A partir de agora não há espaço para retrocesso

Bastante empolgado por retornar ao município de Araçuaí, no Vale do Jequitinhonha, uma das regiões mais carentes do estado de Minas Gerais, o presidente Lula assegurou à população que, com os avanços conquistados, não haverá mais espaços para retrocessos. Segundo ele, a tendência daqui para frente é oferecer aos brasileiros, por exemplo, mais serviços de saúde e educação. Lula pediu também que os prefeitos reivindiquem aos parlamentares federais aqueles serviços considerados importantes aos moradores. Ele citou o caso das Unidades de Pronto Atendimento (UPAs). Até o fim do ano o país contará com 500 centros de saúde.
O presidente deixou o Vale do Jequitinhonha se comprometendo com outras duas obras: a pavimentação da BR 367 -- antiga solicitação dos moradores -- e um hospital. Lula informou que, ainda nesta terça-feira (19/1), conversará com o ministro da Saúde, José Gomes Temporão, quando repassará o pedido da unidade de saúde.

Lula esteve em Araçuaí para a inaugurar o campus Instituto Federal Norte de Minas. Em discurso, o presidente lembrou a importância de assegurar o acesso à educação. Ele explicou que entrará para a história, junto com o vice-presidente José Alencar, como sendo o governante que mais criou escolas técnicas e universidades no país. O presidente destacou que o curso profissionalizante que fez quando tinha 14 anos o ajudou na sua formação.
“Para uma mãe, não tem nada mais sagrado do que ver o filho com diploma profisional. Se o menino ou menina estiver bem formado pode soltar Brasil afora que vai arrumar um bom emprego”, enfatizou.
O presidente informou que os investimentos em educação saltaram de R$ 20 bilhões para R$ 50 bilhões. Ele comentou também que o piso salarial do professor “ainda é muito pouco” e lamentou o fato de que nove estados recorrram ao Poder Judiciário para não pagar o piso. Ao terminar o discurso, Lula afirmou que retorna a Araçuaí para a formatura da primeira turma da escola técnica. A comitiva do presidente seguiu para Juiz de Fora onde participa de inauguração de usina termelétrica movida a etanol e a UPA de Santa Luzia.

O governo Aecio Neves asfaltou quase todo o Jequitinhonha e so restou estes trechos da BR367 com terra por serem de rsponsabilidade do DNIT, quero ver se o governo federal tera a mesma determinaçao e competencia do governo mineiro que faz o que nenhum outro governo estadual ou federal fez pelo Jequitinhonha. Que junto a barragem do Setubal tenha um grande projeto de irrigaçao, que seja bem gerenciado e planejado, pra realmente mudar o perfil desta porçao de Minas. Resta agora aos governos estadual e federal fazer as obras que representam a verdadeira integraçao economica das maiores economias do Vale, os trechos Itamarandiba-Capelinha, Itamarandiba-Senador Modestino e o restante do trecho da rodovia de ligaçao de Irape-_virgem da Lapa, que em pleno seculo 21, parecem estradas da idade media, onde buracos cinematograficos, fazem destes trechos, mais aptos a competiçoes de Ralli. Poeira e tristeza.
Asfaltamento dos trechos Senador Modestino-Itamarandiba, Itamarandiba_Capelinha e Ijicatu-Virgem da lapa. Sem ligaçao por asfalto das rodovias mais importantes do Vale nao ha crescimento economico e efetivaçao da integraçao economica das maiores economias do Vale. haja visto que no trecho Itamarandiba-Capelinha encontram-se as maiores areas de eucalipto do mundo, com o uso da melhor tecnologia, o uso dos maiores fornos de carvao do mundo e ainda neste trecho estao as maiores areas de cafeicultura do norte mineiro. Segundo alguns sites Itamarandiba hoje e a maior arrecadaçao de impostos do Vale. vale a pena o governo pensar com mais cuidado na importancia desta região. nesta parte de Minas, os brasileiros mostram que ja podem caminhar com as proprias pernas, quando se olha os investimentos que tem sido feitos em reflorestamento, fruticultura e cafeicultura, alem de outros investimentos, mas resta a contra-partida do governo com a infra-estrutura. Chega de paliativos e esmolas. Afinal ja estamos no ano de 2010 e o mundo caminha a passos largos. Nao podemos esperar.

A Executiva Nacional do PDT aprovou nesta terça-feira (19) o apoio do partido à candidatura da ministra Dilma Rousseff à Presidência da República. A decisão ainda depende de avaliação do Diretório Nacional, na convenção que a legenda vai realizar para formalizar chapas para as eleições de outubro.
Por unanimidade, os integrantes da Executiva também aprovaram uma comissão para acompanhar as propostas de campanha de Dilma Rousseff.
O ministro do Trabalho e presidente licenciado do PDT, Carlos Lupi, disse que o apoio formal ainda depende da aceitação por parte da coordenação de campanha de Dilma de programas históricos do partido dentro do programa de governo que será oferecido aos eleitores.
“Temos o indicativo de apoio à candidatura da ministra com o condicionamento de incluir no programa do PT temas que o PDT considera fundamentais. Um exemplo disse é a escola em tempo integral para toda a rede de ensino público”, disse.
Lupi pretende fazer a defesa do apoio formal ao nome de Dilma Rousseff na convenção do PDT. O ministro deve entrar em contato com todos os integrantes do Diretório Nacional para saber se existe resistências à aliança com o PT.
A expectativa da cúpula pedetista é que a formalização do reforço na campanha presidencial da ministra Dilma seja refletida em alianças estaduais também, principalmente nos palanques que o PDT terá candidato ao governo do Estado.

O PT não aceitou a anistia, não votou em Tancredo nem assinou a Constituição
O período de vinte anos, dez anos antes e dez anos depois da queda do muro de Berlin em 1989, foi marcado por uma profunda revisão programática empreendida pelos partidos de esquerda. O aggiornamento ,como chamavam os comunistas italianos, compreendia a aceitação da democracia como valor universal, a economia de mercado e o estado de direito como instituições da democracia a serem respeitadas e aperfeiçoadas. Era preciso trocar a revolução por uma permanente busca de reformas.
Com a boca torta pelo uso do cachimbo da luta armada, o PT não aceitou a lei da anistia, não votou em Tancredo Neves e não assinou a Constituição de 1988. Perto de chegar ao poder com a eleição de Lula, o PT edita a “Carta aos Brasileiros” em 2002 comprometendo-se a manter as regras do jogo na economia e no mercado financeiro e, assim, governa o Brasil por dois mandatos sem que se saiba ao certo se o PT afinal completou ou não a travessia da ponte do revisionismo. Os sinais são ambíguos e contraditórios.
O Plano Nacional de Direitos Humanos, assinado e já,em parte, desautorizado pelo Presidente Lula, é um desses momentos em que o PT parece querer redimir-se da prática de governo populista e fisiológico, e da política econômica conservadora, com um pacote de intenções, e ameaças de rupturas revolucionárias.
A principal razão de ser do estado democrático é a garantia dos direitos humanos. Assim está escrito no primeiro artigo da Constituição alemã redigida depois da II Guerra sob a liderança de Konrad Adenauer. O texto do PNDH é uma reinterpretação da própria Constituição brasileira e do estado de direito.
Com seus “conselhos”, “assembleias” e consultas diretas, o PT parece querer reviver a palavra de ordem que levou os bolcheviques ao poder na Rússia de 1918: “Todo poder aos soviets de operários, soldados e camponeses”. Soviet quer dizer conselho em russo. Lula mandou mudar o texto, e aconselhou sua candidata a sair deste debate quadrado para quem quer disputar a presidência.
Sem definições de natureza estratégica claras sobre democracia e papel do estado, o PT segue governando o país sob a inspiração de um líder tornado mito. A popularidade de Lula, expressa em competitividade e anseio de se tornar imbatível eleitoralmente, sobrepuja a necessidade de um projeto para o Brasil. A luta a qualquer custo pela perpetuação no poder, unidos pelo carisma e pelos votos de Lula, os petistas e seus aliados puxam para lados contraditórios a ação do governo, confundindo os brasileiros e o mundo.
Governar com base ampla pressupõe pactuar os eixos em torno do qual a aliança se estabelece; os pontos de convergência; a estratégia comum. O governo do PT não tem isso e assenta sua governabilidade num pacto de ocupação de espaços de poder na máquina pública entre forças políticas com visões de mundo conflitantes como o agronegócio e o MST. A confusão causada pelo 3º PNDH é a cara do governo do PT.

Um estudo encomendado pelo Movimento Nossa São Paulo ao Ibope mostra que a falta de qualidade de vida na metrópole está aborrecendo cada vez mais a população paulistana. Como indica a análise, problemas como a palpitante violência, a carência nos serviços públicos e a falta de consciência coletiva transformam a capital em um lugar quase insuportável.
As preocupações na cidade
Dentre as informações tabuladas, um dos dados mais chocantes aponta que 57% dos habitantes mudariam de município se pudessem. Divulgada nesta terça-feira (19), a pesquisa por amostragem foi feita em dezembro do ano passado e entrevistou 1.512 pessoas, cobrindo todas as regiões de São Paulo e mesclando perfis variados em relação ao sexo, grau de instrução, cor, estado civil e renda.

São Paulo – Encafifada com a falta de pressão da água em suas torneiras, Andrea Amorim, moradora do Guarujá, litoral de SP, chamou a Sabesp. O funcionário, que só veio duas semanas após a solicitação, abriu o cavalete. A causa do problema era um sapo entalado no cano.
“Além de podre, o bicho estava se desmanchando. Seus pedaços estavam passando pela peneira”, conta a moradora. “Isso é um desrespeito com a nossa saúde e com os cidadãos que pagam caro por um serviço porco e nojento. O episódio acabou com o Natal de minhas crianças que, com nojo, não comeram nada da nossa ceia. A sensação é de humilhação por pagar por um serviço propalado como de qualidade e que, na verdade, tem origem no brejo”. Dias depois, segundo ela, a água continuava com cor de urina e cheia de areia.
Esse sapo os lacerdinhas gostam:

Pior é SC, 8 Pedagios dados por Lula a uma empresa estrangeira (OHL). 4 na BR-116 e4 na BR-101, o Pedagio mais absurdo é um construido em Palhoça num trecho da Duplicação da rodovia, onde o Governo duplica a rodovia e a OHL cobra pedagio livremente e não gasta um centavo em conservação da rodovia, pois o Governo idiota que nós temos, deu um pedagio, uma fonte de lucro sem despesa para a OHL, e eles ainda riem da nossa cara quando reclamamos. Mudança ja, Fora PT !!! Fora Lula !!! Não a Estelinha Terrorista !!!

Quando São Paulo acordar, perdeu o trem
Anotações de uma viagem a Petrolina, em Pernambuco.
Neste último fim de semana, foram vendidos – no fim de semana – 450 apartamentos de R$ 70 mil, em 15 prédios diferentes, para compradores com renda entre 3 e 6 salários mínimos.
Amanhã, ainda em Petrolina, haverá um outro lançamento, com 500 unidades.
Os dois, dentro do programa Mina Casa, Minha Vida, da Caixa.
Segundo Alex Jenner Norat, superintendente regional da Caixa em Pernambuco, o programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida aplicará R$ 34 bilhões para resolver apenas 14% do déficit habitacional do país.
Ou seja, ainda há muita casa popular a ser construída.
(Só para fazer uma comparação: a única obra parecida do governo do Farol de Alexandria, um Programa Habitacional de Interesse Social, tinha R$ 300 milhões para aplicar. Uma pequena diferença.)
Em 2006, havia 1.600 alunos matriculados em escolas técnicas do Estado de Pernambuco.
Este ano, serão 16.000 novas matrículas.
A construção civil cresce 20% ao ano em Pernambuco.
O comércio, 10%.
A indústria, 6%.
Uma simples mudança no ICMS permitiu que, este ano, sejam gerados 18.000 empregos na indústria do call center.
No Complexo Portuário de Suape foram gerados 15 mil empregos.
O estaleiro Atlântico Sul abriu 9 mil vagas.
Há 96 empresas em operação em Suape.
Em Suape será criado um polo petroquímico, com especialização em fibras têxteis.
Em Suape, haverá um pólo para prover equipamentos e serviços para a indústria do gás e petróleo off-shore.
10 mil pernambucanos trabalham na transposição do rio São Francisco.
A próxima etapa da construção da refinaria Abreu e Lima, uma sociedade da Petrobrás com Hugo Chávez, vai precisar de 12 mil empregos adicionais.
A ferrovia Transnordestina terá a extensão de 1.730 quilômetros e ligará os Estados do Ceará, de Pernambuco e do Piauí.
Vai exigir investimentos de R$ 5,4 bilhões.
A ferrovia fará a ligação dos centros de produção de grãos (Piauí), gesso (Pernambuco), avicultura e agricultura irrigada do semi-árido nordestino, aos portos de Suape em Pernambuco, e Pecém no Ceará.
Deverá criar 7 mil empregos diretos.
A fruticultura irrigada de Petrolina – da uva sem caroço e da manga sem fibra – produz mais de um milhão de toneladas por ano.
Em Pernambuco é onde, hoje, no Brasil, o crédito cresce mais rápido.
Em um ano, a carteira, segundo o Banco Central, cresceu em Pernambuco 65%.

O Ministério Público Federal em São Paulo afirma ter localizado, entre documentos confidenciais apreendidos pela Polícia Federal com diretores da construtora Camargo Corrêa, comprovantes de pagamentos de propina no exterior ao Partido dos Trabalhadores do Pará.Segundo a procuradora da República Karen Kahn, para conseguir um contrato de construção de hospitais no Pará, governado por Ana Júlia Carepa (PT), a Camargo Corrêa repassou ao PT, em abril de 2008, R$ 261.285,52 por meio da conta nº 941-11-013368-2, no First Commercial Bank, na China.O PMDB do Pará, diz Kahn, também teve a sua cota, cerca de R$ 130 mil, paga no Brasil.Os envolvidos rebateram ontem as afirmações da Procuradoria (leia texto abaixo).Os detalhes dos supostos pagamentos constam em arquivos digitalizados apreendidos com Pietro Bianchi, diretor da construtora. Quando a procuradora apresentou todo o material ao juiz federal Fausto Martin De Sanctis, da 6ª Vara Criminal de São Paulo, em novembro, ele pediu o aprofundamento da investigação.Desde a semana passada, porém, o presidente do Superior Tribunal de Justiça, ministro Asfor Rocha, suspendeu toda a Castelo de Areia. Esse pagamento, segundo Kahn, foi feito na conta em Taiwan (China) em nome de Tiger Information -o uso de nomes fictícios é comum em paraísos fiscais para camuflar o real titular.Ainda segundo Kahn, foi localizado um comprovante de transação internacional no mesmo valor. “Tal fato conduz à invariável conclusão de que os pagamentos [...] foram, de fato, feitos a título de propina, direcionada aos próprios partidos ou a alguns de seus integrantes, não identificados, em troca de facilidades obtidas na construção de obra “hospital do Pará’”, disse a procuradora.Em outro registro, está escrito “PT 5%”, “PMDB 3%”, “JB, eleição e partido” e “Carlos Botelho” -mesmo nome do consultor do governo do Pará.

José Serra retorna à era medieval e cobra pedágios fora-da-lei
O governador de São Paulo, José Serra (PSDB/SP) desrespeita suas próprias leis, para favorecer seus amigos donos das concessionárias de Pedágio.
Existe uma lei estadual em São Paulo que proíbe a instalação de pedágio a menos de 35 quilômetros do marco zero da capital.
Os novos pedágios implantados na altura de Osasco, na Rodovia Castelo Branco, é flagrante desrespeito a esta lei.
José Serra foge da imprensa como o vampiro foge da cruz, quando perguntado sobre pedágios.
Assim, quem falou em defesa da bandalheira fora-da-lei, foi o presidente da concessária Viaoeste, Braz Cioffi:

A aprovação da gestão de Kassab (DEM) foi fortemente abalada no último ano, segundo dados da pesquisa Ibope, encomendada pelo movimento Nossa São Paulo. A pesquisa foi realizada em dezembro de 2009 e os resultados foram divulgados na manhã desta terça-feira, 19.

Em relação à pesquisa anterior, de novembro de 2008, passou de 12% para 26% a quantidade de pessoas que avalia a administração municipal como ruim ou péssima. Dentre os que a consideram ótima ou boa, o percentual caiu de 46% para 28%.Os números coincidem com a queda nos índices de outros indicadores de bem-estar na cidade. Por exemplo, aumentou de 6% para 28% a quantidade de pessoas que afirma temer alagamentos.
Também apresentaram altas o receio em relação ao trânsito (16% para 18%), atropelamentos (7% para 13%), assaltos ou roubos (57% para 65%) e torcidas de futebol (6% para 11%).
A avaliação foi feita com base no IRBEM (Indicadores de Referência de bem-estar no Município), que compreende aspectos como saúde, transporte, habitação, meio ambiente, trabalho, espiritualidade, sexualidade, transparência e participação política, entre outros.
A nota média de São Paulo foi de 4,8 pontos numa escala de 1 a 10. A nota 1 significa estar totalmente insatisfeito; a nota 10, totalmente satisfeito.A pesquisa do Ibope entrevistou 1.512 entrevistados, entre 2 e 16 de dezembro. A margem de erro é de 3 pontos percentuais para mais ou para menos.
Um ano atrás, 53% afirmavam que não sairiam de São Paulo; em dezembro de 2009, houve uma inversão: 57% afirmaram que gostariam de morar em outra cidade, e só 41% preferem ficar.
