Dumont, onde, às 11h, embarca para Porto Alegre.
O corpo do ex-prefeito de Porto Alegre, ex-deputado estadual e federal e ex-governador do Rio Grande do Sul deverá ser recebido com guarda de honra no Aeroporto Salgado Filho e conduzido até o Palácio Piratini em um carro aberto do Corpo de Bombeiros, acompanhado de batedores da Brigada Militar. Será velado, a partir das 13h, no Salão Negrinho do Pastoreio, onde receberá as honras de reconhecimento público.
Na quinta-feira, às 8h, o corpo será transladado para São Borja, na fronteira com São Tomé, na Argentina. Na saída do corpo do Palácio Piratini, a Orquestra Sinfônica de Porto Alegre (Ospa) executará o Hino Riograndense e a marcha fúnebre.
Em São Borja, onde reside Iolanda Goulart, irmã do ex-presidente João Goulart e cunhada de Leonel Brizola, o corpo será velado na igreja São Francisco de Borja e sepultado, às 16h, no jazigo da família no Cemitério Jardim da Paz, onde já estão enterrados, a mulher, Neuza Goulart Brizola, e os ex-presidentes Getúlio Vargas, João Goulart.
O presidente da República, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, e os governadores do Rio e do Rio Grande do Sul decretaram luto oficial de três dias, assim como as prefeituras do Rio, de Porto Alegre e de São Borja.
